I opened a restaurant in the Pokémon world.

"Hmm? Evergreen Forest? I'm not used to the way you young people call it. We used to call it Evergreen Forest." Officer Jenny looked at Heath with some confusion, then looked nostalgic.

Hiss's lips twitched, but the name Viridian Forest was indeed more fitting for the region, although the League later renamed it Evergreen Forest.

“The Evergreen Forest… I remember it’s full of insect-type and bird-type Pokémon. I heard that someone even saw Pikachu there.” Officer Jenny put down her chopsticks; she usually doesn’t eat when she’s talking.

“However, I’ve received a few reports of strange things happening in the Evergreen Forest, like another version of myself suddenly appearing in the thick fog, or a white figure floating overhead.” Officer Jenny tried to recall, while Heath seemed thoughtful.

It seems that a new Pokémon has indeed entered the Evergreen Forest, but these strange things sound more like a horror movie. Heath is curious about what exactly happened inside.

"Don't tell me you want to go to Evergreen Forest. It's a safe place, but you and Farfetch'd have only just built a trusting relationship, right?" Officer Jenny looked at Heath warily, and Heath quickly gave her a harmless smile.

"Green onion, green onion!" the green onion duck called excitedly as it flew around Heath.

Then, Heath saw a little girl in white emerge from the thick fog, holding a tattered teddy bear in her arms, looking at him with a strange expression.

Chapter 11 The Market in the Pokémon World

Heath looked at the little girl in front of him and couldn't help but swallow hard. Although he used to boast that if a female ghost dared to show herself, he would make her take maternity leave, when he actually encountered one...

Heath admitted he was a little scared, but he quickly took a few deep breaths and looked warily at the little girl in front of him, asking her a question.

"Who are you?" Heath looked at the little girl in front of him. She shouldn't be a ghost, after all, in the world of Pokémon there are only ghost Pokémon, as for ghosts...

I remember seeing something that looked like a ghost when I watched the Pokémon anime, but it turned out to be a Gastly in disguise. I don't know how a Pokémon like Gastly could have such a special ability.

"Aren't you afraid of me?" The little girl asked Heath, tilting her head as she hugged the tattered teddy bear.

Just as Heath was about to say something, the girl in white disappeared like a gust of wind, along with the thick fog, and the Evergreen Forest reappeared before Heath.

Heath walked to the spot where the little girl had appeared, completely bewildered. He didn't find anything of value, but he had indeed witnessed what had just happened.

"Heath!" Just as Heath was about to continue investigating what that little girl in white was, he heard a voice filled with anger.

Heath shuddered, then turned around shakily and saw Officer Jenny holding a leather whip, smiling at him.

“Feng… Sister Feng…” Heath looked awkwardly at Sister Feng in front of him. At this moment, he had already thought about what should be written on his tombstone when he died.

“Heath, I remember telling you not to come to Evergreen Forest, right?” Officer Jenny smiled as she gripped the leather whip in her hand, the veins on the back of her hand clearly visible.

Heath quickly cast a pleading look at Arcanine standing next to Officer Jenny, as the saying goes, "You raise a dog for a thousand days, but only use it for one."

Having been in this world for so long, aside from some main storylines and Pokémon, Heath basically couldn't remember the plot of the anime. However, Heath vaguely remembered watching the anime and thinking that there really were ghosts in it.

It's not a ghost Pokémon, but a real ghost, a ghost transformed from a human soul.
