The Great Voyage Begins with the Celestial Dragons

She wanted to become stronger, to overpower Gion, only in this way could she wash away the shame and fulfill the bold words she had made when she displayed her Conqueror's Haki.

"Yes."

Luther picked up the fruit platter and introduced it to Hancock:

"There are two Devil Fruits here, one Paramecia type and one Zoan type."

"Let's start with the Paramecia-type one."

Referring to a pair of heart-shaped cherries, Luther explained:

"This fruit is called the Sweet-Sweet Fruit. It can enhance the charm of the user, petrifying those who are charmed. It can also petrify others with physical attacks. Combined with Conqueror's Haki and physical skills, it is a fruit that can greatly enhance one's strength."

"The other one is from the Zoology series."

Luther glanced at the jet-black, strange fruit beside him. A Zoan-type Devil Fruit that Nasujuro Saint could collect was no ordinary Devil Fruit.

"Cat-Cat Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Cat Form. This is a top-tier Mythical Zoan fruit, which not only greatly enhances speed but also possesses three special abilities: Two Lives, Imitation, and Hellfire."

"As the name suggests, those who eat the Neko-nito no Mi (cat and demon fruit) have a chance to be resurrected once. However, this is only for unnatural deaths, and they will be resurrected on the spot with full health. If they are in a situation where they are destined to die, they will still die."

"Imitation is not as good as the Imitation Fruit's omnipotence. The Cat and Demon Fruit's imitation ability can only imitate women it has seen, which is a barely useful ability."

"Hellfire, the main combat ability of the Neko-Mata no Mi (cat and demon fruit), is an ultra-low temperature blue flame that can freeze anything it touches to death."

Even Luther couldn't have imagined that the Nassshulang Holy Society would give him such a wonderful thing.

As expected of the Five Elders who openly control the world, they give out fruits like the Golden Crow Fruit and the Cat Demon Fruit so easily.

In terms of compatibility, Luther believes that the Love-Love Fruit is more suitable for Hancock, but the Cat-Cat Fruit undoubtedly has a higher potential.

As for how to choose, Luther decided to leave the choice to Hancock herself.

"You can think it through and decide which fruit you want more."

After listening to Luther's explanation, Hancock lowered her head and fell into deep thought.

Luther wasn't in a hurry; he simply stood quietly, waiting for Hancock to make her choice.

Regardless of which Devil Fruit she chooses, Hancock has the potential to become an Admiral-level expert; there is no doubt about that.

Regardless of Hancock's choice, Luther will do his best to nurture her.

Spending these days together has given him a better understanding of Hancock's personality.

Once she gains Hancock's approval, she will be completely devoted to her.

It's only a matter of time before he and Hancock reach this level of distance.

"Master, what kind of fruit are you and Gion?"

Hancock suddenly looked up and asked this question.

"Mine is the Bird-Bird Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Golden Crow form, while Gion's is the Bat-Bat Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Vampire form."

"Why are they all mythical beasts?"

Hancock frowned slightly, keenly noticing the problem.

"Because not only do mythical beasts provide a significant boost to the body, allowing for rapid growth, but their various special abilities also make us virtually invincible in battle," Luther said with a smile.

"Mythical Zoan types are far stronger than Paramecia types?"

Hancock drew this conclusion based on Luther's answer.

"That's not entirely true. The most important thing is how it's developed. You and the Sweet-Sweet Fruit are a good match, and it might not be worse than the Cat-Cat Fruit," Luther explained.

"Thank you for your answer, Master!"

Hancock smiled beautifully and raised her head high once more.

However, given the height difference between her and Luther, every time she looked up, it was as if she was looking up at Luther and his companion, without any sense of arrogance. Instead, she appeared rather petite and cute.

Have you made a decision?

Judging from the other person's appearance, Luther roughly understood that the other person had made a choice.

“Yes! I want the Sweet Fruit!” Hancock nodded seriously.

"Oh? Aren't you going to consider the Neko-Mata Fruit?" Luther raised an eyebrow.

"Not considering it!"

At this moment, Hancock seemed to have wisdom taking the lead:

“Master, you’re letting me choose, which means you’re saying these two fruits are about the same for me. In that case, I’ll definitely choose the one I like better.”

"Oh, I see..." Luther said, suddenly realizing.

Hancock waited for a long time, but Luther didn't ask any further questions. She couldn't help but ask:

Aren't you going to ask me why?

"It's simple, because Gion and I are both Mythical Zoan types."

Luther replied matter-of-factly that Hancock's little schemes could not possibly escape his notice.

Hancock didn't want to be the same because they were Mythical Zoan species.

However, even if it's the Love-Love Fruit, he always felt that the Love-Love Fruit's ability to petrify people wasn't solely due to its own charm; Conqueror's Haki should also have an amplifying effect on it.

If Hancock's Conqueror's Haki were stronger than Whitebeard's, she might be able to petrify Whitebeard as well.

Having a stronger presence and commanding the other person's genuine respect is also a condition for being charmed.

Of course, given Hancock's potential in Conqueror's Haki, she may never reach that level in her lifetime.

On the other side, Hancock, whose thoughts had been guessed, turned her face away in resentment.

She felt as if she had no secrets from Luther.

"Here, eat it!"

Luther was somewhat disappointed that Hancock didn't eat the Neko-Mata no Mi (cat-and-cat fruit).

But this is Hancock's choice, and he won't interfere.

Luther picked up the sweet fruit and handed it to Hancock, watching her swallow it with a grimacing expression because it tasted so bad.

After eating the sweet fruit, Hancock visibly became even more charming.

The feeling is like someone with a great figure wearing an extremely alluring swimsuit, making it impossible to look away.

Even Gion glanced at Hancock a couple more times, wondering if she had gotten the Vampire Fruit for nothing.

However, the thought that the Vampire Fruit could grant eternal youth instantly made her feel better, and her gaze towards Hancock returned to its previous haughty and superior manner.

Luther, however, continued to look at Hancock with admiration, showing no sign of being captivated by her increased charm.

He's always been his, and no matter how much he becomes more handsome, that will never change.

Since they're all his people now, it should be Hancock who's captivated by his personal charm, not the other way around.

The extreme intensity of Luther's Conqueror's Haki already indicates that he is an extremely self-centered person.

Even if Hancock were to flirt with him right now, it wouldn't work!

"So boring..."

Hancock had been making movements for a while, but hadn't seen the response she wanted, so she couldn't help but pout slightly.

At this moment, every little movement she made could touch the hearts of ordinary people. Her slightly aggrieved appearance would have made an ordinary person feel extremely sorry for her.

But Gion and Luther simply looked at her with smiles.

"why?"

Seeing that the two were completely unaffected, Hancock was extremely puzzled. She felt that she must have eaten a fake Devil Fruit.

What are you thinking about?

Luther ruffled Hancock's hair and said with a smile:

"If you could charm both of us right after eating the fruit, then the Love Love Fruit user would have ruled the world long ago."

"Looking at it this way, Devil Fruits aren't all that powerful," Hancock muttered in complaint.

Without any physical enhancements and with special abilities not yet showing immediate results, she hadn't really seen how powerful they were.

"Every Devil Fruit ability requires development; there's no such thing as achieving it overnight."

Luther chuckled. At least the nature-based types had elemental transformation, allowing them to control elements to a basic degree. The animal-based types, on the other hand, could transform into beasts and enhance their physical attributes.

The Superman series, however, started from a much lower point than the other two series, almost from scratch, relying entirely on individual development.

However, in order not to discourage Hancock, it was added that:

"The Love-Love Fruit is a Devil Fruit that suits you quite well. I will give you the development path of the previous users. As for how you develop it yourself, that's up to you. If you need any advice, feel free to ask me anytime."

"Ok!"

Hancock nodded emphatically.

Although what she said was of little use, she still understood the value of Devil Fruits, especially the top-tier ones.

The fact that Luther could give it to her so casually was already enough to make her feel grateful.

As they spent more time together, she would occasionally feel that having such a master was a great experience.

Although she always manages to stop him, after a while, it starts to make him unconsciously overthink things.

At least, Luther wasn't bad in her eyes; in fact, his domineering behavior towards her even captivated her somewhat...

Chapter 143 Another voyage, selection of the accompanying admiral

Six months later, on a plain in the Red Earth Continent.

hum! ! !

The sky and earth changed color, and the earth and rocks collapsed.

A peach-colored flying slash flew nearly a thousand meters, colliding with the crimson-gold slash.

Like needles clashing against wheat awns, the surging blade energy at the point where the two strikes met was almost capable of destroying everything.

The grassland turned into wasteland in an instant, and into pits in the blink of an eye.
