Kisame's shark-like eyes narrowed slightly. "That voice!"

Mei Terumi had already stood up straight, a hint of interest flashing in her emerald eyes. "Shall we go take a look?"

The two exchanged a glance and, without prior arrangement, headed toward the source of the commotion.

In the center of the crowd, Deidara's blond hair, like a burning flame, stood out conspicuously in the sunlight. He gripped your wrist tightly, his blue eyes blazing with anger. "Who did you buy this milk tea with, huh?!"

Your eyes were filled with helplessness as you tried to pull your hand away, but Deidara's strength was astonishing. "Let go, you're hurting me."

"Deidara, stop messing around." Yahiko grabbed the blond boy's shoulders from behind, his voice was terrifyingly low, and a hint of killing intent flashed in his eyes. His slender fingers tightened slightly, and his knuckles turned white, obviously he had used a lot of force.

"Yahiko, don't worry about it!" Deidara struggled fiercely. "I have to find out today who this wicked woman drank the couple's milk tea with, hmm!" His voice trembled slightly with excitement, and his cheeks flushed red.

The onlookers whispered among themselves, some pointing and whispering, others covering their mouths and chuckling, but no one dared to step forward to dissuade these teenagers who were clearly not ordinary people.

"What a troublemaker!" You were utterly speechless at Deidara. The artist, who usually had a carefree and irreverent attitude, was now acting like a jealous child over a cup of milk tea.

"Haha, what's going on? Why are you arguing?" A clear and melodious female voice suddenly interrupted, like a clear spring flowing through the sweltering summer.

The crowd parted to make way for her, and Mei Terumi walked gracefully forward, the couple's milk tea in her hand gleaming enticingly in the sunlight. Kisame followed behind her, looking on with an expression of anticipation.

Deidara turned his head sharply upon hearing the laughter, his gaze immediately locking onto the milk tea in Mei Terumi's hand. His pupils contracted sharply, as if he had discovered some earth-shattering secret.

"It's you!" Deidara released your wrist and rushed to Mei Terumi. "Did you and that wicked girl drink couple's milk tea, huh?"

Mei Terumi raised an eyebrow, completely unfazed by his aggressive demeanor. She elegantly sipped her milk tea, leaving an ambiguous mark of her red lips on the straw. "What's wrong? Any objections?"

Chapter 155 Amusement Park (12)

Her answer was so straightforward that Deidara was momentarily speechless. The blond boy opened his mouth, then closed it again, like a stranded fish.

He turned to look at you, then at Mei Terumi, and finally his gaze fell on that damned milk tea. His expression shifted from anger to confusion, and finally settled on a comical disbelief.

"Two, two girls...?" Deidara's voice suddenly became softer, and the tips of his ears turned red at a visible speed.

Kisame couldn't help but laugh out loud. "Times have changed! Kid, love doesn't discriminate by gender, huh?" He deliberately imitated Deidara's verbal tic, which earned him a fierce glare from the other.

Looking at this absurd scene before you, your anger gradually subsided. You rubbed your wrist, which Deidara had scratched red. "Alright, Deidara, let's leave it at that."

Continuing to pester him is pointless; he's like a willful child, the more you pay attention to him, the more energetic he becomes.

Deidara snorted, crossed his arms, and let his golden bangs fall down to cover his eyes. "That wicked woman is always like this, never explaining anything..." In addition to his dissatisfaction, there was also a hint of barely perceptible grievance in his voice.

Mei Terumi observed your interaction with great interest, a hint of understanding flashing in her emerald eyes.

She suddenly put her arm around your shoulder, the movement so natural it was as if they were a couple. "Pretty girl, who is this grumpy little boy...?"

Before you could answer, Deidara exploded, "Who's a child, huh?! I'm the devil's god! The Explosion Artist Deidara!"

He excitedly pulled a clump of white substance from the clay bag at his waist, but Yahiko quickly grabbed his wrist.

"Don't cause trouble here!" Yahiko warned in a low voice, his voice as cold as ice.

The atmosphere tensed up again. Kisame subtly moved to your other side, forming a delicate protective stance; Mei Terumi maintained her elegant smile, but her eyes had become sharp.

Deidara struggled unwillingly under Yahiko's suppression; while you were caught in the middle, feeling a headache coming on.

"Enough." You gently pulled away from Mei Terumi's arm, walked up to Deidara, and looked him straight in the eye. "It's just a cup of milk tea, is it really worth making such a fuss?"

Sunlight streamed through your raven-feather-like eyelashes, casting dappled shadows on your face. Only upon closer inspection did Deidara realize just how beautiful your eyes were.

Deidara's anger suddenly dissipated by more than half. He turned his face away and muttered, "I just...want to know who you are with..." His voice grew softer and softer until it was almost inaudible.

You sighed and reached out to straighten Deidara's collar, which was disheveled from his struggle. This unintentional action made the blond boy freeze instantly.

"Next time, just ask me directly, don't act like this." Your voice softened. "Okay?"

Deidara nodded blankly, his previous arrogance completely gone.

Mei Terumi watched this scene with a hint of amusement in her eyes. She leaned close to Kisame's ear and said, "The kids in your organization are quite interesting."

Kisame grinned, his sharp teeth gleaming coldly. "The most interesting part is yet to come."

Just then, a commotion suddenly arose on the outskirts of the crowd. A man with black hair and red eyes stood there quietly, having been observing for an unknown period of time.

His gaze pierced through the bustling crowd and locked onto you. Uchiha Itachi's appearance was like an ice cube thrown into boiling water, instantly changing the atmosphere of the scene.

"Have you had enough?" Itachi's voice was eerily calm. "Nagato is waiting for us."

He didn't name names, but everyone knew who he was talking to. You nodded slightly, gave Mei Terumi an apologetic look, and then walked towards Itachi.

Mei Terumi watched your departing figure, then glanced at the almost empty milk tea in her hand, and suddenly smiled, "Looks like my 'little girlfriend' is quite popular."

Kisame gave her a meaningful look. "Let me give you a piece of advice: don't get too involved. There are far more 'beasts' around that child than you can imagine."

Mei Terumi smiled noncommittally and tossed the empty cup precisely into the trash can in the distance. "Who knows? Maybe... I'm the most dangerous 'beast'."

Sunlight spills into every corner of the water park, and the towering Ferris wheel slowly rotates, its crystal-clear cabins refracting colorful light spots.

Kisame charged into the amusement park first, his gray-blue skin gleaming strangely in the sunlight.

He spread his arms wide, his sharp teeth gleaming with excited coldness. "Haha, we're going to have a good time today!" The sharkskin on his back seemed to sense its master's pleasure, and the scales under the bandages trembled slightly.

Deidara, however, had no time to appreciate any of this. He followed closely behind you, his blond hair slightly damp with sweat from his eagerness, clinging to his forehead.

"You wicked woman! Don't forget what you promised me three days ago?" He lowered his voice, but couldn't hide the expectation in his tone.

You opened a parasol, casting a shadow on your face, and glanced helplessly at Deidara. "I haven't forgotten. Can you please not be so agitated?"

"How could I not be excited? This is..." Deidara stopped abruptly halfway through his sentence, his ear tips turning red at a visible speed.

He abruptly turned his head, crossed his arms, and adopted his usual arrogant posture. "Hmph, nothing!"

Not far away, Yahiko took in the whole scene. He stood in the shade of an artificial palm tree, his heart feeling as if it were being squeezed by an invisible hand, and a soreness spreading through his veins to his limbs.

As the leader of the Akatsuki organization, he was used to hiding his emotions, but at this moment he needed to use all his strength to maintain a calm facial expression.

"Why don't you go?" Konan's voice came from behind, carrying a hint of understanding and jealousy towards Deidara.

Yahiko took a deep breath, a perfect smile spreading across his lips. "Of course." He strode toward you and Deidara, his steps steady as if the momentary tremor had never existed.

You look stunning in the sunlight, wearing a light blue swimsuit over a semi-transparent gauze overlay that flutters gently in the breeze, revealing glimpses of your slender waist and delicate collarbones.

Deidara was gesturing wildly as he spoke, his golden hair shimmering like molten gold in the sunlight.

“Tanuki,” Yahiko stopped two steps away, his voice as gentle as a breeze across water, “Are you going to team up with Deidara?”

Deidara's reaction was much more direct. He jumped up like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, and opened his mouth to declare his ownership, "Of course! We agreed on this long ago—"

You swiftly covered his mouth, and when your palm touched Deidara's soft, warm lips, his eyes widened, his blue eyes reflecting your face so close to his, and he even paused for a moment.

“It was a promise,” you said, withdrawing your hand, the lingering warmth on your fingertips making you feel a little uncomfortable. “I’m sorry to have to decline your invitation again.” You said to Yahiko, your voice filled with sincere apology.

Yahiko's smile froze for a second, then relaxed again. He raised his hand and tucked a stray strand of your black hair behind your ear. "May I be so bold as to reserve another invitation for you?"

Your gazes met in the air, and time seemed to stretch out. You could see your own reflection in Yahiko's pupils, and the deep-seated yet still revealing desire.

The sounds of splashing water, the laughter of tourists, and even Deidara's breathing faded away, leaving only this fleeting moment of eye contact in the world.

"As the leader, you're still playing these tricks! Have you no shame?!" Deidara's roar broke the atmosphere. He broke free from your obstruction, his face flushed red, and his finger pointing at Yahiko trembled slightly.

Yahiko, however, remained oblivious, his gaze fixed on you as if awaiting an answer of life or death. Sunlight streamed through the glass cabin of the Ferris wheel, casting shifting shadows on his face and making his eyes appear as deep as the ocean.

"Of course, Yahiko." You agreed.

Deidara's expression froze instantly, his blue eyes widening as if he had heard something unbelievable.

He suddenly turned to look at you, his lips slightly parted as if he was about to retort, but before he could speak, you grabbed his arm and dragged him away forcefully.

"Come on, don't embarrass yourself here." You lowered your voice, your fingertips tightening slightly, not with much force, but enough to make Deidara stagger a couple of steps, forced to keep up with you.

"You wicked woman! You can't agree to him!" Deidara struggled, his voice filled with resentment and anger, but you ignored him, only quickening your pace and pulling him away from Yahiko's sight.

Yahiko stood there, his gaze following the departing figures of the two, a slight smile playing on his lips.

Your promise finally put his mind at ease; at least, you didn't show any particular favoritism towards Deidara.

"Heh..." He chuckled softly, turned and walked towards the wave pool, but a dark and ambiguous emotion flashed in his eyes.

Not far away, Scorpion leaned against a pillar in the amusement park, arms crossed, coldly watching the farce unfold. His face remained expressionless, but his amber eyes narrowed slightly, revealing a hint of disgust.

In his view, feelings should be something that flows gently and grows slowly in daily interactions. But what about Yahiko and Deidara?

One of them used his status as the leader to make demands, while the other resorted to dishonest means to seize the opportunity—it's utterly shameless!

"Childish." He scoffed and turned to leave.

You dragged Deidara to a relatively quiet corner, let go of his hand, put your hands on your hips, and looked at him helplessly.

"You wicked woman, why did you agree to him?" Deidara shook his wrist, which was red from being pulled, and questioned him angrily.

You rolled your eyes at him. "It's just an agreement. Don't be so petty."

"Me, petty?!" Deidara's eyes widened, his voice suddenly rising. "I'm doing this for your own good! Yahiko definitely has ulterior motives!"

You sighed and rubbed your temples.

"Okay, okay, let's not talk about him anymore." You waved your hand, trying to change the subject. "Didn't you say you had something important to do with me? What is it?"

Deidara was initially sulking, but his expression changed instantly upon hearing the question.

His ear tips turned red at a visible speed, his eyes darted around for a moment, then he turned his face away with feigned composure and coughed lightly, "You'll find out when the time comes. Come with me."

After saying that, he grabbed your hand without further ado and led you deeper into the amusement park.

You were pulled along by Deidara, through the bustling crowd, and finally stopped in front of a giant Ferris wheel.

This Ferris wheel is completely different from ordinary ones. Each of its cabins is transparent and filled with clear water, which reflects a dreamy halo in the sunlight, like a giant water bubble floating in the air.

"Is this what you were talking about?" You looked up in surprise.

Deidara raised his chin smugly. "Well, you wicked woman, didn't expect that, did you? I specially booked this Ferris wheel."

You blinked, turned to look at him, your expression somewhat subtle, "You...booked the entire Ferris wheel?"

“Of course!” Deidara said, hands on his hips, beaming with pride. “That way, no one will bother us!”

You stared at him for two seconds, then suddenly smiled, "You're thoughtful."

Deidara's face turned even redder. He turned his head away and muttered, "Stop talking nonsense! Hurry up and go!"

The moment the hatch closed, the whole world suddenly fell silent, and the water rippled all around, filtering out the sounds of the outside world into a muffled hum.

Looking at Deidara's blue eyes, which appear exceptionally bright under the reflection of the water, you suddenly realize that this is the first time you've truly been alone together, without missions, without the disturbance of other members of the organization, and even without the noise of the Explosion Art.

The Ferris wheel began to rise slowly, and Deidara's face flickered in and out of focus in the shimmering water. He opened his mouth, then closed it again, and finally suddenly pulled a small box wrapped in a waterproof cloth from his ninja tool pouch.

"Here you go!" He shoved the box into your hands roughly, his eyes fixed on his knees. "I made it! Hmm!"

Under the waterproof tarpaulin is an exquisite clay sculpture. A chibi version of you is standing with your hands on your hips, stepping on a mini Deidara. Even the furrowed brow when you're impatient is depicted perfectly.

The most amazing thing is that the sculpture slowly changes color in the water, from crimson to indigo, as if it has captured the sunset.

“This is…” Your fingertips gently touch the sculpture’s cheek.

"Special clay! It changes color when it comes into contact with water! Hmm!" Deidara suddenly became excited, gesturing wildly as he explained, "I spent a long time figuring out this formula, and if you add chakra, it can even—"

As the Ferris wheel reached its highest point, sunlight pierced through the water and enveloped you. Deidara's voice abruptly stopped, for he saw you smile.

It wasn't the usual perfunctory fake smile, but a genuinely happy smile with the corners of his eyes slightly upturned.

"I like it very much." You carefully put the sculpture into your arms. As the water rippled, strands of hair floated like seaweed, some even wrapping around Deidara's arm.

Chapter 156 Amusement Park (13)

Deidara sat opposite you, his fingers unconsciously clenching the fabric on his knees, his blue eyes glancing at you every now and then before quickly looking away.

“You wicked woman, actually I…” he suddenly began, his voice lower than usual, carrying a hint of barely perceptible tension.

"Hmm? What do you want to say?"

Deidara's face flushed crimson, as if it had been roasted by fire. He opened his mouth, then closed it again, his Adam's apple bobbing. Finally, as if making up his mind, he took a deep breath and said, "Actually, I'm very happy being with you. I..."

The Ferris wheel suddenly shook violently, and the water in the cabin surged violently. Caught off guard, you were thrown forward and fell directly into Deidara's arms.

Deidara instinctively reached out and caught you, wrapping his arms tightly around your waist.

Time seems to stand still at this moment.

The Ferris wheel finally stabilized, and you quickly stepped away from his embrace, sat back in your original seat, and coughed lightly to cover up your panic.

"...What just happened?" you asked, trying to appear calm, but you didn't dare to look Deidara in the eye.

Deidara, however, continued to stare intently at you, his gaze so intense it almost burned you.
