Fairy Tail: I'm invincible when I receive anime characters!

Regardless of whether it's transformation magic or not, the opponent's swordsmanship is genuine. No matter who he is, he must be brought into his dragon-slaying plan.

The minister asked, "Your Majesty, how should the semi-final matches be arranged?"

"Hmm... let's leave it at that!"

The king has arranged the battle.

A short while later, an hour had passed.

"Ladies and gentlemen! The exciting semi-finals are about to begin! The matches have been arranged! Please look at the big screen!!"

Everyone looked towards the big screen.

Semifinal Match 1: Arthur vs. Erza

Semifinal Match 2: Klay Thompson vs. Yoriichi Tsugikuni

"Oh oh oh oh oh oh!!"

Upon seeing the match schedule, the audience members became excited. They had all seen the preliminary rounds, and each of the four individuals was a highly skilled swordsman.

Arthur is the strongest nine-star swordsman in the Kingdom of Sobea, and Clay's strength is said to be comparable to Arthur's.

Erza is the only female swordsman to reach the semi-finals. It is incredible that a woman can stand in the arena, and she is also so beautiful.

As for Yoriichi Tsugikuni, this mysterious swordsman's unparalleled swordsmanship is simply divine, and everyone wants to see his miraculous swordsmanship again.

"Now, please welcome Arthur and Erza to the stage!!"

“Oh oh oh oh oh!!”

"Arthur! Arthur! Arthur!!"

"Erza! Erza! Erza!"...

The audience cheered for the two names, and Erza and Arthur came out of their rest area and stood in the center of the arena.

"Erza, the Fairy Queen?"

Arthur looked at Erza and said.

Erza was taken aback: "You know me?!"

"I wouldn't say we know each other, I just heard your name when I was traveling in the Kingdom of Fiore."

"So that's it."

"You're a mage, aren't you? You'd better use your magic."

Erza frowned and asked in confusion, "Magic? Isn't this a swordsman's contest?"

"Yes and no. Those who can become Star Swordsmen are all magic swordsmen with magical power. My swordsmanship is also my magic. If you think you can defeat me with just swordsmanship, then you are underestimating me. Show me your full strength and let me see the full power of you, the so-called Fairy Queen!"

Chapter 25 Qi Yan Makes His Debut

The first match of the semifinals!

'Nine-Star Swordsman, Swordsman of Light Arthur VS Super Female Swordsman Erza Scarlett!'

"Now!!"

"start---!!!"

Clang!

"Flash Sword!"

Just as the match was announced to have started, Arthur launched an attack, rushing towards Erza like a beam of light.

A sound like a weapon clanging rang out.

Erza's figure flew backwards.

Erza plunged her sword into the ground with both hands, sliding quite a distance before stopping.

Erza's longsword broke.

"what?!"

Erza was taken aback, not expecting that her sword would be broken by the opponent.

"Oh oh oh oh oh!!"

The audience cheered when they saw Arthur cut Erza's weapon in half right from the start.

"I was just saying hello. If you're not going to give it your all, then this match should be over."

Arthur looked at Erza and said that he wanted to spar with Erza, but the person he most wanted to spar with was undoubtedly Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the person he had wanted to spar with most since he started learning swordsmanship.

He had never felt this urgency before. His swordsmanship had not improved for a long time, and he even thought he had reached the limit of his swordsmanship.

But the appearance of that man completely shattered his understanding, and he realized that there were even higher levels of swordsmanship.

Observing from the sidelines doesn't allow you to truly appreciate someone's swordsmanship; only by actually fighting them can you truly experience it.

"Since you put it that way, then so be it."

Erza was not a pedantic person. She could also see that the skills Arthur used in the battle of Group C could almost be classified as magic. Her magic was knightly, and her role was that of a magic swordsman, which was not strictly in violation of the rules.

"Changing Outfit: Armor of Heavenly Kinship!"

Erza's body emitted a dazzling light, and after the light dissipated, a set of diamond armor was placed on Erza's body.

It has four steel wings on its back, making it look very majestic and handsome.

"Erza is about to unleash her true power."

When Qi Yan saw Erza changing her clothes, he knew that Erza was about to use her true abilities. He had seen Erza's magic in the anime, but had never seen it in reality.

"What? She actually changed into a different set of armor!"

"Dressing-up magic?!"

Costume-changing magic is a relatively common type of magic; it involves summoning and using armor, weapons, or equipment stored in a specific space.

Many of the swordsmen participating in this tournament use similar magic. In the Kingdom of Fiore, many low-ranking mages use magic swords, which are essentially the same type.

"Family Ties: The Sword of Chaos!"

Erza slowly rose into the air, unleashing a barrage of magical swords that shot towards Arthur.

"Radiance!"

Arthur used the same tactic he used to clear the field during the preliminaries.

A large number of lightsabers met Erza's sword.

Boom boom boom!

Their swords clashed and shattered.

"Heavenly Fate - The Sword of Cycles!"

Several steel swords spun rapidly in a circle, slashing towards Arthur.

"Flash Sword!"

Arthur attacked swiftly, and in an instant, a golden light cleaved all the steel swords in two.

"Change into Black Feather Armor!"

Erza quickly changed into a set of black armor with a pair of bat-like wings on her back.

"You changed clothes so quickly!"

Everyone in the audience was astonished to see Erza change her clothes so quickly.

Erza swooped down toward Arthur.

"Black Feather - Moon Flash!"

Erza rushed in front of Arthur and unleashed a crisscrossing slash.

"Flash Slash - Cross Slash!"

Arthur unleashed a cross-shaped beam of light.

The two slashing attacks collided.

"Transformation - Flying Armor!"

Erza dons new armor that looks like an animal costume, and she wields two short swords. This armor can greatly increase Erza's speed.

"Flying Sonic Claws!"

Erza appeared behind Arthur in an instant, her twin daggers flashing as she thrust at him.

"Flash Thrust!"

Arthur gripped his sword with both hands and thrust forward swiftly, blocking all of Erza's attacks.

The two fought fiercely, and for a time neither side could gain the upper hand.

The two exchanged a fierce blow and then separated.

"As expected of the Fairy Queen, you are very strong. You are the strongest female swordsman I have ever seen. However, it is time to end the battle."

Arthur gripped the sword with both hands, holding it to his chest, and magic rapidly gathered in his hands.

Erza immediately became alert upon seeing this.

The light from Arthur's sword shot into the sky, forming a huge golden lightsaber.

"Radiant Judgment!"

Arthur roared and slashed his massive lightsaber down at Erza with incredible speed.

"Transformation - Vajra Armor!"

"Diamond Barrier!"

Erza donned her most protective armor and wielded two enormous shields. The two shields merged to create a massive green magical barrier.

Boom!

The greatsword of light collided with the barrier, unleashing a terrifying impact.

Click!

The barrier seemed unable to withstand the greatsword's attack, and a crack appeared.

Bang!

The barrier shattered.

Boom!

The massive lightsaber slashed down on Erza's shield.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuah!!"

The powerful force shattered the shield, and Erza screamed as she was sent flying backward.

The greatsword struck the arena, creating a huge crack in the ground.

Erza struggled to get up, and when she looked up, she saw a sword pointing at her.

"I lost!"

Erza readily conceded defeat. During the battle, she sensed that her opponent's swordsmanship far surpassed her own. If her opponent had used their full strength, she might have been defeated long ago.

She dislikes the feeling of losing, and the stronger her opponent, the more it fuels her competitive spirit. In this competition, she witnessed even more powerful swordsmanship, and she wants to digest and absorb all of it to become even stronger.

Arthur sheathed his sword: "You are strong and very talented. Perhaps in a few years, I will not be your match, but that time will definitely not be now."

After saying this, Arthur turned and left. The battle with Erza was just a warm-up for him; his real target was that man.

The outcome is decided!

Winner: Arthur!!!

"This battle was absolutely fantastic! Miss Erza from the Kingdom of Fiore used her transformation magic to display incredible power, undoubtedly a nine-star swordsman. For such a young girl to possess the strength of a nine-star swordsman is truly amazing! Arthur also displayed the prowess of the kingdom's strongest swordsman. Let's give them a round of applause for their spectacular battle!"

"Oooo!"

"Arthur! Arthur! Arthur!"
