The Judge Knight is not tough enough.

As the Church's external force of judgment, the Judges' Legion is an omnipotent legion; omnipotence also means omnipotence. They lack specialized skills. This means that when limited means fail, they cannot withstand the defenders' onslaught and can only watch helplessly as these stone turtles tear them apart time and again.

The two armies saw hope for victory, the Judgement Knights were making adjustments, and the Legion of Holy Light was retreating towards the Kingdom of Deria.

"Stop them! Keep charging! Warriors of Derya, don't let the filthy holy light near our homeland!" Heaven knows what they'll do!

The defenders' attacks grew increasingly fierce, and the Judgement Knights kept falling behind, while Algernon's expression became increasingly contorted.

They had been careless; the enemy was far stronger than they had imagined. He looked up at the magical pillar piercing the sky on the distant hillside, his face clouded with gloom. If it weren't for that Legionary Strategist, the Judge wouldn't be in such a predicament.

Now, the Judgement Legion is even worried about its own survival. They are helpless against that king's army and can only try to reach Deria to stop the damage with the help of buildings or to get reinforcements.

Once again, Algernon raised his arm, braced himself for the new onslaught. The Judges were exhausted; they believed in the Holy Light's victory, but their bodies could not hold on any longer.

As the rocky shield drew ever closer, Algernon was lost in thought. How many more of his comrades would fall this time?

"Algernon! Scatter!" A voice appeared directly in his mind, without any source, like an illusion.

The Judge Knight will not believe any voice that appears inexplicably in his mind, for it is often accompanied by filthy and depraved whispers.

But now, Legion Commander Algernon found the voice to be very beautiful, full of vibrant energy.

"Scatter, brothers!"

"Our reinforcements have arrived!"

"It's the Fourth Angel's gay legion!"

In the blink of an eye, the enemies in front of the defender knights changed color. From the gaps between the gloomy dark knights, knights as radiant as the sun appeared, holding up dazzling light shields like the sun rising on the horizon.

"Rising from the ashes! The land of purification, unfold!"

Burning flames erupted on the battlefield, creating heat waves that collided with the massive rock shields.

The Holy Light Legion withstood the attack.

This time, neither side benefited.

Behind the shield, the Firebringer, his entire body engulfed in flames, glanced at the Dark Slayer behind him.

"Algernon, my brother, it's been ten years, and you look much worse for me."

Tsk, Algernon combed his messy hair back.

"You only brought this many people? Frey."

The Guardian Legion brought only three legions, including three Firebringer Legion commanders, including Frey.

“I had no idea we came here to fight, and that you were in such a sorry state. The rest of the legion and His Majesty Raphael are still on their way. We are just messengers.” Frey looked at the wary legion in the distance. “It’s quite something that the human forces have such a mighty army, making you arrogant people suffer. It’s really not easy.”

“A blessing? Is that so?” Frey raised his palm, and the burning flames of the Firebringer ignited on the Guardian’s body.

"You've sealed their abilities?" Without those blessings, these traitors of the Holy Light are as fragile as ants.

The restless flames dancing on Frey's body mirrored his current mood.

"It cannot be sealed; that is the power of a human king, a righteous power recognized by the Holy Light." Frey turned to look at Algernon. "I know the Judges are troublemakers and prone to causing chaos, but damn it, those dozens of blessings on him are all kingly power!!!"

"What the hell have you guys done?!"

"To be an enemy of the world?!"

"See that bunch of people on the hillside?" Algernon pointed in the direction of Lyle and the others. "Those are a group of dead kings. They are the dead crawling outside, the desecrated power of kings."

"What's that saying again? The dead should stay in their graves. Now that you're here, I'm going to put it into practice."

The Guardian Legion, the Shield of Holy Light, are experts in head-on confrontations and vanguards in siege warfare.

Against a heavily armored Defender, the Firebringer is the perfect counter.

Naturally, the Judgement Legion did not hesitate to steal the capabilities of its brother legions.

This also includes their group consciousness network.

[Damn you, disgrace to the Holy Light! Don't pollute our sacred network with your tainted souls! If it weren't for the Church's orders, our Guardian Legion would have crushed you!]

[Pshaw, who cares about your gay network? Hundreds of grown men are chatting naked all day long, you don't need wives anymore, do you? Don't interfere with us with your disgusting mental constructs! Judges, come to our own affiliated network! Merging with this bunch of gay minds will only defile our last sanctuary.]

Unlike the antagonism between armies, the two legion commanders got along well.

Algernon looked at Frey.

"So, if you want to win, this is the only way."

"The method is good, but what about the main battlefield? There are still too few Guardians."

"But if our defenses are strong enough, that's the key to victory."

Chapter 356 World Builder Irian

"Form a Tier 6 elite squad to eliminate those former kings who provided the King's Blessing. The decapitation tactic is indeed effective, but do those former kings need us to form an elite squad?"

Following Algernon's advice, he planned to lead several legion commanders, including himself and Frey, to storm the Forgotten Kings atop the mountain. One Firebringer, five Dark Slayers. What does that mean? Decapitating an entire army would be as easy as taking candy from a baby.

Frey thought Algernon was making a mountain out of a molehill. A legion commander's primary role is to lead the legion; relying on high-ranking forces for individual combat is a waste of talent, and there are also risks involved in direct combat.

A legion without a legionary commander's control will suffer a significant drop in performance, much like the presence of a Crusader leader for ordinary Crusaders. Putting aside other factors, the Guardians Legion, with Raphael present, has no fear of the Inquisitor Legion.

"Among the Forgotten Kings, there exists a mage, a high-ranking mage..."

"More than level six."

Frey's heart sank, but he didn't say anything more. "Do as you say." Frey didn't think there were many beings in the world who could surpass his own strength, but if there really were, he absolutely couldn't be careless.

The fifth rank is the boundary between humans and non-humans. Those above the fifth rank are formidable enemies. Although this boundary is higher for the legion commanders of the Holy Light.

Lyle quickly noticed the Holy Light squad that had broken away from the battlefield. In fact, they made no attempt to hide it and openly headed towards the mountaintop.

Their strength alone made Lyle's scalp tingle.

"A squad of legion commanders, all at the sixth rank!" Damn, even the Andrei Society doesn't have many members with this kind of setup.

Lyle gritted his teeth. Among the Forgotten Kings, perhaps only Mr. Irian was capable of fighting. As for Lyle, the plague might be of some help. After all, it was a plague with priority in the rules. Maybe he could make them sneeze or twist their backs.

“Mr. Irene, my plague can be of some help.” Lyle’s voice still trembled as he spoke.

“I appreciate your kindness, little Lyle. But I can manage on my own.”

Wow, Mr. Irian is such a reliable gentleman. Lyle breathed a sigh of relief, thankful that he wouldn't be beaten by a monster far above his level.

A spatial rift appeared before Irian. In the blink of an eye, he was teleported halfway up the mountain, blocking the path of the Crusader commander.

He raised his hand and stroked the tip of the wand.

"Six Locks, Domains, World Construction."

“Landscape transformation.”

"Twisted rock strata".

The earthquake was like a party on a hillside. Landslides occurred, with rolling rock formations whipping up dust and tearing the land apart.

The once smooth road has now become a dead end, with a huge chasm lying behind Mr. Irian, like the Earth Goddess smiling down at her lover.

The Crusader commander looked at the only enemy before him.

Frey raised his shield and stood at the very front.

"Algernon, can you handle this level of geological alteration?"

“Barely acceptable.” Frey heard Algernon gasp through the makeshift group network.

That's a bit risky. Hopefully, this magician's power level is just slightly higher.

"A place of purification."

"Black Prison".

From the outset, Frey pointed at Irian. "Burning Flame." This burning fire possessed the suppressive power of holy light, causing painful burns on the enemy's body and sealing their abilities. It was even more effective on spellcasters, whose stinging nerves wouldn't allow them to use magic.

Algernon took the lead, and several Dark Slayers all copied Irian's abilities.

"Bombardment of Flames".

"A sudden thrust from the rocky outcrop."

"Dimensional cutting".

"A single blow that brings annihilation."

They used different types of magical attacks with varying effects, specifically targeting this omnipotent mage. Due to the difference in power, the Firebringer's sealing abilities could not completely seal him, but they could greatly reduce the caster's ability to cope.

These independent abilities will surely overwhelm him and cause him to unfortunately fall victim to them.

It felt like Irene was creating several clones of him at the same time, especially when he was being weakened.

That's how it should have been.

Irian should have barely managed to use the same spell to offset the impact with her weakened casting ability, only to be caught off guard by one or two spells that couldn't be neutralized in time. The Dark Slayers have faced high-level enemies before, and their fates have all been grim. Now is the age of the Holy Light, and the power of the Holy Light exerts a suppressive influence.

Irene did not cast the corresponding spell.

He did even more. Based on the fundamental principle of the four elements restraining each other, he used a new elemental spell that incorporated the power of himself copied by the Dark Slayers. Under the effect of the elemental fusion reaction, it attacked the Dark Slayers with even more terrifying power.

The Firebringer Frey used his physical strength to withstand most of the attacks, while the Dark Slayers worked together to neutralize the rest.

It was like a student practicing solving an assignment that was beyond the scope of a strict teacher's curriculum. While retaliating, Irene demonstrated her profound knowledge of the elemental realm, nearly killing Frey the Firebringer.

"This mage wasn't affected by your seal," Algernon said, looking at the flames burning on Irian's body. Irian's mask had shattered from the intense heat. "So that's how it is. A lich... no, the heat of the Holy Flame would cause even a lich pain. How did he remain unharmed?" This wasn't the effect of a king's power granting immunity to the Holy Light.

The flames did indeed ignite on Irian, and he was now glowing red like another fire-breathing being. However, the flames were like decorations, not harming him in the slightest.

Frey felt his shield-wielding arm was useless; the healing effects of the burning holy flames were continuing through the broken bones, albeit very slowly.

"His talent is high-level fire immunity. No fire spells or divine magic that generate heat will harm him. Damn it, isn't this a talent only fire elemental lords possess?"

"Fire magic is useless against him, Algernon, the seal is ineffective."

The commander of the Dark Slayer Legion took a breath. "Alright, then we'll have to compete in magical power."

"Slayer of Darkness! Chant together! High-level Earth Spell!"

"A meteorite fell from the sky!"
