Before the book was published, Yixiao thought for a long time about what kind of book to write?

It only takes two seconds to read the word "life". It is difficult to live well. The more you read dy and bz, the harder it is. There is a video that can calm the anxiety in your heart. Yixiao has experienced a lot of things, which makes me want to write a novel that is easy to relieve pressure. No matter where you are, if you open Yixiao's book late at night and it can soothe your anxious heart after reading it, you can fall asleep easily, and I think it is meaningful. I also think it is meaningful to read a few chapters to relax when I am bored and stressed at work during the day, and to read a few chapters to relieve stress when I am stressed by school.

So, at the beginning of each chapter, I will write a sentence like this: After reading this chapter, readers will feel relaxed and happy, and are willing to continue to accompany me.

During the period of opening the book, many things happened, and life is always changing rapidly.

Sometimes when I am busy, I will: Did I eat lunch today? I seem to have eaten, forget it, I am not hungry anyway. Or I can't remember what I had for lunch at all.
