After wiping his hands, Black Dragon pushed open the door and left the small house, following the path to the armory.

Is Boss Ming here?

Black Flying Dragon called out as he walked outside the armory.

"I'm meowing~"

A series of thumping sounds came from inside the armory, and then Akashi appeared in front of Black Dragon.

"What's up, meow?"

Akashi looked at Black Flying Dragon and showed his usual smile.

"Yes, I actually hope to add more ship equipment to make up for the lack of firepower in close-range combat."

Black Dragon took out the Rubik's Cubes he had collected yesterday and handed them to Akashi.

"Close-quarters combat, meow? Aren't you an aircraft carrier?"

Akashi felt something was off.

"Precisely because it's an aircraft carrier, it needs to strengthen its close-range attack capabilities!"

Black Flying Dragon spoke with righteous indignation.

"Okay, meow, what kind of ship equipment do you want?"

Akashi thought about it for a moment, since it wasn't her who was using it anyway.

"Can you install two main guns in me?"

"Black Flying Dragon said."

"Meow?"

Akashi was shocked; this was the first time she had ever encountered an aircraft carrier that wanted to equip her with a main gun.

"May I?"

Black Dragon felt that Akashi was making a fuss over nothing. Normal warships and aircraft carriers should have one or two main guns, right? She remembered that even the little Gaga in the game could fire cannons.

"Of course not, meow! You're an aircraft carrier, you already have a huge arsenal. If you add main guns on top of that, aren't you afraid you won't be able to move at sea?"

Akashi was furious. She had finally found a high-quality tool, but he seemed a bit silly.

"Ah, that's true. So, is there any ship equipment that's easy to carry, for close-range use?"

Upon hearing this, Black Dragon realized that it made sense, but they definitely needed to increase their firepower; they couldn't have made two wasted trips.

"Meow, let me think, ship equipment that's easy to carry at close range."

Black Dragon's requirements stumped Akashi. She went to the armory and started searching for blueprints. Over the years, she had collected a lot of random things, and maybe she could find ship equipment that met Black Dragon's requirements.

"I'm not in a hurry, I can take my time looking."

Black Flying Dragon called out and found a place to sit down.

"Close range, lightweight, and powerful enough... Meow, found it!"

Akashi spent nearly half an hour searching before finally finding a weapon design that had been shelved due to energy issues.

"Huh? What kind of ship equipment is it?"

Black Dragon curiously approached.

"This ship equipment is rather troublesome, meow."

Akashi handed the blueprints to Black Flying Dragon.

"Hiss, are those drones?"

The moment Black Flying Dragon saw the design, he couldn't take his eyes off it.

"Yes, meow. I think someone discussed weapon design with me before, but it was shelved because the design consumed too much energy."

Akashi shrugged.

It's not that she can't create good things, but rather that she has very limited access to energy, which forces many of her designs to be shelved.

"Then I'll take this one, is that okay?"

Black Dragon blinked. Wasn't the reason she collected energy for Akashi every day for her convenient black technology?

"Sure, but I'll need your help during the debugging process, and this ship equipment... you know what I mean, meow~"

Akashi looked at Black Flying Dragon with a smile.

"I will try my best to collect energy for you, but the power and range of this ship equipment cannot be too poor."

Black Dragon didn't even need to think about it.

"You can rest assured about that, meow~ Keep your box too, I'll adjust it for you, meow."

Akashi rubbed his hands together, thinking that money makes things easier.

"Then trouble you."

Black Dragon took the card box off and handed it to Akashi, who then handed Black Dragon a few Rubik's Cubes.

"Tomorrow...okay, come pick up the cat the day after tomorrow."

Akashi waved goodbye with a smile.

"This cat is not to be underestimated."

Black Dragon was somewhat emotional after leaving the armory.

Walking around, Black Flying Dragon quickly returned home. Yuudachi was already asleep. Black Flying Dragon took a blanket and covered her with it before going out again.

Soon, she arrived at the gym.

Because of the expedition selection, there were more people at the gym than usual. Black Dragon found a corner and quietly began to practice his swordsmanship.

"An expedition."

Black Dragon muttered the word under his breath.

If the Sirens are so rampant inside the defensive lines, why would they go to the deep sea to their deaths?

Are you interested in this too?

Prince Eugen knew nothing

Then Shi appeared to the side, holding a can of soda in one hand, and casually asked.

"I wouldn't say I'm particularly interested. Is there anything worth exploring in the deep sea?"

Black Dragon did not stop swinging his sword.

"Who knows?"

Prince Eugen curled his lip.

You don't know either?

Black Dragon was somewhat surprised.

"It's just that the higher-ups want to collect data on rare Sirens through our battles."

Prince Eugen took a sip of his soda, then held the can up to his eyes and waved it.

"Really? Welsh does have a lot of faith in the higher-ups."

Black Dragon knew that Prince Eugen could be quite harsh in his words at times.

"Hmph, the royal family members are all old fogies who don't know how to be flexible."

Prince Eugen's tone was somewhat disdainful.

"You seem to harbor a lot of resentment."

Black Dragon laughed.

"I'm leaving now. Good luck."

Prince Eugen didn't reply, threw the empty can into the nearby trash can, and got up to leave.

Chapter 41 The All-Purpose Tool

After Prince Eugen left, the Black Dragon swung his sword and ran for a while before returning.

Although it's just basic exercise, it's better than not exercising at all.

Black Flying Dragon looked at the horizon and realized that more than half of the day had passed and the sun was beginning to set.

As she passed a large mansion, Black Dragon paused briefly. The house was enough for her as she lived alone; if she were no longer alone…

As she thought about it, Black Flying Dragon couldn't help but laugh. She shook her head and continued on her way back.

Before transmigrating, she had been single for over twenty years and was prepared to grow old alone, yet she still thought about such things.

"I am back."

Soon, she returned home, pushed open the door, and went inside.

Welcome back!

Yuudachi's voice came from the backyard.

"Yudachi, what are you doing?"

Black Flying Dragon came to the backyard with some curiosity and immediately saw Yuudachi squatting in the corner pulling weeds.

"I'm weeding. If the weeds steal the nutrients, the cherry blossoms will grow very slowly, and then we'll have to wait a long time to see them bloom."

Yuudachi muttered to himself as he weeded.

"You're really good at thinking! Come and wash your hands, it'll be dinner soon."

The black dragon was amused.

"So fast? Didn't we just have lunch?"

Yuudachi ran to the side, washed her hands, and came back.

"Who told you to eat and then sleep? You have absolutely no sense of time."
