Pokémon, but cultural invasion

Well, nothing in this world is perfect.
After filming the extras' scenes was completed, Lanxing and the Pokémon from the orphanage returned to Saffron City.
Izumi, Ache, Mitsuteru, and a group of Pokémon who would be featured later stayed at the factory, and he became acquainted with Mitsuteru.
The end of July slipped away quietly amidst the hustle and bustle.
During her time at Izumi Tree, she took some time to go home and hold her grandfather's funeral. There weren't many people attending; only Lanxing, elderly people from nearby towns, and Pokémon from the welfare home participated.
The day of the preview screening arrived quickly.
Ache stayed behind to oversee the filming, while Quanshu and Guangtai went to Yuhong Dojo.
?
Hoenn region, Green Mine City.
"Chief, the game portion provided by Quanshu is almost finished. Should we send it over immediately?"
A group of Metagross monsters are surrounding a small screen.
"We must proceed slowly and steadily, and not let this greedy human perceive our efficiency."
The leader's dark red eyes gleamed with the light of complex calculations, its mechanical head filled with doubt.
"I'm more curious about why there are no humans in movies made by humans than in games."
The screen was playing a half-finished film, and there wasn't a single human figure in sight.
"Is it fun for them to have Pokémon play human roles?"
The leader's gaze swept over its kind, but unfortunately, none of the Metagross monsters could answer its questions.
The complexity and deceptiveness of human beings increased in the minds of the Metagross.
"Perhaps relying solely on network data is insufficient to understand human beings."
The Metagross leader pondered to himself, trying to understand what humans were interested in and why certain individuals could lead the majority of humanity's trends. He figured that only close observation, recording, and analysis could provide the answers.
"Should we... send an undercover agent to impersonate him?"
The glint of calculation in the leader's eyes flickered once more.
?
"Is this still Yuhong Dojo?"
Guangtai stood at the entrance of the street market, feeling unfamiliar with the scene as someone who had lived in Yuhong since childhood.
The open space around Yuhong Dojo was originally occupied by vendors selling green plants of all sizes, and the entrance was bustling with people.
At the fork in the road, there is a sign that reads "Enter the dojo here".
Neither of them had the mood or time to visit the flower market, so they took one of the main roads leading directly to the Yuhong Dojo, which had branches in each of the four cardinal directions.
"Mr. Quanshu, this way please. The curator has been waiting for you for a long time."
They followed the disciples to a screening room with a large screen.
Chapter Forty-Seven: Test Screening
The dimly lit room was already filled with apprentices waiting; watching a movie together was a rare experience for them.
Guangtai took the memory chip and went into the back office.
"Isn't Master Lijia here?"
Quanshu looked around and said in a low voice.
The disciple standing nearby quickly replied, "The Master is sending the Plasma Team away; they'll be here soon."
"Plasma team?"
The disciple, thinking that Izumi didn't understand, kindly explained, "Team Plasma is a newly emerging idealist organization in the Unova region, and it's said to be very popular there."
I never expected that an evil organization from the Unova region would come to Kanto.
Izumi estimated that N, far away in Unova, had already been crowned king and become a puppet in the hands of Ghettoshi.
Taking advantage of the Rockets' low-key approach to extend their reach into Kanto is truly reckless.
A short while later, Lijia arrived in a hurry.
"Sorry, I've run into a fanatical Team Plasma evangelist."
She gathered her skirt, sat down beside him, and complained, "They claim to be followers of the Seven Sages Smura, but heaven have mercy, I don't even know what the Seven Sages are."
"I did travel to Unova for a while, and Team Plasma often promoted the idea of releasing Pokémon and liberating Pokémon's freedom."
Lika laughed and said, "I haven't seen them release their own Pokémon. Besides, it's questionable whether the Pokémon even want to be released."
Clearly, Team Plasma's statements can only fool wavering members of the public and have no impact on gym leaders.
After the little incident, the two chatted and laughed.
The preview screening has officially begun.
At first, people were whispering among themselves.
"What an adorable little curly-eared cat! It's even performing a play while wearing a police uniform."
As the light and shadow shifted on the screen, everyone quieted down, and the entire screening room became eerily quiet, with only the dialogue of the characters on screen audible.
"Are you alright, Judy?"
Several lambs surrounded young Judy, who had been knocked down after helping them retrieve their ride tickets.
"I'm fine, here are the tickets."
"Wow, you're amazing. Gideon is talking nonsense. You're not just a rabbit that grows carrots."
Judy dusted off her police uniform, straightened her hat, and said with a determined look, "He was right about one thing: I just won't give up!"
The scene shifts to an adult Judy attending the Pokémon City Police Academy.
The footage uses montage techniques to switch back and forth between various training sessions.
With the strict reprimands from Instructor Circle Bear, Judy made rapid progress, going from initial embarrassing failures to completing the assessment cleanly and efficiently.
From being underestimated by all the trainees to being admired by the instructors.
...
On a sunny afternoon, Zootopia Mayor Flame Lion presented a police badge to Judy, a graduate representative, at the graduation ceremony, personally awarded by Deputy Mayor Ibuki.
"Congratulations, Officer Judy."
The furry Deputy Mayor Ibrahimovic smiled with satisfaction.
Holding her police cap, Judy solemnly swore, "I won't let you down. This has been my dream since I was a child."
"Yes, this is a source of pride for us small Pokémon."
The soothing organ music brought smiles to the faces of the audience in the screening room. Who could dislike a rabbit with dreams, perseverance, and a strong sense of justice?
As the music ends, Judy boards the train to Pokémon City.
As the train chugped past, she turned on a song from her Walkman playlist, and the background music played perfectly.
As the captivating music played, the train traversed lakes and wilderness, revealing a vast, colorful city shimmering in the sunlight.
Endless desert, snow-covered streets, lush rainforest, bustling train station.
Judy climbed the escalator, sandwiched between a fluffy Röntgen cat and an Alola Exeggutor with an enormous neck.
The bizarre and wonderful facilities and the strange and wonderful Pokémon all demonstrate that this is a wonderful city with great imagination and inclusiveness.
In just twelve minutes, this hardworking rabbit captured the attention of all the viewers, whose emotions rose and fell with her pursuit of her dreams.
When Judy was not valued by the police department because of her curly ears and was assigned odd jobs by Chief Kentaro, the audience felt it was unfair to her.
When Judy meets the cunning Nick, the whimsical dialogue between the rabbit and the fox will bring a smile to the audience's face.
When Judy chases after a fugitive she happens to encounter, her hot-bloodedness leads to trouble and she gets reprimanded. Then, in the chief's office, she rashly accepts Mrs. Skunk's request to find her husband.
As she faced the predicament of being fired after failing to find any clues within two days, the audience in the screening room began to look forward to what would happen next.
...
“Little guy, I earn two hundred yuan a day. I’ve been working 365 days a year since I was 12. Time is money, so move aside.”
Nick the fox's languid voice came from the carrot recorder. Judy waved the recorder and threatened with a laugh, "If you want this pen, you have to help me find the missing skunk in the photo, pfft."
"Otherwise, you'll end up selling popsicles in the prison cafeteria because of tax evasion."
"That's called outsmarting him, darling."
Stunned Nick had been tricked. He sighed helplessly, "I don't know where it is. I only saw where it went."
"Great, let's go."
In stark contrast to their initial encounter, Judy coerces Nick, thus creating an unusual detective duo.
Reluctant Nick and highly efficient Judy, through their mutual help and banter on their crime-solving journey, gradually grow closer...
It felt strange, but the girls at the dojo definitely smelled the sweet, sour scent of love between the fox and the rabbit.
The pursuit became increasingly thrilling and full of twists and turns; at the climax of the plot, Izumi even heard the sound of people holding their breath.
Everyone in the screening room was glued to the screen, waiting for the next development.
With Nick's help, Judy successfully solved the case and arrested Mayor Moltres, who was trying to cover up the truth about the Pokémon's madness.
She encountered a reporter who asked malicious questions during an interview.
What's your opinion on a Pokémon going berserk?
What is the connection between them?
Encouraged by Nick's gaze, Judy stammered, "Currently, the Pokémon that's gone berserk are all Pokémon like Meowth, Murkrow, and Skunk—Pokémon born with the ability to steal and rob..."
"So only these kinds of Pokémon can go berserk?"
"That's right, that's correct at the moment."
Why did this happen?
"I don't know, but...it might be related to biology."
Judy nervously dealt with the questions, unconsciously incorporating the explanations she had overheard from the researchers during the investigation.
Nick, who had been relaxed in the audience, suddenly changed his expression.
"What exactly do you mean by biology?"
"It's the biological makeup, the instincts that have existed in their DNA for thousands of years."
Nick's face grew increasingly grim as the accusations of theft he had been unjustly accused of as a child flashed through his mind.
Seeing the crowd of reporters gradually losing control, Ibrahimovic pulled Judy off the stage.
"There wasn't enough time, I haven't had a chance to introduce you yet..."
Judy said excitedly to Nick.
Nick interrupted her: "I think you've said enough. Biological composition, reverting to savage instincts, are you kidding me?"
"I am merely stating the facts of the case."
Judy sensed something was off and joked, "A rabbit can't suddenly go crazy."
"So, it's possible that foxes are involved, huh?"
Nick was extremely disappointed.
