"Why don't you hide?"

“…A bit dirty.”

The clown was quite patient and interested in Lucien, and waved his hand, motioning him to come over.

So Lucien really went there.

The Joker is taller than Lucian, but his slightly hunched back makes them look about the same height.

"Anything you want to say to me?" asked the clown.

"…Are these your last words?"

"perhaps."

"Then I can tell you a secret."

"Oh?"

"The Joker plus Batman equals the Joker Batman."

What Lucian said was true, and according to the plot of the Dark Metal comics, the Joker still hates the Laughing Bat that was born from it.

The clown smiled silently: "You seem to have something to rely on that will prevent me from killing you."

Lucien remained silent, and the clown continued, "Strange, I don't think I really have any intention of killing you."

"I'm not angry at all."

"Even if you go a little further, I might not be angry."

The Joker let go of Batman's feet, then moved close to Lucian's face, stroking it with both hands, and breathed cold air on Lucian's face.

Lucian didn't hide. At close range, he could see the clown's rough skin, but he couldn't see the expression in his eyes. Goose bumps rose uncontrollably on his cheeks.

He felt the sense of being looked down upon from a high vantage point.

Then the clown laughed. His smile was evil, suppressed and exaggerated, and he drew out the tone: "Oh..."

"Well, thanks for the...secret!"

The Joker raised his eyebrows, his green eyes locked on Lucian, and then he said, "This is the end of my last words. Now I want to... kill you."

He spoke the last sentence softly and slowly, with a cannibalistic malicious tenderness.

The clown has a unique aura, which seems to pour down on Lucian through the medium of smell.

There is no surface feeling of stink, fishy or spicy, just a pungent, empty pungent smell.

"It's better not to." Lucian said, "If you kill me, no one will tell you what will happen next that you don't want to see."

"Oh?"

"You will be killed by Batman, and then Batman will become a combination of the two of you, becoming a madman who will eventually destroy the world."

"Isn't this what I want?"

Lucian looked at him in silence. They stared at each other for a moment, and the clown's expression suddenly turned cold: "It's boring."

"Boring." The clown said again:

"opinionated."

The Joker was condemning Lucian, but Lucian's eyes were wandering and fell on Batman. The Dark Knight seemed to be unconscious.

The iconic black technology cloak has disappeared, and the flexible Karaf armor has many more damages, especially his mask.

……

Batman without a mask?

Lucian looked at it carefully and denied it. Batman was definitely not without a mask.

He was even more convinced that Batman, who was already defenseless, had his mask taken away by the Joker... or destroyed.

Then Lucian had another question: how did the Joker drag Batman?

Some versions of the Joker are just a high-IQ criminal, while others have maxed out his physical skills. But physical skills are physical skills, and have nothing to do with weight. Batman weighs 200 pounds plus 80 pounds of armor... How could the Joker be possible?

Lucian pursed his lips and looked at the clown. The two looked at each other again, but he couldn't see anything in those deep-socketed eyes.

……

The silence was broken again by a series of chaotic footsteps.

Lucien looked.

The man in the clown mask came with the first family of three.

Before he could see clearly, a stream of gas sprayed towards Lucian.

He failed to dodge and felt a little dizzy, and then a knife was inserted into his lower abdomen.

The clown was still laughing quietly, holding the knife handle in his leather-gloved hand.

"Where does this support come from?"

"Ok?"

Lucien fell backward, but forced himself to stagger a few steps to avoid the filth next to the trash can.

The pain came, he curled up his body, and blood oozed out.

The clown looked down at him, shook off the blood on the knife, pondered for a moment, and took out a gorgeous rose from somewhere.

Then a crystal liquid sprayed out from the center of the rose.

Accompanied by a tingling corrosion sound and rising white smoke, the skin on the entire lower left half of Lucian's face quickly sank, and the entire piece of flesh was swept away.

The notorious instigator laughed again: "I didn't kill you."

Then he seemed to lose interest in Lucien, noticing Batman struggling to wake up because of the scream.

So the Joker completely forgot about Lucian. He got a syringe from his men and injected it into Batman's neck. Batman struggled, but seemed powerless.

"Come on, Bat, this is to help you, relax, it's just a stimulant."

"Or maybe it's not a stimulant... I forgot what's in this."

The Joker threw the syringe away casually. It was still unknown what was inside the syringe, but the effect was immediate. Batman opened his eyes, but his pupils were slightly dilated.

"Hee!" said the clown, "Looks like it's stimulants."

Chapter 3 The Death of the Clown

What was Batman's original tragedy?

It was a small gift from Gotham on his eighth birthday—the death of his parents.

For some reason, the Joker becomes hysterical and is determined to repeat the tragedy in front of Batman.

——Kill the parents of all three families in Gotham.

Lucien was half squatting or perhaps slumped in a sitting position, his brown eyes reflecting the strange scene in front of him.

The Joker twisted Batman's head and forced him towards the entrance of the alley - the panicked mother half-hugged her child, and the father took half a step forward and stood in front of the two of them.

It seemed that the Joker had injected Batman with some hallucinogen before, and Batman's eyesight was a little vague. What he saw seemed to be the culprit that woke him up in the middle of the night many years ago.

The clown bent over and looked up at the boy who was forced to walk inside as if he were evaluating a gift in a store cupboard.

"It's a young gentleman! And the lady..."

The Joker suddenly noticed something that excited him. He put Batman down and paced: "She's wearing a pearl necklace!"

Batman's mother also wore a pearl necklace when she died.

The woman's delicate makeup was in disarray and she kept making the sign of the cross on her chest.

But the devil who pointed a gun at them didn't care about her pitiful appearance at all. He only cared about whether the sage he wanted to lure to hell would fall into depravity.

"It's a miracle, isn't it, Bruce."

The Joker stood still, bent down, and smiled in Batman's ear, his voice thick and silky.

It is still unknown whether Batman thinks this is a miracle, but Lucian knows that it is definitely a miracle.

A miracle that will give birth to the most terrifying monster in the DC universe.

Next, Batman will "accidentally" kill the Joker under the Joker's stimulation, thus turning evil, and finally destroying the world and the entire DC universe.

If we want to stop it at its source, we can either prevent the tragedy from happening, but it's obvious... it's too late to stop it now. Or we can kill the Joker before Batman does... or stop the Joker.

reason?

As long as Batman doesn't kill people, he won't be completely evil, or heartbroken... And there's the Joker, the silver coin, who seals the virus in his body and infects the people around him when he dies.

Lucian's left hand moved gently, reaching for the area covered by the filth and garbage...

The Joker smiled as he looked at the terrified posture of the family of three, then lowered his head and looked at Batman again.

The Kamen Rider lost the mask he relied on, revealing Bruce Wayne's face with messy hair, looking embarrassed and depressed.

But Batman showed up anyway.

And which Gotham citizen doesn't recognize the face of Bruce Wayne?

"Ah! It's Bruce Wayne!"

The boy in his mother's arms was the first to discover it, or to say, the first to break the window paper.

His parents had already discovered it, but wisely did not say anything. After hearing what the boy said, his mother quickly covered his mouth to stop him from speaking and apologized repeatedly:

"We didn't see anything, we don't know anything, let us go... please!"

For ordinary people in Gotham, knowing Batman's true identity will not bring them any benefits at all, and may even take their lives.

Especially now.

The Joker was very happy with what the boy said. He swung the gun in his hand, hit Batman's face with the cold bullet, and said in a tone of pretending to be worried and negotiating:

"They seem to know Batman's true identity... I was planning to let them go, but... who said this is the tacit understanding we've always had?"

"No one can use your true identity to attack you! This is our agreement, our unspoken tacit understanding, isn't it?"

The Joker seems to want to help this soft-hearted Kamen Rider to eradicate the evil, or perhaps he wants to replicate Jochel's great deeds back then.
