Zeus's grace is higher than the sky

In the central hall of the Black Tower space station, ribbons of light formed from condensed stardust flowed across the dome, illuminating the entire space as if it were a secret realm of stars.
Zeus stood in the center of the hall, dressed simply and plainly. The magnificent radiance of his omniscience and omnipotence had faded from his body, leaving only a gentle aura, making him no different from any other person who had come to the appointment.
As the hall door opened, two figures walked in side by side, instantly attracting everyone's attention.
Black Tower wore a dark purple wedding dress adorned with tiny fluorescent crystals that shimmered like a galaxy as she moved. She wore no makeup, yet her eyes still held a hint of pride and confidence, only now softened slightly.
Beside her, Ruan Mei presented a completely different scene. Her dress was a pale white, the fabric as light as clouds, and the hem embroidered with layers of shimmering light, exuding a gentle and unworldly elegance. Her long hair was loosely tied up, adorned with a hairpin made of plant fibers, simple yet refined.
"Oh, our great god has arrived."
Black Tower stepped forward and gently touched Zeus's arm with his fingertips, the smile in his eyes impossible to hide.
Ruan Mei nodded slightly, a gentle smile curving her lips, and said softly.
"Are you ready?"
Zeus smiled and nodded, reaching out to take each of their hands in his. His palms were warm, causing Black Tower and Ruan Mei to instinctively tighten their grip.
The hall was already full of guests. Screw Goom, dressed in a custom-made metallic suit with its parts polished to a shine, was excitedly gesturing to Stephen beside him, his tone full of amazement at the wedding.
Stephen, dressed in a simple white suit, adjusted his glasses, his gaze falling on the three of them, a genuine smile on his face.
The other geniuses who came to offer their congratulations also exchanged pleasantries. There was no noisy chatter in the hall, only warm conversations and soft music, creating an exceptionally harmonious atmosphere.
There were no complicated ceremonies, only a simple oath.
Zeus gazed at the two strikingly different yet equally radiant women beside him, his voice gentle yet firm.
"No matter what unknown future lies ahead, you will always be by my side."
Black Tower raised an eyebrow and smiled, his tone confident.
"Don't even think about leaving me behind. Your future ark will definitely need my help."
Nguyen Mai nodded slightly.
"I will make our traces shine with the brilliance of life in every unknown place."
After the oath was taken, stardust streaks intertwined in the air, forming dazzling patterns, like a blessing from the universe. Screwgoom was the first to clap and shout.
"congratulations!"
Thunderous applause erupted in the hall, and all the guests rose to their feet in response, their faces beaming with genuine joy.
With a wave of her hand, Hei Ta illuminated the holographic projection in the hall, playing a short film she had carefully prepared.
There was the grandeur of the Ark's departure, the wonders of the unknown land, and snippets of the three people's past interactions, which drew gasps of amazement from the audience from time to time.
Ruan Mei gently raised her hand, and rare flowers in a flowerpot in the corner of the hall instantly bloomed, filling the air with fragrance and adding a touch of natural freshness to the wedding.
Zeus looked at everything before him, and his heart was filled with peace.
While the power of omniscience and omnipotence is dazzling, the warmth around us, the laughter in our ears, and the tenderness before our eyes are the most precious scenery.
Postscript 2: A Girl's Troubles
The central hall of the Black Tower space station still echoed with the warmth of the wedding; the brilliance of the stardust belt had not yet faded, and the air still carried the fragrance of flowers cultivated by Ruan Mei and the laughter of the guests.
Estelle slowly walked out of the hall with the crowd. A few tiny fluorescent spots were stuck to the hem of her pink skirt. They were the marks left on her body by the stardust blessing earlier, but now they felt like needles, gently pricking her heart.
She should have been happy for Zeus.
From the moment she first saw him on the platform of the space station, this feeling, like a quietly growing vine, entwined her thoughts and could never be separated from her.
At that time, the Antimatter Legion's Doomsday Beasts broke through the defenses, the energy shields were on the verge of collapse, and the entire space station was shrouded in despair. Zeus, like a god descended from the sky, stood in front of everyone with undeniable power. The roars of the Doomsday Beasts turned into nothingness in front of him, and the antimatter's erosion was easily dispelled.
At that moment, the radiance surrounding him left an eternal mark on Estelle's heart.
That was the only hope in her desperate situation, something she was willing to look up to.
At the wedding, Zeus shed his divine majesty, dressed simply, with gentle eyes and a tenderness in his gaze toward the Black Tower and Ruan Mei that she had never seen before.
They were so dazzling, so outstanding, and they were such a perfect match for him, as if they were born to stand together.
Estelle looked down at the hem of her skirt, her fingertips unconsciously tracing the wrinkles in the fabric.
She lacked the profound intellect of Black Tower and Nguyen Mai. Compared to these two geniuses, she was as insignificant as a speck of dust, and even the right to approach them seemed like a luxury.
Back in her room, Estelle closed the door behind her, shutting out the noise from outside.
The room still retained her favorite pink tones, and the bookshelves were filled with management books and old photos of Zeus taken on the space station. But at this moment, these familiar scenes made her feel inexplicably aggrieved.
She kicked off her shoes, threw herself onto the soft bed, buried her face in the pillow, and her shoulders trembled slightly uncontrollably.
"It was possible at the beginning..."
She muttered to herself, her voice thick with a nasal tone.
From the fleeting glimpse of her fighting the doomsday beasts on the space station to the brief greetings during their occasional chance encounters in the corridor, each contact strengthened her resolve. However, her family's concerns and her girlish shyness caused her to miss opportunities time and time again.
She had secretly fantasized that if she had disregarded everything from the beginning, would she have no regrets?
She grabbed the cushion next to her pillow and slammed it against the wall. The cushion fell softly, just like her mood at that moment—heavy and powerless.
Envy overwhelmed her like a tidal wave. She envied the Black Tower for being able to stand shoulder to shoulder with Zeus to unravel the unknown, envied Ruan Mei for being able to accompany him in exploring new worlds, and even more envied them for being able to gain his favor and cherish.
Behind this envy lies a deep sense of self-doubt. She feels she is not good enough, not dazzling enough, and that she is not worthy of him, who shines so brightly. The young girl finds it difficult to speak.
Estelle turned over, staring at the flickering lights, and finally couldn't hold back her tears, which dripped down her cheeks onto the pillow, leaving a small wet patch.
She knew that giving up on herself was useless, but the bittersweet feeling in her heart made her unable to control her emotions.
“Lord Zeus…” she murmured softly, her voice filled with resentment and disappointment.
Only her suppressed sobs remained in the room, mingling with the faint hum of the space station outside the window. This restless young woman hid her secrets in a corner unknown to anyone, savoring the bitterness of unrequited love and the desolation of unrequited affection under the starlight.
Tears couldn't dispel the bitterness in Estella's heart. Looking at the old photos, the envy in her heart made Estella's other hand reach down as if possessed. Sometimes, physical pleasure can relieve pain.
As the water droplets dripped onto the edge of the bed, a knock sounded on the door.
“It’s me, Estádio.”
Zeus's voice rang out.
As an omniscient and omnipotent god, even with his radiance concealed, his vision was more than enough to cover the space station. Estelle's actions naturally could not escape his eyes, and he, known for his lust and benevolence, would certainly not allow the girl to be harmed.
