While Uchiha Tokumitsu was visiting various Jonin clans, many Uchiha clan members from the police department volunteered to go to the battlefield for training in order to find their own breakthrough opportunities.

The seating arrangement for this Jonin meeting was also quite ingenious.

The Uchiha clan, the Kurama clan, and their affiliated ninja clans were gathered on the left side of the conference room. To the right were the supporters of Hatake Sakumo, and in the middle was the Hyuga clan. Further past them was a hodgepodge of Konoha's various ninja clans and commoner Jonin.
