Before Piccolo could explain, Cell suddenly laughed, a glint of light flashing in his eyes.

Upon seeing Cell laugh, Vegeta's smile instantly froze on his face.

"Stop grinning like an idiot. Don't you know I still have Piccolo's cells in my body?" Cell sneered, and his severed body began to writhe rapidly.

The muscles and bones at the wound site are growing at a rate visible to the naked eye.

Only Solo and Bardos remained calm, arms crossed, their gazes fixed on the two as if watching ants fight.

"Now it's my turn to attack, isn't it?" Cell strode towards Vegeta, his steps unhurried, as if he were taking a stroll.

"Oh no!" Vegeta exclaimed in alarm. His pupils reflected the approaching figure, and he quickly raised his hand, palm facing Cell, and fired an energy blast.
