Superman got hold of Carl's photo, and his super brain quickly compared it with the footage he had seen on Earth. The conclusion was that this was the Superman who had come to their universe, only the symbol on his chest had been changed.

"Batman, your counterpart should be Night Owl. You two look very different, but your styles are similar, hehe, both full of Gotham flavor."

Mentioning the owl, the Joker habitually let out a maniacal laugh, but he immediately realized he was in front of his allies and stopped the conditioned reflex.

"Ahem, Hal, you should correspond to the Ringholder who controls the Seaside City. Apart from being a bit thin, he shouldn't be much different from you. Oh right, he also has an extra ring, which is the source of his power."

Hal became visibly annoyed when the topic of the ring came up, especially after he immediately saw the man in the photo, Harold, the Ringholder who looked almost exactly like him.

"What? This spineless coward is me?" Hal said disdainfully. "And what is that ring he's wearing? It looks green, but it's definitely not a green light ring."

The clown shrugged, indicating that he didn't know, and then took out a picture of Johnny Quick.

“The Flash, you and Johnny Quick don’t look very alike, but you use the same power, so he’s probably your counterpart.”

The Flash looked at Johnny Quick in the photo, wearing a metal helmet and goggles, and said, "His taste is really terrible."

"What about mine?" Wonder Woman asked, seeing that the Joker hadn't continued pulling out photos.

The Joker apologized, "I'm sorry, I've never seen anything like you before. You shouldn't be in the League, or perhaps you haven't joined this world yet?"

The competitive Wonder Woman was somewhat dissatisfied, though she didn't know exactly what she was dissatisfied with.

After receiving their respective photos, the Justice League members decided to first observe their counterparts, to learn about the enemy and also to see the world for themselves.

With many locations available, they decided to split up and reunite in Gotham City after 24 hours.

Most people decided to go to the city ruled by their counterparts, while Wonder Woman planned to visit Paradise Island in this world. Since Atlantis exists here, there's no reason why Paradise Island shouldn't exist.

The Joker: "It's fine if you want to see the world for yourselves, but I'm not very familiar with other places, so I can't offer you any help."

In the city controlled by the Night Owl, it is not an easy task to outwit and outmaneuver him for a long time. The Joker must be fully committed to ensure his safety, so he does not know much about the inside story of other cities.

“It’s alright, you’ve already helped us a lot,” Superman said. “Well then, everyone, see you in 24 hours. If you have any problems, please use the bracelet to contact us urgently.”

After saying that, the alliance members dispersed on the spot, each taking a map and heading to their respective targets.

Only the Joker and Batman remained at the scene, both with Gotham City as their target.

"Uh, nice to work with you?" The Joker extended a hand of friendship to Batman.

Batman squeezed the pale hand back, but judging from his lips, which were tighter than usual, he was probably not as at ease as he appeared.

……

……

The Justice League arrived on Earth 3, while at the same time, Carl used Pandora's Box to descend upon Earth 0 once again.

This is a small warehouse in Gotham, far from any human habitation, which Batman modified to house Pandora's Box.

With the Pandora's Box restored to its golden skull form, Karl easily bypassed the various traps and mechanisms in the warehouse. Just as he had expected, without targeting his weaknesses, Earth's weapons were completely ineffective against him.

"Let me see where the Justice League members are."

Carl hovered in the stratosphere, using his superhuman vision and hearing to search for the Justice League's location.

However, the result he received a minute later was very unsatisfactory. He only heard Aquaman's voice, but he couldn't find the three most important figures, nor the real Hal.

"The Alliance members don't seem to be here. Did they go to another planet? Oh well, let's wait and see."

Carl flew to the Hall of Justice, the Justice League's base on Earth, where they often gathered. There was no such place on Earth 3; if one had to find a counterpart, it would be his building.

Carl walked in through the main entrance without any hindrance. The security system there seemed to have mistaken him for Superman and did not stop him at all.

"Alright, don't even think about ambushing me. Your heartbeat can't be hidden. Come out now," Karl said as he entered the room.

Soon, a pink alien holding an unidentified firearm emerged from behind the statue.

"You look a lot like him, but I can tell the difference. You're not Superman, but the outsider who stole our rings!"

The visitor was none other than Green Lantern Kirowog. After being persuaded by Hal not to report directly to the Legion, he stayed on Earth hoping that the Justice League could retrieve the ring as soon as possible.

"Alright, don't be so tense. You know the weapon you have is useless against me," Karl said calmly. "Besides, didn't I say I only borrowed it because of the emergency? Look, I'm back with the ring, aren't I?"

Kilowog remained unmoved, still pointing his gun at Carl, until Carl actually released a ring.

"Kilowog from Sector 674, you possess a strong will to overcome fear. Welcome to the Green Lantern Corps!"

Kirowog became Green Lantern again, and only then did he put down his weapon in shock.

"So you weren't lying, you really just used the lamp ring to save the world?"

“Otherwise, that’s what I said from the beginning. But I completely understand you. If it were me, I wouldn’t easily entrust my most important thing to a stranger either,” Karl said.

The misunderstanding was cleared up, and the atmosphere immediately became harmonious. But just as Carl was about to ask where the Justice League was, an unexpected incident occurred.

boom!

The dome of the Hall of Justice was shattered by weapons, and a flying machine that looked like a motorcycle slowly descended with its owner.

Chapter 176 Violent Wolf

"Rob the bounty hunter."

Carl recognized the attacker as a tough guy from the DC universe nicknamed Wolf. He wasn't exactly a villain, but his violent personality and bounty hunter job meant he was unlikely to do anything good.

Rob the Wolf was dressed in a leather suit covered in spikes, with a messy hedgehog-like hairstyle and a flying motorcycle on his feet, making him look like a biker gang member from Earth, especially since he had a cigar in his mouth at the moment.

"They seem to have ill intentions," Kirowog thought.

"Wolf, what are you doing on Earth?" Karl asked.

"Whoosh—" Wolf exhaled a puff of smoke, casually stubbed out his cigar on the hood of the car, and arrogantly said, "I have an employer who wants a Kryptonian's head, so I came to you, Superman."

Carlton suddenly felt a toothache. He had only been in this world for a few minutes and had already gotten into trouble. His luck was really bad.

“You’ve mistaken me for someone else, uh… never mind, it’s all the same to you.” Karl wanted to clarify that he wasn’t Superman, but Wolf wanted to kill Kryptonians, which met the requirement.

"Haha, alright, let's have another match!"

As he spoke, the wolf swung out a barbed iron chain. The chain looked only two meters long at first glance, but as the wolf swung it, the chain grew longer in the wind and reached Karl in the blink of an eye.

Carl doesn't like pointless fights, but talking to a madman like Wolf is useless; he can only express his thoughts with his fists.

Carl dodged the iron hook by tilting his head, then grabbed the chain and flung the wolf to the other side of the city like a hammer.

Karl then sped after them, with Kilowog close behind.

Once the wolf left the aircraft, it could no longer stay airborne, so it crashed heavily to the ground.

"Ha, challenging missions are more valuable." Wolf dusted himself off and stood up unharmed. His body was extremely strong, and this height was nothing to him.

DC's physical abilities can be divided into three categories: those who can't compare to Superman, those who can wrestle with Superman, and super-universe bosses. Wolf belongs to the second category, and his body can be described as having superhuman strength.

The wolf chained an unfinished building and then hurled it at Karl as easily as throwing a pebble.

Such an attack could not harm Karl, but he could not ignore it, because this was an urban area, and if a building flying in the air were to crash down, it would be far more than just damaging a few flowers and plants.

Carl braced his hands against the wall, preparing to use his bio-field to control the fragile building, even though he knew it was a distraction tactic used by the wolves.

However, just as the wolf was about to launch a sneak attack, a green light enveloped the building.

Kilowog caught up and said, "Superman, I don't know your name, so I'll just call you that for now. Anyway, focus on dealing with the wolf. I'll take care of the attacks that affect the city."

Carl nodded to him, then circled around the building in the sky and headed straight for the Wolf Pack across the street.

The wolf didn't try to dodge; it charged up and threw a punch that collided head-on with Karl's attack.

In an instant, the earth shook violently, and the surrounding land surged like ocean waves. Fortunately, a ring of green energy surrounded the area, preventing the battle damage from becoming too great.

"Aww!" The wolf cried out in pain, clutching its twisted finger. It gritted its teeth and forced its joint back to its original position. With the help of its self-healing ability, it recovered completely.

"You've become much more violent," the wolf said with a sneer. "But that's good. Fighting you when you're not holding back is what's truly something to look forward to."

"Whoa—" Wolf put two fingers in his mouth and whistled loudly. The vehicle Wolf had left behind came running at the sound.

"Come on, let's start round 2!" the wolf said with great fighting spirit.

However... boom!!

Karl destroyed the spacecraft in the sky with his heat vision. His eyes burned with crimson light as he said in a deep voice, "Fighting? I have no interest in that. But if you want to see a Kryptonian who doesn't hold back, I can grant your wish."

Carl's heavy right hook slammed into the wolf's face, instantly disorienting him. He followed up with another blow to the chin, the sound of bones cracking clearly rang out.

Wolf didn't expect Carl to suddenly use super speed. By the time he reacted, the attack had already hit him. The intense dizziness left him unable to resist, and by the time he realized what was happening, defeat was inevitable.

All Wolf could do was take out his secret weapon, a sharp kryptonite, before he completely lost consciousness.

His combat instincts honed through years of mercenary experience led him to launch a final counterattack, piercing Karl with kryptonite. But at the same time, Karl's fist struck the wolf in the face.

Berserker never expected that the kryptonite would actually enhance Karl's power. His face collapsed, several of his teeth were knocked out, and he lost consciousness almost instantly.

Seeing the wolf fall to the ground, Kirowog quickly flew down as well... "You defeated him, well done. What do you plan to do with him?"

Carl didn't seem to notice anything, only saying, "This is indeed a problem. His healing ability is too powerful, and it's incredibly troublesome to deal with."

“Then why don’t you leave it to me?” Kirowog suggested. “Wolf has bounties in many parts of the universe. The Green Lantern Corps would never mind putting him in a space prison. Maybe I can even help you pay one of the bounties.”

Karl thought for a moment and agreed. The wolf was of no use to him; it was just an unexpected problem: "Then I'll leave it to you."

Kilowog nodded, intending to use the green light to build a cage, but just then, several small wolves suddenly pounced out from nowhere and pinned Kilowog to the ground in the blink of an eye.

Karl immediately grabbed Kilowog and swept his arm, sending all the little wolves flying.

"Gan, you're using too much force." Karl cursed when he saw the situation.

"Hahaha!" "Hahaha!" Annoying laughter rose and fell.

The young wolves grew at an extremely rapid pace, and within seconds they were indistinguishable from the original wolves.

Carl now understood where these wolves came from. It has to be said that the wolves' final counterattack was effective. They didn't weaken Carl, but they did cause Carl to lose control of his power and injure him, which allowed his self-healing ability to take effect.

Those knocked-out teeth and a few drops of blood—that's all the tissue needed. A complete body grows from it; rebirth from a drop of blood is nothing more than that.

Chapter 177 The 'Truth' Emerges

The Berserker Wolves have such strong regenerative abilities that they can grow an entire body from a single drop of blood. So even though the original Berserker Wolves were still unconscious, the five newly grown Berserker Wolves kept the battle going.

They are not different from the original Berserker Wolves in the way that there is a distinction between the original and the clones; they are the real Berserker Wolves, all of them are the real Berserker Wolves.

Just like how wolves heal quickly after being injured, they are in the same situation, except that they have more new growth.

"I don't know why you're not afraid of Kryptonite anymore, but we have the numbers right now."
