Beneath the wasp waist outlined by the lotus-patterned snow skirt, her plump, round buttocks were full and round. Her long, slender, and voluptuous legs were pressed together as she sat, with no gap between them. Her pure white, snow-white stockings occasionally revealed a cloying pinkish-white glow under the window light.

Xiao Yunhan then realized that her younger brother, who had been slacking off in the mansion all afternoon, had not been able to have any peace of mind after encountering such a thing.

Of course, what she didn't know was that Chu Mingkong was safe and sound at home earlier because a kind master had been carrying the burden for him, forcing out the power that had accumulated in the Buddhist seal.

The fact that I suffered this fate in my own home today was something I did intentionally.

Shen Xuejun said:

"Then let the Asura King handle it. After this, if the Asura King's progress is smooth, the Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent will not be able to manifest again in the future unless something unexpected happens."

As for the Realm of No Thoughts, it can also be used by you for the time being, provided that the goddess and bodhisattva remain suppressed.

Even if the goddess and bodhisattva break free of the seal, there is no need to worry that the Wuxiang Heaven will become a trap to ensnare him.

The goddess bodhisattva, who manifested as a courtesan, had limited strength and would soon be caught up by Chu Mingkong. Meanwhile, Wuxiangtian was smeared with his extremely yin energy, severing his connection with the goddess bodhisattva.

Even if the goddess or bodhisattva appears, the first thing she would do is commit suicide to completely liberate herself from her bodhisattva status and gain the opportunity to manifest again in the future.

"Can I go into this Wuxiangtian?" Xiao Yunhan asked.

“No, I can’t go in either, but if the Asura King is willing to tell Mingkong about the Endless Meaning Bodhisattva’s lineage that she knows, then he should have a chance to bring you, Yunhan, inside.”

In Chu Mingkong's memory, his master's wife rarely spoke of hypothetical situations, he confirmed:

"So, Master's wife, am I supposed to ask the Asura King for that inheritance? Will there be any danger?"

"Whether it's dangerous or not, you can confirm with the Asura King; she's facing a greater risk than you."

That's true; the Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent can manifest directly in the body of a priest of the Asura race.

Since the priests of the Asura clan used to be able to be directly possessed, it is likely that the Asura clan itself does not possess such abilities.

On another note, if Master's wife said that right now, wasn't she implying that he... should ask the Asura King for that inheritance, and incidentally ensure her safety?

With the wound from the Abyss still inflicted, she was impervious to all magic. The only thing Chu Mingkong could do to help her seemed to be to control his strength and use the power of extreme Yin to create a wound for her.

"Um, what should I do if I don't know how to get back to the Realm of No Thought?"

Xiao Yunhan found her younger brother's question utterly absurd:

"Didn't you say that you filled that Wuxiang Heaven with extremely Yin energy? Can't you confirm the location of your power?"

Chapter 409 One Flower, One World; One Sleep, One Whole Day

That's a good question. Yunhan is referring to something like marking something to make it easier to track.

The key point is that this tracking is also limited in scope. Now, the Wuxiang Heaven has directly surpassed the mortal world and is almost the same as the Lunar Eclipse Divine Kingdom.

It's hard to sense that. Chu Mingkong pooped in the depths of the Abyss, so he can't possibly smell it when he gets home, can he?

“I can try other methods. If that doesn’t work, then I can only wait for the Asura King to pull me into the Wuxiang Heaven himself.”

Chu Mingkong's thoughts arose from his heart, and suddenly "one" of the python robe on his chest billowed up, and a large python formed from black blood crawled out from his sleeve.

He instructed, "Take me to Wuxiangtian, the place where the extremely yin energy was left behind."

Fortunately, this giant serpent was indeed remarkable in some aspects. Its body was like a swimming fish, and it used heaven and earth as its guide. It circled in front of Chu Mingkong, seemingly opening up a passage to Wuxiang Heaven directly in front of him.

"Mingkong, may I come in with you?" Xiao Yunhan asked.

“I feel like it might not work. I was able to enter the Wuxiang Heaven because of the Buddhist seal left by the goddess Bodhisattva. I’ll go see if I can get the inheritance from the Asura King.”

Chu Mingkong gave his sister a reassuring smile, then walked into the passage the giant python had created.

It must be said that the feeling of entering voluntarily is vastly different from that of being forced into it. When one is forced into the Formless Heaven, one is already inside before one even realizes it, but when one enters voluntarily, there is a sense of stagnation, like navigating the deep sea.

......

The Asura King sat cross-legged in mid-air, while the goddess bodhisattva, bound by chains of lightning, also floated in front of her.

The Asura King raised his hand and channeled his energy, attempting to extract the essence of its will and dissect its past.

This is not the will of one person, but a vast collective existence.

As the saying goes, "One flower, one world; one thought, one enlightenment."

Within this chaotic and endless source of consciousness, countless "thoughts" are merged, and these countless "thoughts" represent the lives of countless individuals.

"Having absorbed so many divine souls and so many consciousnesses, is this Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent still himself? And who was He in His very first beginning?"

The Asura King asked this question alone in the desolate and deserted Realm of No Thought.

Her power had suppressed the very essence of the goddess's soul, which was not meat on a chopping board; it was not to be slaughtered at the whim of the Asura King.

The unconscious goddess Bodhisattva recited ancient and mysterious scriptures in her unconscious state. The Asura King sealed her mouth, and her fair and delicate body transformed into a smooth sheet of paper, with endless mysterious runes and characters appearing on her skin.

A single character can form a phrase, and multiple characters can form a spell. The solidified words attempted to drive away the power of the Asura King, but were immediately suppressed by the Asura King with all his might.

"Even though I've sealed away the current incarnation of the courtesan, this essence still possesses such power..."

However, this situation is merely a delaying tactic. As long as the Asura King is not in a hurry and prolongs the stalemate, this obstacle is not even a problem.

After these obstacles were gradually suppressed, the Asura King noticed that images like a revolving lantern began to appear in the Realm of No Thought.

One by one, the green lamps lit up with firelight, and in the flickering firelight, those shadows were drawn.

Many unfamiliar faces appear in these films and television shows; looking back, countless scenes together form countless lives.

These scenes primarily depict the hardships of life, ranging from minor to major, with countless minor hardships accumulating into insurmountable major suffering, ultimately becoming tragedies in the films and television shows.

Seeing unfamiliar scenes for a while, one can hear the sound of crying, followed by a torrent of sorrow and empathy.

It seemed as if it wanted to drown out the Asura King's senses.

A young, innocent voice rang out, and a thin, broken little hand gently nudged the parents who were lying motionless with their eyes closed:

[Mom, Dad, why haven't you gotten out of bed for days? You should at least take a bath; you both smell terrible...]

A gaunt figure knelt before his loved one on the sickbed, clutching a few taels of silver in his hand, the silver gleaming as if it were brand new from being squeezed so tightly.

[Mother, your daughter has money for your medical treatment! The master's family in the east offered a lot for you, but they urgently need you. I'm unfilial and can't accompany you to the doctor myself, so I've asked a neighbor to take you. I'll send word when you're better!]

An old man, withered and hunched over, sat before the mourning hall, his voice as faint as floating sand, so soft that even the wind could carry away his words:

After so many years of companionship, and finally having a house full of children, why did you, my old wife, leave us first...?

Such narratives told through film and sound are not uncommon...

Everything that appears here, even laughter, is a bleak laugh filled with endless sorrow...

Chu Mingkong had returned to this place at some point, and after watching for a while, he forced himself to look away from it.

Many of life's hardships, even if they haven't happened to you personally, can cause you great sorrow just by looking at them. You can only tell yourself "it's probably just an illusion" to avoid being entangled by that sorrow.

He admired the Asura King for being able to watch it so intently, and he felt that interrupting at this moment was very appropriate!

"Won't staring at it for too long affect my state of mind?"

"No," the Asura King replied calmly. "Everyone will encounter their own sorrows; the sorrows of others are none of my concern."

"This is really indifferent... So, Asura King, do you think the teachings of the Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent are correct?"

The myriad flavors of life and the fickle nature of human relationships all lead to a sea of sorrow and loneliness... I think it was something like this: the more you love, the more intense the pain.

The Asura King's gaze continued to sweep rapidly across these scenes of life, searching for the priest's presence, while also taking the opportunity to respond to Chu Mingkong:

There is no right or wrong. Many principles, and even so-called like-minded people, will be considered right and good as long as they suit your taste.

You only need to know what you're thinking; you don't need to seek validation from others... As for me, since this idea can lead to the Bodhisattva stage, it must be correct; otherwise, it wouldn't have achieved such a result.

I understand now. The Asura King's point is to prove principles with fists. A correct principle may not necessarily result in a hard fist, but a wrong principle will definitely not result in a hard object.

"Isn't that Liu Qingmei over there?" The Asura King reached out and grabbed the green lamp.

Emerging from the firelight was indeed Liu Qingmei, whom I had seen in the capital that day, and it seemed to be depicting the sorrow she had endured.

Others, like Chu Mingkong, might not know or might think it's true, but Liu Qingmei's experiences must be a deduced illusion.

These things like being a good wife and mother, redeeming herself, and causing trouble to prove her point are things that never happened to her in reality, and time doesn't allow Liu Qingmei to experience so much.

But if you really want to tell if it's fake, even disregarding the fact that Chu Mingkong and Liu Qingmei had met once, he wouldn't be able to tell the difference between real and fake, because these sorrows all stemmed from small things in life, yet they were unforgettable.

Misfortune seems to specifically target those with unfortunate fates; according to the teachings of the Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent:

Everything is suffering, but those who are unfortunate have a weaker capacity to bear misfortune, making them seem particularly miserable. In fact, you are also experiencing misfortune now, but it is still within your capacity to bear it. One day in the future, when your capacity to bear it weakens, you will be the next unfortunate person.

There is no such thing as one suffering more than the other; everyone suffers just as much. It's just that some people don't have the chance to experience hardship early on. You, who seem happy, are simply suffering without realizing it, and may even have suffered more than those unfortunate people, without even feeling sorry for yourself.

"How can we get her out of this?" Chu Mingkong asked, at a loss for what to do.

"I don't know, should we try to comfort him?" This was the only suggestion the Asura King could offer, and it wasn't just a perfunctory response.

"So, Asura King, you're planning to find that priestess of the Asura clan now, right? What do you plan to do after you find her?"

Chu Mingkong thought that the Asura King's method might be worth considering.

“I will ask her what scene caused her will to collapse. She was the strongest of the Asura clan at that time, and also a unique powerhouse in Buddhism. The Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent did not have time to manifest in other people and wait for that incarnation to slowly grow stronger, so he could only directly attack the priest.”

But a priest of such great power cannot be deceived by such trivial suffering. For the Asura race, death is both an end and a destination; there may be resentment and regret, but it is by no means a misfortune.

What caused her will to crumble?

Such a reason... Chu Mingkong neither agreed nor disagreed with the assessment that others' suffering was "minor."

Based on my experience with the Asura race so far, they don't expect others to understand them, nor do they have any intention of understanding others, so let them think what they want.

That means chatting, or more colloquially, verbal sparring.

Chu Mingkong picked up the fragile blue lamp, speechless for a moment, before finally managing to utter a few words:

“Those things like birth, aging, sickness, death, and separation from loved ones are indeed unavoidable sufferings in the human world, not to mention things like losing one's mother in childhood, losing one's spouse in middle age, and losing one's child in old age.”

But life still has its sweet moments. Even if you don't crave these sweet moments, Qingmei, at least don't take what the Bodhisattva said as true. If you're going to suffer, suffer your own hardships. Why believe in those weak illusions that are endlessly bitter and offer no sweetness at all?

I also found that these goddesses and bodhisattvas have some substance in their words. When they first start talking to you about principles, they speak in a way that is ambiguous and seemingly reasonable.

But once you start to believe a little, she becomes fixated on it, only talking about the bitterness and ignoring the sweetness.

Leaving aside the distant past, the Bodhisattva of Boundless Intent, seeing you all so devoted to her words and trapped in a sea of suffering, must be feeling incredibly sweet and gratified, beaming with joy.

Don't let others teach you what bitterness and sweetness are; it's much better to experience them for yourself. I think it's rare for most people to experience the same kind of tragic illusion as you have.

Looking at it from another angle, you've already experienced so much suffering under the illusion of this female bodhisattva. Now that you're picking up your life again, you might find contentment and happiness. What you thought was bitter before now seems quite sweet in comparison. Consider it compensation for this illusory experience.
