Donquixote Doflamingo wasn't angry at all; instead, he burst into laughter: "So you were just stalling for time here to send everyone away."

He glared at Robert: "How does it feel to have worked for nothing? The Navy has already discovered the underground factory, and you've gotten nothing!"

Robert shrugged: "It's fine, I'll just go directly to the source, so you, the middleman, won't make a profit. Where is Caesar's research lab again?"

Doflamingo's expression changed drastically: "Kizaru, kill him now, and I'll explain everything to the Navy!"

Robert feigned fear, then exploded into a shower of lightning and vanished in a spectacular fashion.

Previously, Robert's landing point could be detected by Kizaru using his Observation Haki every time he moved, and the speed of the electric field is not as fast as the speed of light, which is why he was able to catch him.

Doflamingo's so-called underground kingdom consists of several parts: first, the ability to produce artificial Devil Fruits; second, the trade with Kaido; and third, trade channels connecting with the whole world.

Of these three parts, Robert only needed the trade channels; he had no intention of getting involved in artificial Devil Fruits or Kaido's weapon supply.

As for getting the Indians to control the trading channels, there are only two things needed.

First, there's his immense strength. Having defeated Doflamingo, he'll inevitably be wanted by the Navy again after this incident. Considering his previous crimes at Marineford, his bounty will be ridiculously high, enough to intimidate the entire world.

Furthermore, with his partnership with Law, and given his status as one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the combined deterrent effect of the two on the world's underground forces would be no less than, if not greater than, that of Doflamingo.
