Fraus opens his eyes and gets up from his bed. Before he went to sleep, he did not forget to conjure two Gemini clones for the purpose of training.

This time he did not make them focus on Dream Sword Art or Basic Swordsmanship, he just ordered them to meditate in silence. After he woke up, he saw two clones were still meditating.

He smiles and unsummons two Gemini clones. Just after he unsummoned two Gemini clones, he feels a surge of energy in his mind and body.

He feels more powerful and his mind was more clear than usual.

Fraus took a deep breath and opens his status to see the changes.

Fraus felt good. His increase is good enough.

The reason for meditation to work well enough is simple.

His two Gemini clones, without any loss of concentration or anything, just meditated.

They must be distinguished from Fraus, a living being with flesh and mind of its own.

They are fully focused on meditating

and the fact that everything they have done will be given back to Fraus means.

That the increase Fraus had is identical if he were to meditate for 20 hours without any interruption of his thoughts, no food or no sleep,

For a human, something like that may not be possible as there are many distractions and the mind of a human by itself is a distraction.

"I am going to get myself some breakfast."

Fraus thought and left his room and went downstairs.

He ordered a simple breakfast and then started eating it.

There were not many people in the inn.

The morning was already here, but, of course, the city people would not come to the inn directly in the morning.

Fraus finished his breakfast in ten minutes. He then left the Inn, going directly to Dream School for more practice. He was already wearing his Dream Sword Clothes.

He went to the practice grounds and took one of the wooden swords and started performing, Dream Sword Art. At the same time, before even coming to school, he already summoned two Gemini clones of his to go to a forest close to the city and find some trees to practice Dream Sword Art.

His purpose is, for the time being, to reach the level of Dream Sword Art. From what he learned until now, every upgrade like that would mean a qualitative change in power and in the mind.
