With no one else wading ahead, Durul realized for the first time how many dangers lurked in the darkness. He almost fell into a loose manhole cover because he wasn't paying attention, and then he was startled by the shadows of the trees and fell, his right ankle still burning with pain.

But he was too embarrassed to go back, so he could only grit his teeth and keep going.

Before he had gone far, he heard a noise behind him. Duruel instinctively turned around and shone his flashlight on the back of the Zeus Building, only to find that the building was packed with zombies behind the glass windows. Judging from their clothes, they were likely people who had worked there before!
