Uncle Vernon, who had been sitting nearby, suddenly sat up straight and looked at Snape and asked.
"How much does his tuition and stuff cost in total?"
"You don't have to pay. The inheritance left by Harry's parents is enough for him to complete his studies."
"That's good, kid, don't regret choosing that path."
Uncle Vernon muttered as he leaned back onto the sofa.
Harry took off the sword blank from his back, placed it on the coffee table and stood up.
"I'm leaving."
"let's go."
Uncle Vernon picked up his teacup from the coffee table and took a sip.
"Diagon Alley, it sounds like a strange place."
Harry followed Snape out of the living room.
Snape put his hand on Harry's shoulder.
"do not worry."
Snape had just finished speaking before Harry could ask Snape what he was going to do.
Harry felt as if he was suddenly squeezed into a ball by something and then pulled into a gap.
He attacked me?
As this thought flashed through Harry's mind.
Harry found himself standing between a large bookstore and a record shop, in front of a dingy little pub with a sign that read 'The Leaky Cauldron'.
"Come on, Potter."
It was as if Harry had a thorn in his side.
As soon as the teleportation was completed Snape took his hands away from Harry.
I walked to the Leaky Cauldron and pushed open the door of the bar, which looked as if it had not been cleaned since the London Air Battle.
"We have a lot more to do today."
Snape said, looking Harry in the eyes.
005 Diagon Alley
Harry couldn't think of what the first thing he would do among the many things he had to do today.
Even in the pub, he shook hands with everyone in the pub as if he were a famous artist or some special hero who had saved the world.
"Welcome back, Mr. Potter, welcome back!"
The owner of the Leaky Cauldron, a man with almost no hair and who looked like a shrunken walnut, held Harry's hand with tears of excitement in his eyes.
The last time someone shook Harry's hand so excitedly was when Harry saved a group of refugees who were threatened by a cult army in a druid's woodland.
Obviously, this is not a woodland and there are no cultists.
So Harry was confused.
After the bar owner, almost everyone came running and lined up to ask to shake Harry's hand.
Harry felt as if the pub wasn't full of warm and friendly people ready to shake his hand as he faced the enthusiastic crowd.
But when he was about to go downstairs for breakfast, he found a group of cultists riding dragons in the kitchen, ready to attack him, and he was a little panicked.
Harry would even rather be facing a group of cultists riding dragons, or even a team of mind flayers.
I don't want to face this strange situation.
At least if it was really cultists attacking him, Harry would have been swinging a butter knife and throwing the Holy Slash around by now.
Faced with such an enthusiastic crowd, Harry could only force an awkward but polite smile on his face.
The Paladin's doctrine requires Harry not to cheat, not to lie, and not to claim the honor of others.
But now Harry racked his brains, but couldn't figure out what he had done in this world to deserve such treatment as a hero.
Harry cast inquiring glances at Snape beside him several times.
But at this moment, Snape seemed to have discovered something special about the ceiling of the Leaky Cauldron.
Staring at the ceiling of the Leaky Cauldron, ignoring Harry's gaze.
So when the bar owner reluctantly let go of Harry's hand.
Harry looked at the barkeeper with a serious face.
"Did you recognize the wrong person?"
The bar owner looked a little confused when he heard what Harry said.
"You are not Harry Potter?"
"I'm Harry Potter."
"That's right."
"But I haven't done anything to deserve that, at least not that I can remember."
"Humble, you are too humble!"
Harry was actually getting a little angry now.
"You are insulting me by praising me for something I didn't do."
Seeing Harry's serious expression, everyone in the bar was shocked.
"He doesn't know. He doesn't know..."
Then everyone in the bar started explaining.
Harry finally understood that there was once a bad guy named the mysterious man who caused trouble in the wizarding world and was almost invincible.
Until ten years ago, a mysterious man went to Harry's house and prepared to kill Harry.
But after the mysterious man killed Harry's parents and was about to kill Harry, he accidentally failed and disappeared since then.
So Harry became the savior who defeated the mysterious man, a boy who survived a disaster.
Oh, it turns out that my revenge is not just my personal matter.
The oath of revenge began to churn inside Harry, urging him to find and hunt down the mysterious man for the sake of sacred revenge and for justice and fairness in the world.
Harry looked at the excited people in the bar without changing his expression.
"I'm not a hero, my parents are. Wake up! Do you really believe that a baby can defeat a powerful wizard?"
Harry shook his head.
"I am just a survivor of a cold-blooded massacre. Please don't treat me like this. I didn't do anything. I can't accept such an honor. It's not what I deserve."
"But...but..."
The people in the bar obviously couldn't accept what Harry said.
Before he could say anything else, Harry reached out and tugged at Snape's robes.
"Professor, wake up, we still have things to do today."
Snape, whose robes were tugged by Harry, seemed to finally come to his senses and lowered his head to look at Harry.
With a hint of malice in his eyes, Harry immediately let go of the hand that was holding Snape's robes.
Then Snape scanned the bar with the same look.
Instantly the temperature in the bar seemed to drop a few degrees.
The entire bar was completely silent, as if the air was frozen.
When all the people still in line returned to their seats silently.
Snape led Harry across the bar and into a small walled patio.
"Potter, what makes you so arrogant as to refuse them?"
Snape asked as he looked at the dirty, moss-covered brick wall in front of him as he pulled out his wand and tapped it on it.
"That is not my honor. If the mysterious man was really defeated that day, the one who defeated him should be my parents instead of me."
Snape saw the brick he had knocked on began to shake and move, and a small hole appeared in the middle, which kept getting bigger and bigger.
Snape put away his wand, turned his head to look at Harry beside him, and said nothing more.
Soon, there appeared in front of them an archway wide enough for Harry and Snape to pass side by side.
It leads to a winding cobblestone street that seems to have no end in sight.
"Let's go."
Snape walked into the hole in the wall first.
"This is Diagon Alley."
The streets on the other side of the hole in the wall reminded Harry of the streets of Waterdeep and Baldur's Gate.
The equally chaotic yet lively streets are filled with all kinds of goods and various signs hanging on the walls.
The streets were filled with men and women wearing various hoods, and shouting, which aroused Harry's desire to shop.
"Fresh dragon liver! Sixteen silver Sickles an ounce!"
"Dragon scale vest, five Galleons a piece!"
"Don't miss it if you pass by! This knife is made by fairies!"
For a moment, the scene in Diagon Alley made Harry feel as if he had returned to his old adventurous days.
Standing outside the wall, staring blankly at the bustling Diagon Alley.
After taking two steps, Snape turned around when he realized that Harry had not caught up with him.
"Potter, how long are you going to stand there? We don't have all day to waste with you."
