He promised to become a knight, but what the heck is Astartes?

Upon hearing this, Elsa was furious. She stomped her foot and turned to walk away.

This Rorschach is a complete brute; he has absolutely no understanding of Slaanesh (love)!

"This is ridiculous! Why are they all challenging me? I killed a level two peak Frost Giant and it still didn't intimidate these geniuses?"

As Rorschach drank the dog milk, he fell into deep thought after seeing that these Northern geniuses all wanted to challenge him.

He suspected that he might have killed a fake, peak-level second-tier frost giant.

Otherwise, do these Northern geniuses lack brains?

That's a frost giant comparable to a peak Grand Knight!

I'm afraid one punch would be enough to kill these Northern geniuses, right?

"Hiss! I almost forgot, we're all Khorne's apprentices!"

"That makes sense..."

Chapter 149 Wealth and honor not returned home are like wearing brocade at night.

"Eighteen thousand battle merits!"

"When did I ever earn so many battle merits when I was a full-fledged knight?"

The northern ice plains, a city in the depths of winter.

The moment Luo Xia and his companions emerged from the Frost Rift, they arrived at the Imperial War Merit Hall, which was always kept there.

This is a spiral building buried deep in the northern permafrost, with three floors filled with blue crystal slabs that record various resources.

At this moment, on the second basement level, Taylor looked at the dazzling array of resources on the exchange crystal board and his tone became envious.

After all, he only earned 24,000 battle merits this time, while Rorschach, a formal knight, earned 18,000 battle merits, almost surpassing Taylor.

This reminded Taylor of the days when he was a full-fledged Knight, struggling to earn GPA points at the academy.

Compared to Luo Xia at this moment, it's like heaven and earth!

"Basic life potion, 10 battle merits."

"Tier 1 potion, 100 battle merits."

"Excellent-level breathing technique, 5000 battle merits..."

Rorschach ignored Taylor, his gaze quickly sweeping across the crystal plate in front of him. After shaking his head, he looked at another crystal plate to the side.

But they didn't find what they wanted at all.

At this moment, Luo Xia's goal was very clear: special resources that could rapidly improve his physical fitness, vitality, and mental strength.

And spell models!

After all, Rorschach's mental strength had already reached the level of a first-ring wizard.

However, he still had too few first-level spell models.

Even those five first-circle spell models are the most basic ones, which every first-circle wizard must learn.

Therefore, Rorschach naturally wanted to find other first-level spells, preferably spell models that could form a combat system with his current knightly strength.

"Teacher Taylor, why aren't there any wizarding items here?"

After looking at dozens of crystal slabs without finding what he wanted, Luo Xia turned to Taylor, who had already started shopping, and asked.

Upon hearing this, Taylor's expression turned serious, and he quietly lowered his voice to explain to Rorschach:

"The wizards' supplies are all on the third basement level, but you don't need to buy them. Teacher Augustus will prepare them for you."

Moreover, the truly valuable items used by wizards within the Empire are all from the Cult of Wisdom and the Wizarding Association; the War Merit Hall only has items from decades ago.

Is Little Bluebird really that arrogant?

Even the Imperial War Merit Center is not allowed to possess the resources of high-level wizards?

After hearing Taylor's explanation, Rorschach finally understood why, among the five major churches, only the Church of Wisdom could be called a religion of God.

After all, they don't even respect the empire!

That makes sense, considering he is a noble wizard. Throughout history, kingdoms and knights have all been nothing more than puppets he has installed.

"Rorschach, just buy the resources that can improve the knight's strength. As for the wizard's resources, just have the teacher get them for you."

Taylor also offered suggestions on how to utilize Rorschach's military achievements.

Buy items that can boost vitality directly, so that you can quickly improve your level and strength during the formal knight stage.

After all, formal knights still only cultivate life force, and only need spiritual nourishment when breaking through to a higher realm.

"Deep-sea behemoth bone marrow fluid, capable of tempering bones, 3100 battle merits? Buy it!"

"Golden Titan Elixir, which can enhance physical fitness and vitality, 7800 battle merits? Buy it!"

"Dragon Blood Life Potion, 2700 battle merits, buy two!"

Sixteen thousand three hundred battle merits vanished in an instant, giving Luo Xia a profound understanding of the preciousness of high-level resources.

Luo Xia then exchanged all of his remaining 1,700 battle merits for high-purity life crystals.

It is said that this thing is the best resource that the great knights use to cultivate their life force on a daily basis.

Half an hour later, Rorschach and Taylor walked out of the Imperial War Merit Center with faces full of pride.

Upon seeing this scene, Oruston, who had been waiting all along, immediately smiled and said:

"Looks like we've had a good haul."

"good."

Luo Xia nodded, but he was also getting a little impatient.

According to the staff at the Imperial War Merit Institute, these items would be sent to the War College three Holy Days later.

At that time, Rorschach also happened to be traveling back to Adelaide City, which was loyal to him, by airship.

……

Three days later, after Orus finished dealing with the matters in Winter City, the steam airship finally landed slowly on the airfield of the War Academy in Adelaide City.

Meanwhile, the area around the airfield was already packed with people.

"Why hasn't the captain come down yet? He's a full-fledged knight! He's so impressive!"

Aaron craned his neck, scrutinizing the steam airship at the airfield, his eyes filled with fervor, eager to witness Captain Rorschach's breakthrough into a full-fledged knight.

"Be more composed, Aaron! You're the acting captain of the Extreme Squad now, you need to be a bit more serious!"

Although Anthony was admonishing Aaron, his outstretched neck betrayed his inner excitement.

After all, he was a formal knight. His fellow students from the War Academy were still playing in the mud as knights' squires.

The captain, however, had already built such a large lead.

As expected of our Extreme Team Captain!

Although Ryan and Harlan didn't crane their necks excitedly to look, they both stood up straight, wanting Captain Rorschach to see their spirited appearance the moment he stepped out of the airfield.

Behind the four members of the Extreme Squad were the entire Squire Class 6 students and Gwen.

At this moment, everyone's eyes were fixed on the exit of the flight field, anticipating the appearance of the figure who had suppressed all the other aide-de-camps in his cohort.

"Junior brother, then we'll see you in the war competition."

Orus saw Rorschach and Taylor off the steamship, patted Rorschach on the shoulder, and said:

"Senior brother looks forward to your performance in the war competition, and hopes you can bring honor back to Adelaide."

"Will do."

Rorschach didn't say much; everything was implied.

After all, he had seen the geniuses at the main hospital before, but they were all just a bunch of babies.

There's absolutely no challenge involved.

"Haha, then please give my regards to Professor Augustus. I have to go to my new post now, so I won't stay any longer."

Orus nodded to Taylor, then turned and entered the steam airship.

As a newly appointed Sky Knight, Orus also has to go to the Northern Capital to receive his award and undergo a new job change.

"Congratulations, Captain, on breaking through to the formal Knight level!"

When a black-armored knight, as tall as a small mountain, walked out of the airfield exit, everyone was stunned.

Aaron was the first to react, letting out a wild roar and slamming his right fist into his chest, performing an incredibly wild knightly salute.

"Congratulations, Captain, on breaking through to the formal Knight level! With the Captain leading the way, the road to the Abyss will be smooth sailing from now on!"

Anthony, as expected of a cultured man, had a string of clever phrases at his disposal, which led the entire sixth rank of attendants to shout in unison.

"Congratulations, class monitor, on breaking through to the formal knight level!"

Rorschach, who had just left the airfield, was also stunned by the welcoming ceremony. He quickly turned around, thinking that some superstar of the Knights had arrived behind him.

"Haha, congratulations to you too."

Luo Xia's gaze swept over the crowd, and a smile appeared on his lips.

Oh, so I'm the Cavaliers superstar. Never mind then.

"good."

Luo Xia looked at the four members of the Extreme Team and nodded in satisfaction.

At this moment, Rorschach could sense that there were already extraordinary spirits within Aaron, Anthony, Ryan, and Harlan.

This proves that his life cycle has broken through to the fiftieth level, and he has officially become a transcendent knight attendant.

"Very good, all of them are extraordinary knight squires, they did not disgrace me."

"With the captain away, we dare not slack off for even a day!"

Aaron tilted his head back and responded loudly.

He was feeling very pleased with himself, having been praised by his captain again.
