"The principle of the Fidelius Charm is actually to use magic to hide a secret in the soul of a living person," Lycos said. "This secret is hidden in the heart of the chosen person, or the secret keeper, and from then on, no one else can discover this secret."
"Of course, this magic also has a weakness - if the secret keeper deliberately leaks it, then the magically protected location will be discovered."
"As long as the Secret Keeper refuses to speak, Voldemort will not be able to find your secluded place even if he digs three feet underground, and naturally he will not be able to find you either... Even if he stands outside your door or even knocks on your window, he will not be able to sense any trace of you."
Having said that, Harry already had a vague guess.
"You mean... Blake betrayed my father?" His voice trembled.
"Maybe, but there could be something else..."
Before Lekos could finish his words, Sirius finally couldn't help it after hearing this.
In an instant, a huge black dog suddenly emerged from the grass, jumped over the fence, and rushed to Harry, barking loudly.
Harry was startled and quickly ran in the opposite direction, trying to avoid the big dog's attack... However, the big dog seemed to have recognized him and followed Harry closely, barking fiercely from time to time.
Lycos was too lazy to move at all, sitting by the low wall of Magnolia Crescent Street.
He just leaned against the low wall, watching the big black dog chase Harry and gradually disappear into the dim night.
Lycos took out a glass of orange juice from his snakeskin wallet, moistened his throat a little, and then lit his wand -
"Lumos Solemn."
A ball of light many times brighter than the surrounding street lights rose into the sky, illuminating the entire street as bright as day.
Although Lecos deliberately avoided accepting the notice issued at the end of each school year, he did not allow the Ministry of Magic to attach the traces used to detect underage spellcasting activities to his wand.
However, the perception of the Trace has a large range. There is a Trace on Harry's wand, so if there are no other adult wizards around, Lycos cannot cast spells to avoid exposing the fact that he has no Trace.
Now that Harry had been driven away by Sirius, Lycos could cast magic freely.
He stood in the bright light, waiting quietly.
Sure enough, not long after, the big black dog came running back from the end of the street.
When it reached Lycos, the black dog suddenly stood up, its long, messy black hair quickly shortened, and its body became thin and tall, turning into a man with tangled hair and a crazy look.
"I guess... you are waiting for me." The man stared at Lycos with a cold tone.
"Obviously." Lycos smiled and straightened up from the low wall. "Nice to meet you, Sirius Black."
The two men stood face to face beside the low wall, looking at each other.
Sirius remained silent and didn't say anything, and Lycos was not in a hurry either, just staring at him.
"How did you find me..." After a long silence, Sirius finally couldn't help but ask.
"You've already guessed it, why are you asking me why?" Lycos asked back.
Sirius let out a long sigh.
"Regulus..." he murmured softly, "I didn't know he was still alive. If he was, he wouldn't be surprised to know that I had become an Animagus... After all, I learned Transfiguration from the Black family."
Then Sirius raised his head again and looked at Lycos with a very puzzled and strange look.
"Boy, the person in front of you is an extremely dangerous dark wizard, a murderer who just escaped from Azkaban... Aren't you afraid at all? Besides, even if you knew I had Animagus, how did you find Little Whinging?"
"Because Mr. Regulus Black believes there's something else going on with you," Lycos said slowly. "I think if you really haven't betrayed Harry's father as he suspected..."
"Then the person you want to see most after you get out of prison must be your godson, right?"
Lycos took a step forward and stared closely into Blake's gray eyes hidden under her messy hair.
"I'm here to help you, Mr. Sirius Black..."

Chapter 179 Capturing Sirius
"How do you want to help me?" Sirius felt a little amused. "Just a little guy like you?"
"Isn't it possible?" Lycos asked, "If you really haven't betrayed the Potters, then all you need is a chance to explain... and I can let you meet Headmaster Dumbledore."
"Aren't you worried at all?" Sirius's expression was a little gloomy. "What if I really am the one who betrayed James and Lily... Aren't you afraid that I will kill you here?"
Lycos shrugged.
He thought Sirius was a twisted person.
There were other ways and many opportunities to defend himself, but in order to atone for his decision to give up the secret keeper, he chose the most clumsy and meaningless way -
Let the people of the Ministry of Magic arrest me, and then lock me up in the deepest prison of Azkaban, paralyzing my nerves and spending my days thinking about the happy times in the past...
What's the point of this?
Now, regardless of whether what Lycos told him was true or not, it was true that he and Harry were classmates at Hogwarts.
In such a situation, why didn't Sirius immediately seize this opportunity that might come true, but instead had the leisure to ask others why they wanted to help him?
"So you can do that?" Lycos asked impatiently, "If you want to kill me, do it quickly..."
"But if you kill me, you will never have the opportunity to see Dumbledore so easily again. Even if you do see Dumbledore, he will most likely arrest you and hand you over to the Ministry of Magic."
Sirius froze in place.
He could never have imagined that a little wizard who looked only twelve or thirteen years old would be so fearless when facing a criminal.
"But I still find it hard to believe you." Sirius said hesitantly, "You said you knew Regulus... Although I don't know why Regulus would speak for me, I know very well that he is a Death Eater."
"Not a single Death Eater is a good person. All Death Eaters deserve to die!"
Lycos: “…”
As a closeted Death Eater, he felt offended...
"I see you don't want to see Dumbledore." Lycos curled his lips coldly, turned around and walked back to Privet Drive, "Then you can just live like a dog."
"When you try everything and still can't get into Hogwarts, you'll come to me for help."
Lycos waved behind him and left Magnolia Crescent Street without hesitation.
He was not worried that Sirius would leave just like that... because Lycos knew that he had seen Sirius's true face and Sirius would never let him go.
Sure enough, just as Lycos walked out of the area covered by the enhanced light of the illumination spell, a barely perceptible sound suddenly came from behind him.
The fire shield that had been prepared long ago was suddenly cast out, and the black flames formed an indestructible wall of fire behind Lycos, blocking Sirius' silent coma spell.
"I should have known that you're not a Hogwarts student!" Sirius' voice came from behind. "Tell me! Who are you? You actually used Polyjuice Potion to disguise yourself as a young wizard from Hogwarts!"
The corners of Lycos' mouth twitched.
"You have quite an imagination, Mr. Black." He turned and glanced at Sirius.
Sirius didn't know when a wand appeared in his hand, and no one knew from which unlucky guy he stole it.
"No matter who you are, I will not let you leave here today!" Sirius said sternly, and raised his wand again -
"Impedimenta!"
Blue-green sparks lit up at the tip of his wand, and Lycos felt as if he was stuck in mud, and any movement was slowed down... but the black flames protecting his fire shield continued to burn unaffected.
He chuckled softly, and the fire shield instantly wrapped around him, forming a large fire cocoon.
Sirius cast a series of spells on the fire cocoon, but they were all quickly burned out by the scorching flames, without any sign of touching Lycos. The only way they could do was to fan the flames slightly, causing them to sink a little, and then quickly return to their original position.
Seeing that this was not a solution and that it was very likely to alert the Ministry of Magic and draw them nearby, Sirius stopped casting the spell and thought quietly for a moment...
Lycos was not in a hurry at all and just waited quietly in the fire cocoon.
After a moment, Sirius seemed to have come up with a solution and switched to a different type of magic -
"Deprimo!"
In an instant, the ground under Lycos' feet suddenly collapsed, forming a huge deep pit.
Lycos lost his balance and fell from the cave entrance... followed by a series of transformations. The ground around the cave entrance suddenly rose up, forming a solid earth wall, and then quickly buried the middle of the pit.
Sirius was indeed an elite wizard of the Order of the Phoenix, and a prominent figure at Hogwarts back then. His mind was indeed quite flexible... This was the first time Lycos had seen his way of dealing with the fire shield.
But Lycos didn't show any panic at all.
"Reducto (to be shattered to pieces)."
He used a crushing spell to smash the earth wall into pieces, then used the black flames of his fire shield to burn the pieces into ashes, while glancing at the time on his pocket watch.
"It should be about time." Lycos muttered to himself.
As if responding to Lycos's thoughts, while Sirius's attention was almost entirely on Lycos, a voice suddenly came from the darkness -
"Locomotor Mortis."
Caught off guard, Sirius was hit squarely by the Leg-Locking Curse.
He realized something was wrong, stopped attacking immediately, and tried to use Apparition to leave the street...
"What?" Sirius exclaimed.
When his Apparition failed, he was shocked to find that he had been surrounded by an Anti-Apparition spell!
"Are you trying to trick me?" Sirius turned around angrily and looked towards the place where the Leg-Locking Curse came from.
Then, he saw a face similar to his slowly walking out from the shadows in the corner...same curly black hair, same dark gray eyes, same tall and thin stature.
He is just not as handsome as him, but he looks much more respectable than this "homeless guy".
"Regulus..." Sirius' lips trembled as he pronounced his brother's name word by word, "So you're really not dead..."
"I was going to die, but something unexpected happened." Regulus stared at Sirius deeply, "But now it seems that my life is much better than yours."
"I don't care how your life goes!" Sirius roared. "I've lost all hope since James and Lily died because of my carelessness!"
"But you still have a godson." Lycos also cast a flying spell and floated out of the deep pit. "Do you want your godson to be a child without a father or a mother forever, with even his godfather being a wanted criminal?"
Sirius fell silent.
"I am sorry to Harry..." After a moment, he sighed deeply, but his eyes became sharp again. "After I avenge James and Lily, if I am still alive, I will use everything I have to love him."
"But before that..."
Sirius looked sharply at Regulus.
"Get out of the way, Regulus!" he shouted. "I must avenge this! Listen... you've never been my match since you were little, and the result will be the same today!"
"You are too arrogant, Sirius." Regulus shook his head slightly, "and you are too arrogant... You have to deal with more than just me."
