When Li Xinghe rushed over, the delivery room had already been basically cleaned up. Teng Lihui stretched out her arms, which were covered in sweat. Li Xinghe hugged her tenderly and placed her arms against his chest.

Rie Fujii tried to pull it out but couldn't. She was getting more and more accommodating to the boy, so she just let him be.

The older sister said gently:

I want to name her Nagi.

Nagi is a typical Japanese-style kanji character, meaning to pray for calm and tranquility.

Fujiwara's hands were clenched into fists. She was actually praying that Li Xinghe's life would not be so turbulent in the future. Things had changed so much in the past two years that everyone felt like they were walking on floating cotton.

All three mothers were present, and Chiyo Hinaki adjusted Li Xinghe's messy hair:

"Mom is also worried, about the international community..."

Li Xinghe held Chiyo Hina's hand tightly, constantly comforting them:

"For diplomatic matters, there are specialized people to handle them. Besides, Europe and America are currently looking for words to insult me. Don't worry, by winter they will be the ones coming to me for help. Don't worry about this, my family will definitely be safe and sound."

The international community's condemnation may seem like a funny joke, but it's actually true.

Their diplomats and media couldn't find the right words to condemn Li Xinghe.

When Singapore was forcibly occupied, diplomats from a significant number of countries couldn't even distinguish the difference in status between Singapore and Hong Kong, or even know that Singapore was an independent country while Hong Kong was not. Most media personnel from those countries were completely unable to comprehend the peculiar question of why Singapore didn't belong to China if Hong Kong did. This made it even harder to understand the strange triple logic of why Hong Kong belonged to China, Singapore didn't, yet Singapore was established as a territory of the Greater China Federation.

This is a concept of nation-building unique to East Asian Confucian societies.

Since diplomats and media outlets are confused about the situation, the condemnation statements they issue are naturally poorly written. Many are simply copied from documents condemning the Chinese government during the 2019 Hong Kong riots, without even understanding the difference between Hong Kong and Singapore, before swarming to criticize China.

At this point, some insightful media outlets and bloggers naturally pointed out that Li Xinghe is the Prime Minister of Japan.

However, Japan is viewed as one of its own (leaning towards the lower end) in Western media, so it cannot be entirely portrayed as an adversary in public discourse. Otherwise, how can the US invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan be explained? For Western media, double standards are commonplace; the wrongdoings of the Western bloc must be treated differently from those of enemy nations. But now that Japan seems to be one of their own, and has indeed committed wrongdoings, many media outlets are trying to smooth things over, continuing to criticize China in public documents.

It was all China's fault that Singapore was occupied!

Although their ideas and reasons were wrong, they did find the right result.

In a month or two, these media outlets will probably go out of business, so Li Xinghe is not worried that such a media siege will continue to escalate.

After spending some time in the delivery room, Li Xinghe was kicked out of the room:

"Men shouldn't stay here; it's bad luck."

"Alright, alright, stop launching into your long-winded political talk right away. Don't disturb Rie's rest. Things have been busy at home lately, and we should probably consider hiring a housekeeper."

After being kicked out, Li Xinghe sighed slightly.

The superstition that it's unlucky for a man to be in the delivery room is quite amusing when it comes from a judge mother. It shows the power of tradition.

As I left the Royal Hospital, I happened to run into Duchess Olympia, who was there to offer her condolences with flowers.

She smiled mischievously and said, "Mei? Me? I'm busy. Lin? You're busy too..."

"I heard that your sister's daughter, who is also your daughter, was born, so I brought apples and flowers."

Li Xinghe shrugged and shamelessly stepped aside.

A short while later, Duchess Olympia came out from upstairs and praised Li Xinghe: "The women in your family are indeed very beautiful, just like you."

I'll take that as a compliment.

Let's go for a walk.

Li Xinghe and the duchess strolled through the royal gardens in autumn.

"The trees here shed their leaves earlier than those in London. Perhaps, just like the global landscape, the West withers earlier than the East."

Olympia looked at Li Xinghe, who was as beautiful as her sisters and mother, and changed the subject to the current political landscape.

"If the roots wither, it's useless for the branches and leaves to reproduce no matter how hard they try." Li Xinghe pointed out that the roots, namely the United States, withered first.

Duchess Olympia smiled broadly:

"I'm afraid it's not that the roots have withered, but that the stem has dried up the roots."

In the current global division of labor system, which emerged around September 11, 2001, following Bin Laden's surprise attack on the Twin Towers, the US's change in its strategic positioning towards China in October, and the WTO's acceptance of China in December, the US is the root, and China is the unexpected stem. The US, with the dollar as its foundation, ensures that any country attempting expansion is vulnerable to having its resource support cut off at any time, because it is the only root. The individual leaves of the plant cannot stand upright, becoming weak and collapsing to the ground.

But China was not controlled by its roots like ordinary blades of grass. Contrary to American expectations, it did not experience a booming democratic movement, the overthrow of local governments, and a color revolution simply by joining the World Trade Organization. Instead, it constantly competed with its roots for nutrients and even developed cell walls, a feature only found in the stems of trees. As a result, it grew stronger and stronger, eventually usurping the power of its roots.

But ultimately, the withered roots and the thriving stem must be separated.

People thought that the stem must be trying to escape on its own, but unexpectedly, it was the withered roots that couldn't stand it and had to actively cut off from the stem.

Duchess Olympia analyzed:

"When the unsustainable root system begins to wither, the energy it borrows from all its branches and leaves, all of which are denominated in dollars, will suffer severe losses. As a result, all Americans, whose holdings of approximately $30 trillion in bonds will be the first to see their assets shrink by more than 30%. Then Europe, holding tens of trillions of dollars, will have to swallow the bitter pill of asset shrinkage, and their assets will also plummet."

"More importantly, the share of global trade settled in US dollars, and the share of global foreign exchange reserves pegged to the US dollar, is about 50%. This 50% will shrink along with the roots."

The simplest explanation is that the US dollars you hold have become worthless.

To put it in a more dramatic, fictional way, it means that the value of currencies in most parts of the world has shrunk dramatically, while mine remains unchanged.

"But we must also guard against the dangers of a sudden surge in currency value." Duchess Olympia specifically reminded Li Xinghe to avoid falling into a yen appreciation trap.

It was precisely because of the dramatic rise and fall of the yen during that period, coupled with the Japanese government's series of blunders, that the seeds of the lost 40 years were sown.

"Yes, I have already arranged for economic experts to make buffer arrangements."

Li Xinghe readily accepts good advice.

This made Olympia smile so happily that her face lit up like a crescent moon.

"Before I came here, I thought that a dictator like you would definitely go his own way. In reality, it seems to be quite different from what I imagined."

While Li Xinghe couldn't be said to be acting unilaterally, he certainly had many people assisting him. The actual situation resembled an elite governing group.

Li Xinghe then offered a special apology:

"Australia's population is moving rapidly, with Asian Americans moving to Australia and white Australians moving to the United States. Hopefully, you won't mind this population shift too much."

This is certainly a problem.

But Duchess Olympia fully recognized the reality and pointed out the advantages of this population replacement:

"In a sense, if you've ever lived in the UK, you'd know that unless you're a graduate of a prestigious private high school like Eton, or a university graduate from Harvard, Cambridge, or LSE, those who graduate from the general public education system can't even effectively read and write English, let alone achieve anything in any job. If you've ever lived in the UK, you'd absolutely agree with me. These young people with IQs below 80, middle school grades below 50, who can't remember 500 English words, and can't write a coherent essay, have long become a social menace in Britain. So I'd rather see a group of peaceful Asians working than a bunch of gorilla-like white students randomly killing people on the street."

Li Xinghe laughed after hearing this.

This is the background to Humphrey's constant criticism of the British education system in "I Am a Minister" and "I Am a Prime Minister," where he repeatedly says that "private schools are responsible for educating the elite" and "public schools are responsible for solving teacher employment," while teachers' unions block British education reforms and try to maintain the reality that mediocre teachers occupy public school positions.

Fifty years have passed since the era of Humphrey and Jim Hack, and the British education system, as expected, has continued its downward spiral, reaching its lowest point. Because if it falls any further, graduates of British state schools will be taking exams alongside gorillas in a zoo. And then there's the issue of immigrants—Chinese, Indian, Japanese, and Black people—competing in British exam halls for knowledge within the realm of normal human intelligence, like Shakespeare.

In Humphrey's time, British high school students could open a furniture factory to make chairs (but steal the wood), while British high school students of this era would only smash the chairs in the shop and walk away.

“The same is true for Britain, and the same is true for Australia,” said Lady Olympia.

The situation in Australia is quite similar to that in the UK. Australian teenagers have underdeveloped brains and completely immature morals, and they often beat people, dismantle cars, and vandalize shops in the streets without any reason, leaving society and the police helpless.

Similar scenes have also occurred on the streets of Britain, Germany, and France. Those utterly uncivilized individuals, raised in carefree public schools, are now the main force behind street unrest. After all, they have no ability to fend for themselves, so they can only rely on causing trouble to get food from the government.

Therefore, for Britain, which originally adopted the theory of political correctness to guide society, discarding these brainless and stupid idiots is a difficult decision to make, yet it is also an awkward situation that cannot change the social education capacity and employment environment.

Li Xinghe's invasion, ironically, reversed this strange socio-political correctness.

The local police can finally start arresting kids. To hell with it, the regime has changed, who cares about these little bastards anymore? Arrest them and beat them up, if they don't behave, send them to the desert to eat sand.

Therefore, Olympia's attitude was rather moderate.

If we want elite white people to stay, but poor white people, especially teenagers, whose IQs are not much different from those of gorillas, then let's send them to the United States to participate in low-IQ team building activities in the city on a hill with the Magas.

After a heart-to-heart intellectual exchange, Li Xinghe felt that he and Olympia shared a very similar way of thinking and could both see the international situation rationally and calmly.

If we were to use some more cutting-edge terminology, this would probably be similar to intellectual homosexuality.

"I think our relationship now is closer to that of a close ruler and his subjects?"

“You are right, Your Majesty the Emperor.”

Duchess Olympia bowed slightly to the side and reminded Li Xinghe:

"Tursey and Usa seem to want to talk to you again."

"I think we should wait a little while. Until November 2nd, the day the votes are counted in the 2030 US midterm elections."

Li Xinghe embraced the beautiful British noblewoman, who looked like a cow, and kissed her first, postponing his plans to meet Tulsi and Usa until next month.

But after the kiss, Duchess Olympia playfully said:

"I think I should wait a little longer. I'll only be able to make time once the little queen has settled into her new life in Tokyo. As Her Majesty's tutor, it's only natural that I should personally teach her more bedroom skills."

So the real meaning of this statement is that after Queen Charlotte's first three months of stability, Duchess Olympia will teach the young queen more about the intimate rituals between noble couples.

Li Xinghe shook his head helplessly. This woman was too good at it.

……

2030 10 Month 2 Day.

The US military movements still seem very incomprehensible.

The First Army, entrenched in San Diego, has not left. They have seized local military facilities and are semi-coercing California into supplying them. This is, to some extent, a tacit agreement within the Republican Party to send a shockwave through California, the Democratic stronghold.

The 7th Division of the First Army had by this time crossed the Panama Canal, arrived in New York, and was on its way to Washington, D.C., to become the future Emperor's new army.

The division commander then hurriedly went to the White House to meet with Vance:

"Your Majesty, you personally promised to reorganize the 7th Division into the Capital Defense Force and to grant us command of the 35,000-strong Washington State Defense Force under Li Xinghe's command. But why haven't you handed it over to us yet?"

The current commander of the 7th Division, Soltz, was a prisoner of war sent back from the Taiwan front. He suffered from PTSD and bipolar disorder after the Battle of the Steel Plant and gradually earned the nickname "Mad Dog".

After undergoing military training in a Taiwanese prisoner-of-war camp, Soltz disregarded everyone except Li Xinghe, who had defeated him.

Since arriving in Washington with his troops, Salz felt constrained and therefore requested the merger of the 7th Division and the state defense forces to form the Capital Defense Force. This request was naturally approved by Vance, but the Department of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the National Security Advisor kept stalling and refusing to merge military powers.

Vance was very troubled:

"However, the Department of Defense and the National Security Advisor have been blocking us. Now that you're here, they'll probably be coming too..."

He did give the order, but his subordinates didn't carry it out.

Solz scoffed. That's how it is in Washington; it's gradually evolved into a system where might makes right. Take the Office of the Director of Intelligence, left behind by Tulsi after his escape—now there are at least five YouTubers vying for a spot, five teams fighting tooth and nail.

Give me a gun.

While making his request, Soltz pulled out his pistol, strode out the door, and within a few dozen meters, he pointed his gun at several high-ranking officials who were trying to obstruct the military intervention, right there in a corridor inside the White House.

"boom!"

Gunshots rang out, the National Security Advisor's secretary's head exploded, blood splattered on the White House walls, brain matter and skull flew through the air, providing a clear and vivid view of the gruesome sight of a brain bursting open.

"beat!"

At Mad Dog's command, the guards of the 7th Division swarmed forward, unleashing their iron fists on the dignified U.S. Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, National Security Advisor, and others. The martial arts skills they had learned in the Taiwanese prisoner-of-war camps felt incredibly satisfying to be used on their superiors.

Every punch landed squarely, striking the superiors in the ribs, making them scream in agony.

"I am...I am..." The Minister of Defense tried to speak, but couldn't utter a single word. His mouth was stuffed with a smelly sock and he continued to be beaten.

The fact that several key figures in the defense were beaten, even murdered, within the White House is an extremely insane act that undermines the national order. Yet, upon hearing the gunshots, Vance chickened out and dared not come out to retaliate. The Secret Service was stunned and dared not intervene.

After the beating, Solz grabbed the bald Chief of Staff Grady and questioned him:

"Should we grant permission to merge?"

"Give it to me or not!"

If you don't give it to me, I'll beat you to death.

"Give...give..."

After being thoroughly beaten, the defense authorities finally relented.

Mad Dog Solz was promoted from commander of the 7th Division to commander of the Capital Defense Corps.

In a sense, this is also a form of "official hunting." They're relentlessly attacking the internet-famous defense minister, forcing him to reveal everything.

At least for the White House secretaries who witnessed this scene, the profound shock will linger in their hearts. The National Security Advisor's secretary was shot dead in the White House—does the American system still exist?

Back in Vance's office, Soltz patted his chest:

"finished."

Despite killing someone in the White House, Vance suddenly felt good.

With no one stopping him, he slammed his hand on the table, completely satisfied.

“This is what it feels like to be an emperor. Yes, this is what an emperor is like. I grant you the authority to form the capital's defense force and deploy it near Washington.”
