Naruto: Starting with the Two Kamui

"Uh, it's the official Naruto databook, written by Masashi Kishimoto himself!" Lin Yu blurted out.

"Kishimoto...who is that?" Saori asked, bewildered.

"It's nothing..." Lin Yu thought to himself: I was so engrossed in thinking that I accidentally blurted out something from the real world!

The official Naruto data book, "The Book of Fighting," uses eight parameters—ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, sagacity, power, speed, stamina, and hand seals—to express a ninja's overall strength numerically!

"Ninja" refers to the ability to master and skillfully use ninjutsu.

Body: refers to the ability to master physical skills and use them skillfully.

Illusion: refers to the ability to master illusion and use it skillfully.

"Virtuous" refers to the amount of knowledge one possesses and the level of their IQ.

Strength: Starting with wrist and foot strength, it represents the physical strength of the whole body.

Speed: refers to speed as well as the sensitivity of actions and reactions.

Essence: refers to "energy" that forms the basis of chakra.

Seal: Indicates proficiency and skill in seals and hand gestures.

However, the Book of Fighting has significant limitations. Let me give you a few examples from the Book of Fighting.

Kakashi Hatake: Ninja 10, Body 9, Illusion 8, Wisdom 10, Strength 7, Speed 9, Spirit 6, Seals 10, Total 69!

Hiruzen Sarutobi: Ninjutsu 10, Body 10, Illusion 10, Wisdom 10, Strength 6, Speed 6, Spirit 6, Seals 10, Total 68!

Sarutobi Asuma, Ninjutsu 9, Body 9, Illusion 7, Wisdom 9, Strength 8, Speed 9, Spirit 7, Seal 7, Total 65!

Kabuto Yakushi, Ninjutsu 9, Body 7, Illusion 9, Wisdom 10, Strength 6, Speed 7, Spirit 6, Seals 10, Total: 64!

Might Guy, Ninja 6, Body 10, Illusion 6, Wisdom 6, Strength 10, Speed 10, Spirit 10, Seal 5, Total 63!

As can be seen from the above, the maximum value for a single parameter is 10.

Kakashi and Hiruzen both have a ninjutsu rating of 10, but in terms of proficiency in ninjutsu, Hiruzen is clearly far superior to Kakashi.

Hiruzen's physical attributes and Might Guy's physical attributes are both 10, but Might Guy's mastery of physical techniques is clearly higher than Hiruzen's.

Although Naruto's stats are not listed here, his 'essence', or chakra quantity, must be the highest at 10. However, his actual chakra quantity is definitely far higher than Might Guy's 'essence' of 10!

Therefore, quantifying individual parameters with a cap of 10 cannot reflect the true level, which is also a limitation of the Book of Fighting!

Lin Yu is going to write "The New Book of Fighting"!

All individual parameters of the ninjas will be measured with a cap of 10. In addition... two new parameters will be added: Seal and Sensitivity!

"Sealing" signifies the ability to master and skillfully use sealing techniques.

Sense: refers to the ability to perceive, including but not limited to the perception of the five senses, natural perception, and physical perception!

The maximum value for a single item is 10, and the total value for ten items is capped at 100 million!

Saori asked, "Your Majesty, what are the criteria for these ten items with a cap of 100,000?"

Lin Yu laughed and said, "Since we're testing the strength of ninjas, we should naturally use the progenitor of ninjas, the Sage of Six Paths, as a reference!"

Although Lin Yu had never seen the Sage of Six Paths in person, he could roughly guess the limit of his power!

"So, that means the total of the ten abilities of that top-tier representative, the Sage of Six Paths, is 100 million?!"

"Yes, truly an 'all-rounder'!"

"To be honest, these figures are a bit abstract. How would you evaluate them?"

"Well... we should ask for divine help."

Lin Yu arrived at the Dark Ninja Kingdom's Scientific Ninja Tool Development and Research Center and told Tianzhu about his ideas.

"I see. So it's a scientific instrument that can measure a ninja's qualities, right? Please give me three days."

Tensuke was extremely efficient; he completed Unit-01 in just three days.

"This device is called 'Great Dipper Discernment.' Please use your pupil technique to project your perceived limit onto it in the form of an image. I will then use artificial intelligence to analyze and calculate various values from your projected image and introduce them as limit parameters!"

Lin Yu closed his eyes... projecting the battle scene between the Sage of Six Paths and Kaguya onto the device.

On the display screen, various values are fluctuating, calculating...

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

Tianzhu said, "The parameters have been established. Shall we conduct a comprehensive evaluation for you now? Since this is Unit 01 and the first test, the procedure may be a bit complicated, but the accuracy can be guaranteed!"

"It's alright," Lin Yu said with a smile. Perhaps men are naturally interested in data, especially combat data!

"Then let's test your essence, that is, your chakra level. Please sit in this chair!"

After Lin Yu sat down, Tianzhu placed hundreds of magnetic stickers on the chakra acupoints all over Lin Yu's body.

Buzz! The device starts operating, as current is injected...

On the device, the numbers were jumping rapidly.

Drip!

Finally... it stopped at 10000!

Lin Yu said, "10000, is this my normal 'essence' value?"

Tensuke said, "By the way, the mathematical modeling of quantified values is not simply doubling the amount. The difference in actual chakra volume between 10000 and 1000 is not just 10 times, but a hundred times or more. The larger the data, the more obvious this tendency becomes. This involves functions, but I won't go into the specific formulas..."

"In other words, the difference between 10 and 1 is not just ten times, it could be thousands of times..."

That's not surprising, after all, the Sage of Six Paths... was the Jinchūriki of the Ten-Tails!

Moreover, he is skilled in the 'Six Paths Immortal Techniques,' which is even more powerful than the Free Immortal Techniques!

Lin Yu closed his eyes.

boom!!

The face of the carefree immortal mode appears on the mask!

Beep beep beep!

The data is soaring...

Chapter 383 Decathlon!

After activating the Free Immortal Technique, Lin Yu's skill level stopped at 35000!

This is the limit of Lin Yu's Free and Unfettered Immortal Technique!

Lin Yu touched his forehead. If he wanted to continue improving... the only way was to release this Yang Seal!

The ultimate Yang Seal is the ability to store 100 years' worth of chakra!

Lin Yu absorbed the Yang Dragon Vein and the chakra accumulated in the Yang Seal, which was equivalent to 98 years' worth of chakra. Now he has accumulated another year's worth, making it 99 years. There is still 1 year left before he can fully accumulate chakra.

"If the Yang Seal is perfected, my chakra reserves will leap to another level, which should be the peak before I become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki!"

"Lord Shadow, you will need to wear this for the upcoming evaluation..."

Tensuke handed over a specially made helmet and said, "Based on your Sharingan genjutsu, I developed a panoramic simulator. Your mind will enter the simulated space, where you can freely conduct tests..."

"Tianzhu, you are truly a genius!"

Lin Yu sighed and put the helmet on his head.

The indicator light changed from green to blue, from blue to orange, and finally... to red.

Beep beep beep beep beep... On the computer screen in front of Tianzhu, various complex data were jumping around, and sweat appeared on Tianzhu's face.

Bang!

Suddenly, smoke billowed from the helmet, the indicator light flashed rapidly, and it exploded with a loud bang!

Lin Yu's hair was a mess, all smudged.

Tianzhu asked, embarrassed, "Lord Shadow, are you alright?"

Of course he's fine. How could an explosion of that magnitude possibly hurt him?

It's just... such a pity to lose all that hair I've been growing for so many years.

"Fine, I'll get a short haircut later..." Lin Yu said to Tianzhu, "Tianzhu, what was that just now?"

Tianzhu said, "Your test intensity has exceeded the limit, causing the simulation space to be unable to withstand the load!"

"Uh... so the test failed?"

"No, before the simulation space was damaged, your values were already fed back. By the way... there were two different sets of values. Did you use two different chakra forms for the test?"

"Yes, one is the normal state, and the other is the immortal mode."

"No wonder... The one that damaged the testing space should be the second mode, and it was just at the critical point. If your strength were to increase further, this 'Great Fighter' Unit 1 would not be able to be tested!"

Under normal circumstances.
