Pokémon: I picked up a reborn Eevee at the start of the game

Although the prelude was bland, it wasn't boring, and the audience didn't know why they were watching it with such enjoyment.

Perhaps... it saw the shadows of itself and its own spirit?

As time went by, Eevee, who was by Xia Chen's side, visibly grew larger.

Viewers know that this symbolizes Ibrahimovic's growth...

and many more!

This isn't real growth. How could Ibrahimovic suddenly grow so fast in just a few minutes?

I've only ever heard of the "becoming rounder" move, where does this "becoming bigger" move come from?

This unbelievable phenomenon left the audience bewildered, but judging from the equally surprised reactions of those around them, they knew they were definitely not seeing things.

Perhaps it's due to changes in certain techniques?

After all, it's the stage for the Grand Contest; it would be abnormal if there weren't some strange and unusual things, right?

With that thought in mind, the audience once again focused their attention on the ongoing performance on stage.

…………

A faint pink mist gradually rose from the bottom, quickly filling the entire stage and enveloping Xia Chen and Yi Bu.

This is the misty arena that Laltras showcased in her previous performance.

The hazy smoke made it possible for the audience to only make out the general outline of a person and a piece of cloth.

The audience's attention immediately focused, because they knew that this meant a turning point in the performance was about to occur.

In the thick fog, the story of Ibu and Xia Chen continues.

Like a shadow puppet show, the audience watched as two figures fought together on the field, adventured together in the wild, and spent days together that were sometimes thrilling but always carefree.

The good times didn't last long. A figure that looked like it had ill intentions and the shadow of a Black Lulu suddenly blocked Xia Chen and Eevee's path.

Undoubtedly, this is a dummy illusion that Ralts simply created using her psychic powers.

Is this scene... a reenactment of the incident where Xia Chen outwitted the poaching gang a while ago?

A few viewers are still somewhat affected by this recent sensational news, but not knowing about it doesn't necessarily hinder the viewing experience.

Clearly, the illusion of a man and a dog represents the villain.

As expected, Xia Chen and Yi Bu immediately engaged in battle with the villains.

Eevee was no match for Houndoom. In each encounter, Eevee's small figure was knocked to the ground time and time again, but she did not lose heart. Instead, she got up again and again and stood in front of Xia Chen.

However, her slightly trembling body in the thick fog revealed that Ibrahimovic was not in good condition.

After Ibrahimovic fell once again, the enemy finally lost patience.

Under the command of the humanoid black shadow, Black Lulu's strong body launched a fierce charge towards Xia Chen.

Even though they knew it was a stage performance, the audience's hearts were still in their throats.

How will Xia Chen and Yi Bu defeat this powerful enemy?

At the critical moment, a dazzling white light suddenly burst forth from within the thick fog!

Is this... the light of evolution?

The audience stared in disbelief at the scene unfolding on stage, momentarily unable to discern whether the Light of Evolution was real or not.

Has Eevee evolved on the stage of the Grand Festival?

If so, what kind of Eevee would it evolve into?

Xia Chen didn't seem to be using any evolution stones, and it was daytime, so could it be... Espeon?

…………

The "light of evolution" in the thick fog gradually dissipated, and the outline of Eevee's evolved form left everyone even more puzzled.

Judging from its silhouette, this figure is unlike any of Eevee's evolved forms.

It's not the fluffy, chubby Flareon, nor the Jolteon that looks like it's been poked in the head, nor the Vaporeon or Glaceon with their distinctive physical features.

Two unfamiliar silk ribbons fluttered around her body, which were even more perplexing.

What kind of evolution is this Eevee?

A few viewers with more vivid imaginations began to have a bold guess in their minds at this moment.

But this conjecture was so bold that they dared not confirm it.

Meanwhile, the thick fog on the field gradually dissipated, and the answer was finally revealed.

A jaw-dropping scene unfolded on the stage before everyone's eyes.

That wasn't any of the familiar Eevee evolutions, but a beautiful Pokémon that could be described with almost every lovely and beautiful word in the world, yet was completely unfamiliar to everyone.

An uproar erupted in the audience.

The rules for watching the Grand Contest: Maintaining politeness and not disturbing others...

Everything else was left behind at that moment.

All eyes were now fixed on that fairy-like sprite, who seemed to embody all the beauty in the world, beautiful from head to toe.

"Holy crap!! Is this for real? A new evolution of Eevee? Pinch me!"

In the audience, someone patted the stranger next to them, trying to verify if it was just their imagination.

However, the man was also staring wide-eyed at the unknown sprite on the field.

Even the three experienced gym leaders on the judging panel, apart from Ma Xiu, watched the scene unfold in disbelief.

The entire venue, from every corner of the audience, was immediately filled with exclamations of "Holy crap!"

…………

If the audience at the scene felt this way, one can only imagine the comments in the live stream chat.

The moment the thick fog dissipated and Sylveon appeared, the live chat exploded with excitement.

"Is this Master Yi?? You must be kidding, right? Is it just makeup, beauty filters, and special effects?!"

"Even the most advanced technology and the most ruthless workmanship couldn't achieve this level of perfection. This is Eevee's new evolution form!"

"This new evolved form is so beautiful... What type of evolution is it?"

"First, let's rule out the fairy attribute. I personally guess it's the fighting attribute. It looks like it can fight a lot."

"Indeed, before the fight even started, the opponent was already completely bewildered by this Eevee and surrendered."

"It should be a Flying-type Eevee. Those two ribbons are its flight tools. You can fly by placing them on your head and waving them!"

"Master Pigeon is a true academic genius. It's only been a few months, and before the Beautiful Energy Cube was even released, he had already discovered Eevee's evolved form."

"I just want to raise one of these cuties right now and cuddle it in my arms, it's so adorable! Is this also obtained by using Beauty Energy Cubes to increase beauty level for evolution?"

"Say no more. No matter how expensive the item or how great the cost, I'm going to raise one of these. I can't sleep at night. Sell it now!"

Sylveon's outstanding beauty instantly captivated almost everyone who saw her for the first time.

Aside from some joking discussions about Sylveon's attributes, the most frequent comments were naturally about how to raise such a beautiful and adorable Eevee.

However, the only person who can answer this question is still on the final stage of the Grand Contest, and everything will have to wait until after that.

One can imagine what kind of storm will rage after the match ends.

But for now, Xia Chen and the elves' performance continues.

…………

Strictly speaking, the part before Sylveon appeared can only be considered the prelude to the entire performance.

The real show begins after the main character appears.

The forbidden duet—the enchanting voice—has reappeared, but this time, it's Sylveon and Ralts singing.

The ethereal and beautiful music calmed the audience's shocked and restless hearts, drawing their attention back to the stage.

The three Pokémon that Xia Chen chose for the finals also appeared on the same stage for the first time.

The audience was surprised to find that, apart from Eevee and Ralts, the last Pokémon was not Milotic, which had appeared in the first two matches, but a small, dark gray fox.

Is it Zorua?

Many people recognized this extremely rare elf.

Then everything before can be explained: the actor who played the "childhood" Eevee is none other than [The Phantom Ruler].

On the stage, pink mist slowly spread again, but this time the mist was not as thick as before. The light and soft pink mist swirled around, making the whole stage look like a fairyland.

In the fairyland, Sylveon dances gracefully with light steps.

Sylveon's supple figure is in no way inferior to any top dancer, and the soft silk extending from the bows around her neck and on her head is her natural dance tool.

A light pink mist hangs in the air, and Eevee, appearing and disappearing within it, sways gracefully like a fairy.

Coupled with the ever-present, heavenly singing, the audience was completely captivated by the dreamlike and enchanting dance.

…………

Unbeknownst to them, the tone of the enchanting voice gradually rose, and the audience's emotions were gradually stirred up.

Eevee, dancing gracefully, lightly touched the ground and leaped high into the air.

With the help of Ralts's psychic powers, Sylveon began to spin and dance in the air.

A pale purple flame had somehow appeared on the tip of the ribbon surrounding Sylveon, drawing a dangerous yet beautiful pattern in the air as she spun around.

As graceful as a frightened bird, as graceful as a dragon swimming.

Immersed in the performance, the audience had no time to think about how Sylveon flew; they were simply captivated by the beautiful sprite's enchanting dance.

They were completely unaware that beneath the dancing Sylveon, Ralts's long-awaited magic shone brightly, and the Shadow Ball that Zoroark was constantly gathering was ready to be unleashed.

Sylveon's spinning accelerated so fast that the audience could barely see it clearly.

Meanwhile, on the ground, a light pink and a deep purple spherical energy object shot towards Sylveon in mid-air.

Just as the two energy balls were about to collide with and explode with Eevee, the silk surrounding her gently caught them like a hand.

The two dangerous energy spheres, containing explosive energy, began to rotate like two satellites, following the trajectory of the ribbon.
