It hurriedly increased the distance between itself and the Reincarnated Lord, but it was too late.

　The Lord of Reincarnation bit down hard on the tail of the Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss, its sharp fangs nearly piercing the tail through. The Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss was frantically flailing its tail, trying to shake off the Lord of Reincarnation, but the Lord of Reincarnation held on tightly, using its size advantage to pull the Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss to the ground. At this moment, the Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss was struggling frantically and constantly spewing lightning attacks, but the disappearance of the lightning pouches on its body caused the Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss to lose control of magnetic forces. 　Flames rippled across the ground as the earth's ley lines activated. The Reincarnated Lord flapped its wings, dispersing the dust. The Thunder Dragon of the Hundred Dragon Abyss was stunned to see the Reincarnated Lord unharmed.

　Amidst a deafening roar that echoed through the heavens, the azure light on the chest of the Reincarnation Lord intensified. Then, it opened its mouth and unleashed a beam of light at the Hundred Dragon Abyss Thunder God Dragon. The azure beam grazed the Hundred Dragon Abyss Thunder God Dragon's cheek and struck the mountain wall, leaving a burn mark on its body. Its unprotected bright orange skin was instantly charred, revealing nearly eight-tenths cooked pinkish-white flesh beneath.

　"Woo~" The Thunder God Dragon of the Hundred Dragons Abyss had just let out a miserable cry when the Lord of Reincarnation violently bit its neck and pressed it firmly to the ground. Its wing claws gripped its forelimbs, and its hind legs stomped on the Thunder God Dragon's crippled tail. Sharp sword-like scales continued to cut its body, and the dragon's blood immediately stained the ground beneath it.

　"Crunch, crunch!" As the Dragon Lord's fangs tightened, the Hundred Dragon Abyss Thunder God Dragon, whose strength was almost exhausted, felt its life slowly slipping away. Although the Hundred Dragon Abyss Thunder God Dragon was still some time away from death, its trachea was crushed and its blood vessels were severed, making it unable to sustain its life activities. The light in its eyes gradually dimmed.

　In its final moments, the Hundred Dragons Abyss Thunder God Dragon tried to break free, but was immediately pinned to the ground by the Lord of Rebirth. The dragon's fangs severed its neck, and the Hundred Dragons Abyss Thunder God Dragon gave up struggling. Its massive body crashed to the ground with a thud. The Lord of Rebirth skillfully tore open the Hundred Dragons Abyss Thunder God Dragon's chest, revealing the Abyss Jade radiating azure and yellow light. The Lord of Rebirth bit into the jade inside and swallowed it. Then, it turned and began to gnaw on the Hundred Dragons Abyss Thunder God Dragon's heart and its nutrient-rich abdomen.

　According to the order in which the dragon jades within the body of the reincarnated being formed, the nutrients she absorbs will be prioritized for the Crimson Emperor Dragon God Jade, followed by the Heavenly Sword Dragon God Jade. As for the Seven-Colored Dragon God Jade, it has already matured during the molting process and therefore does not require energy.

　After consuming the Yuanyuan Lanyu, a surge of energy immediately flowed into the Tianjian Longshenyu. Since this was not pure earth vein energy, it could only be supplied to the Tianjian Longshenyu. The Huishizhu felt an unprecedented sense of satisfaction and fullness, and even felt a little like spitting up milk.

　As the hunters discussed whether or not to attack the Resurrected One, a thunderous roar echoed from the center of the pit. Directly above her, three enormous meteorites were plummeting straight down. The hunters scrambled to escape, but the Resurrected One had already flapped her wings and talons, disappearing from the scene.

　Afterwards, the scholars of the Dragon Academy offered explanations for the Thunder Dragon's act of eating the Wind Dragon. Blaze knew there were only two possibilities. The first was that it was a custom of the Wind Dragon clan, where the female would eat the male after mating to replenish its nutrients. However, Blaze, Fire Sprout, and Water Cloud preferred the second possibility: both the Wind Dragon and the Thunder Dragon were injured in the battle with the hunters, and they knew they were likely no match for them. Therefore, the Wind Dragon took a desperate gamble and sacrificed its life to protect the offspring in the Thunder Dragon's belly.

　This result seems to have gained more support, mainly because Fire Sprout and Water Cloud did not see any wounds on Thunder Dragon, which means that Wind Dragon was willingly eaten by Thunder Dragon.
