Pokémon, but cultural invasion
Page 57
I originally planned to copy someone else's launch message, but then I remembered my experience of copying an apology and getting into trouble.
Since that's the case, I'll write my own launch message.
First of all, I sincerely thank every reader. I thought I would be eliminated in the first round of testing, but I was promoted.
Without your support, I would have had a hard time getting this far.
Then there are some questions about this book.
I. Update Time: Except for tomorrow's update around 11 AM, future updates will be fixed around 6 PM. (Hedgehog Cat cannot post pictures at set times.)
II. Update Frequency: Starting tomorrow, five updates daily for at least three days, and then we'll see how I feel after that. (Shark struggles with writing; the more I write, the slower I get.)
After the five-watch period ends, there will be a minimum of three updates, and four updates will be attempted.
Third, the problem of a slow pace.
This is a legacy issue. When I opened the book, I didn't understand the rules of the cat website, which caused the book that should have been available last week to be delayed until this week.
The daily update volume of 4K is indeed too little. I should have been updating more frequently when I went to Hoenn, and I could have returned in two days plus the premiere, so the viewing experience wouldn't have been so lackluster.
As you can see, they were severely criticized (crying). Shark will learn from this experience and try to prevent similar situations from happening again.
IV. The issue of eunuchs. I used to read books on Dianzi and never heard much about eunuchs, but after coming to Maozhan, I found that eunuchs are everywhere.
Well, unless a natural disaster or man-made calamity renders me unable to lift my hands or speak, this book will not be abandoned. Of course, I'm not cursing myself.
While riding my bike at night, I thought about getting hit by a car, ending up in the hospital and having to stop updating, and then losing all my favorites.
My initial thought was that I could concentrate more on writing while in the hospital with a broken leg, and maybe I could write a single post to sympathize with others and get back to updating.
So this book won't be abandoned. To borrow a famous quote from Deft, you know what I mean.
Fifth, this book will still not have any comments deleted or controlled.
To date, I can proudly (though with reservations) say that I haven't deleted a single comment or book review. (I did delete two tags.)
But some people started cursing without even reading a chapter, which really shattered my spirit. So in a few days, I will set a minimum threshold of 1 fan value for posting.
VI. Please subscribe first.
I was thinking of setting up a bounty, but I'm afraid I won't be able to pay it back, so I'm not doing it now. (Being criticized also played a part in it, making me lose confidence.)
7. Please subscribe first.
First subscription is really important for a book. Even readers who are just waiting for the book to finish should give it a first subscription to encourage the author (it will motivate the author to write more).
Finally, I would like to thank all the readers for accompanying me this far.
And here's a picture of Cai Dou's wife to set the tone.
Play Chapter Sixty-Five Again
"Hopefully I can make it in time."
A dragon-type Pokémon, entirely orange, flew high in the sky, trailing a long, thick tail.
With a flap of its wings, a cone-shaped sonic boom cloud explodes at the base of its tail.
Sitting on the back of the Dragonite, Wataru could see the sign for "Mori Minoru Cinema" not far away through the barrier erected by "Kusuke".
A message from Sabrina revealed that a powerful, previously undiscovered Psychic-type Pokémon had appeared at the premiere in Tingxiang.
She lost in the battle of superpowers, and lost badly.
A Psychic-type Pokémon capable of defeating Sabrina... Lance became extremely vigilant, observing the ground from the sky, but there was nothing unusual at the Mori Minoru Cinema.
"Whoosh!"
Dragonite flapped its wings and landed at the entrance, creating gusts of air.
The information provided by Sabrina mentioned that the elf seemed to enjoy watching movies; when she left, she was just staring at the screen and had not yet attacked any humans.
Adu releases Aerodactyl, Shiny Gyarados, and Charizard.
Surrounded by a group of dragon-type Pokémon, he cautiously stepped into the movie theater.
As A-Du walked through the corridor, the scene in the screening room sent a chill down his spine.
One by one, the audience members slumped in their seats, their fates unknown.
"Ma Zhishi?"
The burly man stood upright with his eyes closed.
Adu checked his breathing; it was long and even, so he wasn't dead, just asleep.
He also tested the people in the back row, and they were all asleep.
"Can't you find that elf?"
Dragonite and Charizard both shook their heads as they surveyed the entire screening room, but found no trace of each other.
...
"Wake up!"
Below the screening room, the spring tree swayed the strange tree's snow-white shoulders as she slept soundly, drool dripping from the corner of her mouth.
"Goo, is the interview over?"
Qi Shu groggily opened his sleepy eyes.
As she was the first to wake up, the sleeping audience members gradually yawned and slowly awoke.
"Is anyone still awake?"
A-Wu walked down the steps and asked Izumi-ki, "What just happened in the screening room?"
"At the end of the interview, an unfamiliar elf appeared, and then I fell asleep. I just woke up now."
Quanshu gave Adu a general description of the mysterious spirit's appearance.
"With purplish-black pupils, it must be the spirit that defeated Sabrina."
As the two were talking, A-Che, who had fallen on the stage, got up and opened his mouth wide when he saw Yu-Long-Du: "I didn't hear that the champion was coming either."
The reporters in the audience were full of questions. Why was Yulongdu here? What had they missed?
What stage are we at now?
They snapped photos non-stop; no matter what happened, getting a bunch of pictures was the most important thing.
It seems there were no casualties. Could the mysterious elf really have come to watch a movie? That's too outrageous.
A-Du speculated that perhaps it was Naz's rash move that provoked the counterattack.
He asked, "Is the premiere in Tingxiang over?"
"Almost there, just the last step."
To be honest, all the actors in this movie are Pokémon. Brill is timid and can't handle audience interaction.
"Very good, let the audience leave and then show the movie again," Adu said calmly.
He needed to investigate what had attracted that Psychic-type Pokémon.
"no problem."
Quanshu called out to Ache, "It's just pressing the power button again; we have to give face to the champion of Kanto."
Ache cleared his throat: "The Q&A session is over. The premiere of Crazy Elf City has now come to a successful conclusion. Please leave in an orderly manner."
The junior anchors left the studio to brainstorm their scripts for the evening.
Reporters swarmed forward, pointing their cameras and microphones at Quanshu.
"Director Quanshu, could the Golden Yellow Newspaper spare a moment for an interview?"
"Director Izumi, we are reporters from Kanto TV. Do you have a moment now?"
......
Adu frowned.
How long will it take to interview all these people?
Those who managed to get to the front for interviews weren't ordinary media outlets; most were state-run media with connections.
"Izumi will need my help with some investigations later, so you can all leave now."
A-du forcefully and domineeringly drove away the media.
Faced with the league champion's clear rejection, the reporters left disappointed.
Unable to interview the director, they casually snapped a couple of photos as they passed by Ma Tsing Si.
The movie was over, but this big oaf was still standing there with his eyes open.
Ma Zhishi was so anxious that his face turned red. His reputation was already so-so, and he didn't know what kind of mess the crickets would make of him this time.
Soon, only the Kanto Gym Leaders remained in the screening room.
A-du showed them Na-zi's message.
"So something really big happened while we were watching the movie?"
Xiao Gang said with shame, "As the dojo master, I failed to notice it, which is a serious dereliction of duty."
"There were no casualties, so maybe He really was just here to watch a movie."
Xiaoxia's remarks were met with agreement from Lijia and Axing.
Perhaps Naz believes that nearby threats must be eliminated, while their view is to keep to themselves.
Wild Pokémon are permitted to roam in cities as long as they do not pose a threat to humans.
"In any case, any Psychic-type Pokémon capable of defeating Sabrina must be under the League's watchful eye. If you find it in the future, remember to report it."
"Mhm." Everyone nodded.
A-Du crossed his arms, and after a while, the dojo masters remained seated in their original positions, showing no sign of moving.
He asked curiously, "Aren't you leaving yet? Are you guys very free? Do you want to watch the same movie again?"
"I read it too fast just now and didn't get to the point."
Xiaoxia said righteously, "If that mysterious spirit returns, we can also help Mr. Du."
“Yes,” Lijia agreed.
Xiao Gang scratched his head sheepishly. He had taken a nap and some parts of the plot were blurry, but he could watch it again when he woke up.
"Row."
A-Du chose a seat and sat down.
"Come out, Starmie, Psyduck, Gyarados..."
Xiaoxia releases her fairies, and watching the wonderful movie with her friends doubles the fun.
"Giant Steel Serpent, tree my foot..."
Other dojo owners followed suit.
The movie was being re-released, and this time the first few rows were filled with elves of all sizes.
......
Backstage at the movie screen.
"Director Izumi, my name is Yukatsu, and I am the general manager of Mori Minoru Cinema."
A portly middle-aged man hurriedly walked into the backstage area, followed by an excited young man.
Yong Sheng had just received a notice from the board of directors instructing him to acquire the screening rights to a film at any cost.
It's worth noting that the film industry is currently experiencing a recognized downturn, making the board's decision truly perplexing.
"Hello."
