He lost his composure; he shouldn't have said those inappropriate things to the whole school at the opening ceremony.
Dr. Otto took a deep breath and began to wrap things up: "Wisdom is not a privilege, but a gift, and you must use it to benefit mankind. This is for everyone, and that's all I have to say."
The teachers led the applause, and the students followed suit. Dr. Otto walked off the stage amidst the applause, and in a corner unseen by the students, his wife Rosie gave him a hug.
The last person to speak was Vice Principal George. After he emphasized the school rules and discipline, the opening ceremony of the first day of school ended, and the students carried their chairs back to their classrooms.
"Flash, don't stick your arms and head into the chair, or you won't be able to get out later," Li Qun kindly reminded Flash, who was tentatively trying to squeeze through the gap in the seat.
"I am Optimus Prime!"
Flash didn't listen at all; he and a few boys were playing around with chairs, pretending to be Transformers.
"Harry, you mustn't try that."
Harry Osborne balanced a chair on his head, seemingly wanting to try it too, but Peter stopped him.
“Every year, one or two idiots like that emerge,” Gwen whispered to Li Qun.
“Peter, you know what? Mary Jane and I are in the same class. Are you jealous?” Harry suddenly remembered and said to Peter.
“I know now,” Peter said.
"Do you still like her?" Harry whispered in Peter's ear.
“I met up with Mary Jane to see a play during the summer vacation,” Peter replied.
“Okay, brother, I’ll keep an eye out for you. I’ll come find you as soon as there’s any trouble,” Harry said.
"Thank you..." Peter said softly.
"Hi, Mary Jane! It's me, I'm back!"
"Oh, Harry!! You're back! I saw your name on the class assignments!"
"is it?"
Harry carried the chair toward Mary Jane, joining the new group, and walked into the classroom surrounded by several girls.
“Harry is a nice guy,” Peter said to Gwen and Liqun.
The three of them returned to their classroom and chose to sit in the last row.
Li Qun took out a few sheets of draft paper and began to draw a structural diagram of the teaching building on the paper. He marked the classrooms he would go to for each class on the structural diagram and carefully studied how to solve the problem of going to the toilet within the fifteen-minute break between classes without being late.
Li Qun designed several routes to class on a draft paper. He shared the route map with Gwen and Peter so that they could see if there were any omissions.
"Why hasn't the teacher arrived yet?" Peter asked in a low voice.
“Peter, take a look at the class schedule,” Li Qun reminded him.
“Teachers never teach properly in the first lesson,” Gwen said.
More than ten minutes into class, the students in the smartest class at Midtown High School were doing their own things, and it wasn't as noisy as the other classrooms.
The classroom door suddenly opened, and Dr. Otto walked in, carrying a stack of test papers.
Peter looked at the timetable; their first class was science.
"Take out your pens and pass the exam papers down the line."
"I'm not going to bother with any self-introductions. We'll get to know each other after I receive your exam papers and grade them," Dr. Otto said with an evil smile.
"No way, a pop quiz on the first day..." Gwen complained softly.
"Who is speaking!?"
Dr. Otto stared at him, his gaze sweeping over the last row of the classroom.
"In my class, raise your hand if you want to speak, understand? If you don't want to, leave the classroom."
No one spoke anymore; the only sound was the rustling of the exam papers being turned.
Dr. Otto smiled with satisfaction and walked to the last row, beginning his inspection from there.
He created his own exam, which consisted mostly of physics problems, each involving multiple calculations. The physics questions ranged from simple high school physics problems to university-level physics, as Dr. Otto wanted to understand the knowledge level of the high school students he taught.
The sound of calculators clicking filled the classroom. Dr. Otto noticed that the Asian boy in the last row wasn't using a calculator; he was writing calculations by hand on a piece of scrap paper.
Dr. Otto stood behind Li Qun with his arms crossed, his gaze fixed on Li Qun's draft paper as he wrote down the calculation process.

Li Qun looked up, his train of thought interrupted.
Chapter 21 Couples Mixed Doubles
Fully aware that Dr. Otto was standing right behind him, and with his powerful senses able to detect the movement of Dr. Otto's gaze, Li Qun answered the questions even faster.
Liqun also maintains the answering tradition from Aurora University: if you see a question you don't know how to answer, you can't leave it blank.
For the question he didn't know how to answer, Li Qun wrote down a "solution" and then skipped over to look at the other questions on the exam paper.
Dr. Otto frowned. A high school student could actually solve this problem?
Dr. Otto stood behind Li Qun and didn't move, watching Li Qun finish answering the other questions on the test paper, while occasionally observing Peter and Gwen on either side of Li Qun.
Li Qun checked the exam paper and prepared to hand it in.
Dr. Otto reached out and pressed down on Li Qun's exam paper.
“Wait a minute, why did you only write down one solution?” Dr. Otto asked.
"Dr. Otto, is there a problem?" Li Qun asked, looking up.
"Do you know how to solve it, or not?" Dr. Otto asked.
"No," Li Qun answered honestly.
"Then why did you write this 'solution'?" Dr. Otto continued to press.
“I have an idea about this problem, but I feel that my idea is wrong. This solution is for the correct answer, and I won’t write down a wrong answer,” Li Qun replied.
"Listen, here's how to solve this problem, I'll only say it once..."
"Now, finish writing down the rest of the solution for me."
Dr. Otto gave Li Qun orders, and Li Qun answered the question with a stiff upper lip, applying what he had just learned.
Dr. Otto watched as Li Qun solved the problem and finally nodded in satisfaction.
"Sir, may I hand in my paper now?" Li Qun asked, looking up.
"Call me Doctor, Dr. Otto. Hand in your paper, and your draft paper too," Dr. Otto said to Li Qun.
Dr. Otto felt a sense of satisfaction as he watched Li Qun place the exam paper on the lectern.
When he was on the verge of depression after being hit hard by Tony Stark, Rosie suggested he become a teacher.
At school, in his classes, he could reprimand his students as if Tony Stark had reprimanded him, releasing his pent-up emotions.
Dr. Otto rehearsed the first day of school countless times in his mind, imagining what kind of students he would encounter.
"Time's up, hand in your papers."
Dr. Otto glanced at his watch, strode up to the podium, stood beside the lectern, and sharply scanned the students who were wailing.
See you next class.
The bell rang, and Dr. Otto walked out of the classroom with the exam papers in his arms.
Gwen and Peter packed their things; they had to hurry to the next classroom.
“Is there something wrong with that guy?” Gwen complained to Liqun.
“Someone might say to him, ‘There’s already one sun in the sky, why create another one?’” Li Qun said to Gwen.
“We can find out why our new science teacher left the physics community,” Peter said.
“I’ll leave this to you, Peter.” Gwen patted Peter on the shoulder.
"What class are we having next?" Li Qun asked.
“English class,” Peter replied.
Upon entering the English classroom, Li Qun and his two friends sat down in the last row, as they all felt safest there.
A new English teacher walked into the classroom; she was a female teacher.
The new teacher introduced herself; her name was Rosalie Octavius, and she was Dr. Otto's wife. You could call her Mrs. Rosie.
Li Qun lay on his desk, his feelings complicated.
This academic year is going to be a double whammy from Dr. Otto and his wife.
In the last class, Dr. Otto reminded Li Qun of Professor Snape, the old bat from Harry Potter, with every hair on his body radiating resentment.
"Relax, students, relax." Mrs. Roche smiled as she sat down at the lectern and put her textbook aside.
“I know that your last class was taught by my husband Otto, and he made you very nervous, didn’t he?” Mrs. Rosie asked.
"He's a serious person; he was like that even when he was in college."
Li Qun sat up straight.
He likes teachers who talk about random things in class the most.
Of all the subjects, Li Qun's biggest headache is actually English class; she tries to get through each class as best she can.
"Did any of you speak to Otto in the last class?" Mrs. Rosie asked.
The students all turned to look at the Liqun in the last row.
"Child, what's your name? What did you talk about with Otto?"
“Mrs. Rosie, my English name is Lyon. Dr. Otto explained a problem to me,” Li Qun replied.
"You weren't scared by him, were you?" Mrs. Rosie asked with a smile.
"You scared me to death."
"How did he scare you?" Mrs. Rosie asked.
"Dr. Otto didn't find the classroom until twelve minutes into class. After entering the classroom, he distributed the test papers and then stood behind me. Although it was a different classroom, it was the same spot."
"I could feel his cold gaze moving back and forth across my exam paper. Dr. Otto probably noticed that I wasn't using a calculator and wanted to see if my handwritten calculations were accurate."
