"Even if you add them all up, it's still not enough!"

The twins, exchanging a few words, walked away arm in arm.

“They’re right, we were so stupid to make such a mistake…” Hermione said sadly.

"Professor Greengrass could have let us off the hook, but he didn't, right?"

“Ron, you can’t expect a professor to protect you…”

“Of course, I was just saying it offhand.” Ron also understood that this matter had nothing to do with Sagrais.

“Actually, Professor Greengrass is already quite different from the other professors…” Harry said softly.

"By the way, Harry, what did he mean by what he said to you last night?" Ron recalled the first thing Sagrais said to Harry last night. "He said you didn't take his words to heart. Did he say anything to you?"

“Before, when we stayed at school for Christmas…” Harry said, “he knew about every time we went out at night, and about that mirror.”

Hermione also lowered her head, looking very dejected.

Sagles then turned his gaze to Ron. "Mr. Weasley, do I need to say anything more?"

Ron shook his head, looking much more composed.

“The three of you, this is a lesson, and also a test—” He looked earnestly at the three young wizards, his tone softening, “I know you’ve had a tough time these past few days, but perhaps this isn’t a bad thing…”

He picked up his textbook and gestured for the three of them to follow him.

The four passed the herb hut, crossed the Quidditch pitch, and finally arrived at Hagrid's cabin.

The three children exchanged puzzled glances, but Sagres offered no explanation and simply knocked on the wooden door.

The door creaked open.

"Professor? Harry? What's wrong?" Hagrid asked in surprise when he saw the group.

"Yes, something's come up. Can we go in first, Hagrid?"

"Of course, please come in..."

The group entered the house, and Sagrais sat down without any hesitation, while Harry and the others stood awkwardly.

"Hagrid, do you know that Harry and the others caused Gryffindor to lose 150 points in order to get rid of your dragon?"

The blunt statement immediately silenced the room. The young wizards stared wide-eyed, Hagrid gaped, and no one could utter a single word.

Sagris paid no heed to the silence of the crowd. His tone was calm and natural. "Hagrid, you've already been expelled from Hogwarts once, but you clearly haven't learned your lesson. Are you tired of the job of guarding the game?"

“Professor, I’m so sorry, I’m sorry, I just…” Hagrid explained in a panic, but couldn’t utter a complete sentence.

“You don’t need to apologize to me, after all I did nothing—” Sagras pointed to the little wizard next to him, “You should apologize to them. These three have been ostracized by everyone because of the points deduction, while you, as the instigator, have only cared about that baby dragon from beginning to end.”

He shook his head at this point, "To be honest, it's a bit disappointing. They took on a problem for you, but you didn't even offer them a word of comfort when they were in trouble."

Hagrid stood in the cabin, his massive body like a stone wall, standing there silently and motionless.

Harry and the others wanted to say something in Hagrid's defense, but a single look from Sagrais shut them up.

"Don't let your friends get into trouble because of you again. Think about the consequences before making a decision next time."

After saying that, he got up and led the young wizards away from the cabin. But before they had gone far, Hagrid caught up with them and sincerely apologized. The innocent young wizards generously forgave him.

At this point, Sagres finally saw smiles on the faces of the group.

Chapter 34 The Forbidden Forest

After saying goodbye to Hagrid, the group slowly walked towards the castle.

The young wizards were preoccupied with their own thoughts and remained silent until Hermione finally spoke up: "Professor, you're not going to report us and Hagrid to the Ministry of Magic, are you?"

Without turning his head, Sagres said, "Of course not, after all, I have no evidence and I didn't catch you myself."

The young wizards seemed thoughtful. He patted their heads and continued, "Besides, you had each other's company this time... If one day in the future you have to face challenges alone, then I hope this lesson will help you."

Harry and his friends had just said goodbye to Sagrais and returned to the common room when Professor McGonagall's note found them.

"The detention begins at 11 p.m. tonight. Go to the foyer to see Mr. Filch."

Hagrid raised an eyebrow and retorted gruffly, "Where were you all this time? You should have thought all these possibilities through before you caused trouble. It's too late to say all this now!"

"I'm not going in!"

"If you want to stay at Hogwarts, then you have to go," Hagrid said mercilessly. "Not even your father can change that! Of course, if you want to be expelled, then go back to your dormitory and pack your bags!"
