Sailing: I Open Treasure Chests in the Pirate World

Ian suddenly released his right hand.

Hawkeye Mihawk, along with his Black Blade Night, flew towards the ground below, breaking through several sound barriers at such speed that it left behind rings of white ripples in the air.

Chapter 168 Eight-Star [Physique]!

boom! !

Hawkeye Mihawk's body slammed heavily onto the island's ground, creating a terrifying crater nearly a hundred meters in diameter.

The powerful impact caused Hawkeye Mihawk to involuntarily cough up a mouthful of blood.

The world's greatest swordsman, his physical abilities are only average among top-tier fighters of the same level.

"This ability seems absurd..."

Hawkeye Mihawk struggled to his feet, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and stared intently at Ian with his still fiercely combative eyes.

"White Dragon!"

Ian did not notice Hawkeye Mihawk's shouts.

Transformed into a giant, he continued to unleash the power of the Clay-Clay Fruit. His already enormous fist grew even larger with the enhancement of the Clay-Clay Fruit, to the point of—

Dynamax!

In a moment.

Ian's right fist swelled to a hundred times its original size.

That was a gigantic fist, even for a giant.

Ian wrapped Armament Haki around his fist until the entire giant fist was transformed into an unparalleled iron fist with a diameter of about 100 meters.

"It's over, Hawkeye!"

Ian unleashed this simple yet powerful super clay punch at the world's greatest swordsman standing on the ground below.

An eight-star Clay Fruit, fused with the Momo-Momo Fruit - 100x Power!

"Peerless Clay Fist!"

Hawkeye Mihawk gripped the Black Blade Night tightly, leaping into the air to meet the incredibly large fist with his sword. Violent arcs of black and red electricity crackled around the blade of the Black Blade Night.

This was Hawkeye Mihawk's all-out, domineering attack.

"Black Blade - Nothingness!"

boom--

A deafening roar, powerful enough to eclipse the heavens and earth, resounded.

Hawkeye Mihawk's all-out slash only delayed "Peerless Clay Fist" for a tiny bit.

The next moment.

The world's greatest swordsman was blasted into the depths of this deserted island by Ian, sword and all.

The entire earth trembled violently under the force of this punch, and the violent shockwave spread directly to the ocean beyond the island, creating a super wave like a tsunami on the surrounding sea surface.

One by one, the sea monsters emerged from the deep sea, but even with their enormous size, they were powerless against the terrifying tsunami that resembled a natural disaster, and were pushed and shoved away by the seawater.

After everything is settled.

An eight-star system treasure chest popped up in front of Ian.

[Moonlight Chest: Hawkeye Dracule Mihawk]

【Treasure Chest Rating: ★★★★★★★★】

The world's greatest swordsman, Hawkeye Mihawk, an eight-star system treasure chest!

Ian gazed at the [Radiant Moon Treasure Chest] that emerged from the void, and immediately deactivated his 317 [Clay Fruit] ability. His entire body rapidly shrank, returning him from a giant to his original size.

"This eight-star system treasure chest is absolutely worthy of the title of the world's greatest swordsman!"

Ian recalled his encounters with Hawkeye Mihawk over the past few days.

Even setting aside the opponent's swordsmanship, that special technique of "Conqueror's Haki Entanglement" alone is enough to explain everything!

"Conqueror's Haki..."

Ian raised his right hand, his fingers opening and closing a few times, and his eyes flickered with emotion.

"Forget it! Let's take stock of the [System Treasure Chests] we have!"

[King of Figurines] bestowed upon Hawkeye Mihawk a severe injury, causing him to fall to the ground.

The other party was unable to regain consciousness for the time being.

Ian simply summoned his [System Treasure Chest].

Aside from Hawkeye Mihawk's eight-star [Radiant Moon Chest].

Ian still has quite a few six-star Blood Diamond Chests.

A total of eight Death Diamond Chests have been obtained – all thanks to the selfless contributions of the prisoners in Impel Down's Infinite Hell!

Ian's current attributes and abilities are all at least seven stars, which means that six-star system chests cannot add points or improve his abilities.

However, this does not mean that the six-star system treasure chest is useless to Ian!

Ian raised his right hand, and the five [Rings of Magic Control] were reflected in his pupils.

Clay Ring, Nine-Tailed Fox Ring, Momo Ring, Thunder Ring, Floating Ring...

Long ago.

Ian had been thinking about how to upgrade the quality level of these [Magic Control Rings].

Because apart from the initial [Ring of Demon Control], all the [Ring of Demon Control - Imitation] he obtained afterward were only six-star items, which could at most unleash the power of a six-star Devil Fruit.

Affected by the level of [Ring of Magic Control - Imitation].

Apart from the Clay Fruit.

Other Devil Fruits, such as the Nine-Tailed Fox Fruit, the Momo-Momo Fruit, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, and the Float-Float Fruit, which are superior in both ability and potential, cannot unleash their full power.

Ian considered two solutions back then.

Alternatively, they could transfer the abilities of other Devil Fruits to the nine-star [Ring of Magic Control] to unleash their greater power.

Alternatively, upgrade the quality level of the [Ring of Magic Control - Imitation]!

After some thought.

Ian decided to use the second method.

However, at that time, Ian did not have enough [System Chests] – even if he had six-star [Diamond Chests], he valued improving his [Physical Strength] and [Dominance] attributes more.

Now the opportunity has finally come!

A Death [Blood Diamond Treasure Chest] can directly upgrade the power level of a [Magic Control Ring - Imitation] or a Devil Fruit from the original "six-star" to "seven-star".

Ian looked at the five [Rings of Magic Control] he possessed.

Apart from the initial nine-star [Magic Control Ring].

The other four are all [Imitation Ring of Magic Control]!

Ian looked first at the [Momo Ring].

The power of the Momo-Momo Fruit is undeniable.

The Momo Fruit can freely multiply attributes, even by ten or a hundred times.

This Devil Fruit is of great significance to Ian.

Without hesitation, he took out two Blood Diamond Chests and put them into the Momo Ring.

A dazzling light, imperceptible to others, flashed by.

The quality of the [Ring of Magic Control - Imitation] and the [Momo Fruit] contained within it has undergone a leapfrog improvement at this moment!

【Ring of Magic Control - Imitation: ★★★★★★★】(Seven Stars)

【Momo Fruit: ★★★★★★★】(Seven Stars)

"A seven-star [Momo Fruit]!"

Ian closed his eyes and silently sensed the power of the [Momo Fruit] now.

He upgraded the previous [Momo Fruit] to six stars—that is, the [Awakening] level—by adding points to it.

However, it is different from the [Clay Fruit].

After Ian upgraded the Clay Fruit to the Awakened level, he immediately gained the ability to assimilate clay into the surrounding natural environment.

However, the Momo-Momo Fruit does not possess this special ability to assimilate its surroundings...

This is determined by the different types of Paramecia-type Devil Fruits.

However, the awakening of the Momo Fruit also has its unique aspects.

Before [Awakening].

The Momo Fruit can only apply this "multiplication" ability to other substances that Ian has touched.

However, after [Awakening].

The power of the Momo Fruit can now be applied to Ian himself!

However, overall...

Even after the Momo Fruit is awakened, its power effect remains very "simple and unpretentious"—super multiplied!

Ian has now upgraded the [Momo Fruit] to seven stars.

He carefully sensed it, but didn't feel any special changes. He could only sense that the upper limit of the [Momo Fruit] had been broken.

simply put.

The original [Momo Fruit] could only achieve a maximum "100-fold increase" with its "Super Multiplier".

The current Momo Fruit's "Super Multiplier" effect has reached a "thousand-fold increase"!

of course.

Based on Ian's previous experience...

When using the [Momo Fruit], it's not about simply maximizing the multiplication number to achieve the best multiplication effect.

It's like increasing the speed of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit by a hundred times...

It's really easy to bump into a wall.

"The best way to use the [Momo-Mo Fruit] is to maximize its multiplication effect within the limits of one's own control!"

"A thousand times stronger [Momo Fruit]... I still need to practice and adapt to its abilities..."

Ian temporarily put away the [Momo Ring], which had been upgraded to seven stars, and focused his attention on the other rings.

He threw one blood diamond chest after another into these rings.

[Thunder Ring/Floating Ring: ★★★★★★★] (Seven-star)

The four Blood Diamond Chests vanished instantly.

Instead, two [Thunder Ring] and [Floating Ring], which have been upgraded to seven stars, have been added.

The fighting power of "Whitebeard Jr." and "(bjff) Golden Lion Jr." is likely to see a significant leap forward...

cough!

【Momo Ring】.

[Thunder Ring]

【Floating Ring】.

After Ian upgraded the three rings to seven stars, he had already used up six Blood Diamond Chests, and he still had two Death Diamond Chests left.

After a moment's thought, he upgraded the last [Magic Control Ring - Imitation] to seven stars as well.

However, the Nine-Tailed Fox Fruit inside was not upgraded along with it.

"This [Mythical Zoan Type: Nine-Tailed Fox Fruit]..."
