At this time, Guanyin Bodhisattva clasped his hands, bowed to the Buddha and said, "I, Buddha, and Ksitigarbha have not eliminated the variables. What should I do about this matter?"

The Buddha paused for a moment, then said: "Honorable Guanyin, I order you to go to Ksitigarbha Temple this time to visit Ksitigarbha and find out what exactly Ksitigarbha did when he went to the Daughter's Kingdom this time."

Then Tathagata Buddha looked at Arhat Subduing Dragon and Arhat Subduing Tiger and said: "Arhat Subduing Dragon and Arhat Subduing Tiger, I order you two to go to Heaven and entrust this matter to Heaven. They will not refuse."
