Meanwhile, Curator Thomas, who was completely ignored by the two, felt extremely uncomfortable and was so embarrassed that he almost poked a hole in his expensive handmade leather shoes.

But this awkward situation didn't last long, because someone finally spoke to him.

“Mr. Campbell, I’ll take Miss Prince with me now. After all, things on my end are rather urgent.” Odin’s previously kind smile vanished as he faced Thomas, his face now completely expressionless.

Thomas, who had initially been relieved to be out of that awkward situation, now desperately wanted to be back in that environment. Looking at Odin's stern old face was just too much pressure.

Thomas felt himself sweating profusely under the pressure and could only pull out his handkerchief to wipe the sweat from his face: "No problem, Mr. Borson. I will hand over Miss Prince's work to someone else, and Miss Prince doesn't need to worry about anything."

Diana smiled and nodded at the curator, her impression of him being neither good nor bad.

Odin turned and left indifferently. After all, it was hard to say whether he would have appeared in Midgard if it weren't for Diana, let alone say anything to a weak mortal.

but...

Odin smiled as he watched the tall figure bidding a brief farewell to his colleague. If the plan went smoothly, this young man would become Asgard's strongest asset in the future.

After Diana told her colleagues that she was going on a business trip, she slipped away amidst the disappointed looks of her male colleagues and the happy smiles of her female colleagues, only to find Odin staring at her.

Diana touched her face, wondering why Odin was being so friendly to her.

"So, Mr. Borson, where are we going?" After leaving the Metropolitan Museum of Art, watching Odin easily get into a taxi, Diana could no longer hold back her question.

After all, he still didn't know where Odin was taking him.

“Norway,” Odin said with a smile.

Diana could only sigh and make a phone call: "Mr. Toms, my house doesn't need to be expedited anymore, I have to go on a business trip now. Um, it's okay, I will still pay you the price we agreed on before. Okay, that's all."

After Diana hung up the phone, Odin said, "It seems I've disrupted your plans."

Diana simply sighed softly: "Things have been a bit chaotic lately."

"Everything will pass."

"Yes, everything will pass," Diana said, looking out at the bustling traffic.

Less than half an hour after Odin took Diana away, a black Chevrolet SUV pulled up in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

"Where is Diana Prince now?" Nick Fury showed his FBI license to the doorman who was stopping him. "We have a case that requires Ms. Prince's assistance."

After learning that Diana was going to Norway for work, Nick Fury returned to his car without saying a word.

"Mazefak!"

Chapter 14 The Princes of Asgard

Outside the window was a clear blue sky and snow-white clouds. Diana could only look at Odin beside her, who was intently watching the video playing on the plane, with a puzzled expression.

“Although the Midgards are not a race of strength, their creativity is truly astonishing.” Perhaps sensing Diana’s puzzled look, Odin said with a slight smile.

“Alright.” Diana could only nod, agreeing with Odin’s words.

Just as Diana was traveling to Norway with the King of the Gods, two princes from Asgard were also summoned to the Rainbow Bridge by Heimdall in Odin's name.

"Hey! Heimdall, how have you been lately?" Thor looked at the golden-armored giant holding the Rainbow Bridge sword, Bultsteel, with a smile.

"Why did Father summon us here?" Loki, standing to the side, didn't have Thor's composure. After all, the old man had disappeared from Asgard, and then immediately sent Heimdall to inform him and his oblivious brother. Loki wouldn't believe that the old man didn't have a plan or intention.

Heimdall simply nodded in response to Thor's warm greeting, and continued to hold the Bult Steel firmly at the entrance to the Rainbow Bridge.

Loki knew he wouldn't get any useful information out of Heimdall, who claimed to be all-seeing and all-knowing within the Nine Realms, but it didn't matter. After all, he had a big, dumb guy by his side right now; what if he knew something?

"Tell me, why did Father send us here?"

“I can’t say for sure, brother. I’ve always trusted Father’s decisions; he must have his reasons for bringing us here,” Thor said to Loki with a smile. If he hadn’t touched his nose while saying this, it might have been more convincing.

"Okay, so you don't know why either, right?" Loki could only laugh as he said to Thor.

Thor shrugged, neither confirming nor denying the point.

Loki completely gave up on getting any information from his foolish brother; after all, it was unwise to expect anything from a 1500-year-old child.

Heimdall, the only one who knew the answer, had no intention of answering their questions about why they had been summoned.

Heimdall's eyes gradually brightened, and he picked up the Bult steel and headed to the Rainbow Bridge control room: "Now you just need to follow the Rainbow Bridge, and it will tell you everything."

“Even though you possess omniscience and all-seeing abilities, we still need to go to another place to find the answer.” Loki’s tone carried a hint of helplessness. “It’s really strange.”

"Alright, little brother. This must be Father's order. Let's go and see. No matter what lies ahead, I will protect you. Don't worry," Thor said nonchalantly, tossing Mjolnir up and down in his hands.

"Well then, goodbye." Heimdall twisted the Bult steel to open the Rainbow Bridge, and the two of them were carried away by it.

The Rainbow Bridge descended openly and legitimately into Midgard, but no one noticed its astonishing energy intensity.

"Wow, this is our destination?" Loki sensed the completely different atmosphere from Asgard. "Is this Midgard? An ancient and backward planet?"

“Father wouldn’t be sending us to restore the glory of Asgard, would he?” Thor said, frowning. “But the battlefield for restoring the glory of Asgard should be Jotunheim, not the weak Midgard.”

It's clear that both princes were wondering why Odin had sent them to Midgard.

"Did you do something again that made Father want to exile you here so I can keep an eye on you?" Loki asked Thor with a flippant expression.

"Impossible. I've been spending all my time in the arena training with Fandral and the others. I haven't had time to go out." Thor's expression changed as he spoke. "Could it be that they found out I drank the wine that Father treasured?"

Loki could only assume that this battle maniac, who had trained his muscles into his brain, was only the crown prince of Asgard because he was born earlier than him.

Just as Thor was feeling uneasy and Loki was considering whether to try to rule Midgard, two figures slowly approached from not far away.

“Do you think Odin would suddenly tell us that we have a sister who’s been living in Midgard?” Loki turned to Thor, who was also somewhat surprised, and said.

"I don't think so. I've never heard of my father having a concubine in Midgard or anything like that." Thor was also somewhat doubtful after Loki's words.

Although his brother was a fool who had built his muscles into his brain, Loki believed he wouldn't lie to him on this point. Besides, I'm the god of deception, okay?

“Perhaps they called us here so that Mother would accept this ‘sister’? So that we could say some good things about her. You know, all creatures are the same in this regard,” Loki said, suggesting what he considered the most likely outcome.

"It seems I haven't taught you enough." Just as Loki was speaking, Odin had already walked up to the two princes of Asgard.

"Father." The two nodded to Odin in unison.

Odin sighed as he looked at Loki, who showed no embarrassment whatsoever. The image he had cultivated of himself as a mysterious and unfathomable figure in front of Diana had been completely ruined by his youngest son.

Turning my head, I saw Diana's gentle smile again, but no matter how I looked at it, I felt there was a hint of mockery in that smile.

"Loki, when we get back, go and help Frigga reorganize the scrolls of Asgard."

“But Father, you asked me to tidy it up just two years ago.”

"Is that so? Then let's tidy it up again." Odin said coldly.

Diana smiled softly behind Odin. Thor, who had initially felt a little sorry for his younger brother being punished, was captivated by Diana's smile.

Diana also noticed that Thor was looking at her, and smiled back at him.

Thor awkwardly straightened his hair, unsure why the woman in front of him evoked such a strong sense of closeness in him.

It was as if she were another version of herself.

“Now, I should also introduce the one behind me.” Odin stepped aside, fully exposing Diana to the two brothers. “A Greek goddess from Midgard.”

"Hello, I am Diana, Diana Prince, the Goddess of War and the Goddess of Truth." Diana smiled and extended her hand to the two brothers.

Chapter 16 You really have an older sister

Looking at the outstretched hand of the Greek goddess before them, Thor and Loki exchanged a glance and then took Diana's hand one after the other.

"Thor, Thor, the God of Thunder," Thor introduced himself to Diana with a simple, honest smile.

"Loki." Loki responded to Diana's introduction in a lukewarm manner, even with a hint of hostility, since truth and deception were indeed not on the same page.

No god of deception would like a god of truth. Gods of truth are all inflexible, completely lacking in adaptability, and only know how to stick to their own ideas.

Diana looked at Loki with amusement. She hadn't expected him to show such an attitude; it was indeed quite unexpected.

Looking at his two sons' behavior, Odin really wondered if he should reforge them.

Thor was alright, but Loki's subtle hostility practically screamed "I don't get along with you!"

Odin sat down on a nearby rock, his forehead covered.

The three little ones looked at each other, exchanging glances. Oh no, Thor didn't even dare to meet Diana's eyes. Whenever Diana looked at Thor, he would always look away, observing why the grass was so green, why the sky was so blue, the patterns on his Mjolnir, and even why Odin's face was so dark...

Thor quickly looked away from his father, Odin, whose stern face was quite intimidating.

When Thor realized that Diana was no longer paying attention to him, he would stare into Diana's beautiful brown eyes, as if those eyes were filled with all the beauty in the world. Thor seemed to be deeply attracted to those eyes and lost in them.

Even Mjolnir accidentally fell from his hands.

"boom"

Mjolnir fell between Thor and Diana with a heavy thud.

Thor, seeing Diana reach for her Mjolnir, smiled and said, "Only the Crown Prince of Asgard can... take..."

Diana picked up Mjolnir from the ground and handed it to Thor: "What can I do?"

Looking at Mjolnir, and then at Diana who seemed to be holding Mjolnir without any difficulty, Thor was truly bewildered.

“She’s really not our sister or brother? Father, don’t worry, I won’t tell Mother. You can tell me the truth.” Loki touched Odin’s side and said to him.

After all, it would seem strange no matter how you look at it that a foreigner could lift Mjolnir, especially since this person was brought by Odin. It's no wonder Loki would think that way.

Even Thor now felt that Loki's words made some sense, since Mjolnir wouldn't cause any problems.

Thor breathed a sigh of relief as he took Mjolnir from him; at least he could still lift Mjolnir.

Diana carefully reflected on the events from Odin's appearance to the arrival of the two Asgardian princes, and felt a strange sense of unease, as if she had been forced into some kind of activity.

"So Odin, what is it that you need my help with?" Diana still couldn't figure out what it was that she could help with. It seemed that Odin and his two sons had a good relationship and there was no need to repair their father-son relationship.

Odin smiled, stood up, and gave Diana a fatherly smile: "What do you think of me, the Crown Prince of Asgard?"

Odin decisively ignored Loki, who was sitting to the side. Loki was only blind in one eye, not completely blind. Since the two of them were destined to never be friends based on their divine status, it was better not to mention them.

Upon hearing Odin's question, Diana looked at Thor, who was still immersed in the scene of Mjolnir being lifted up, and said, "Although he is somewhat immature, he is still young. After experiencing some things in the future, he will probably become a better god-king."

"Uh, madam, while I agree with the second half of your statement, I don't know why you said I'm young. I'm already 1500 years old, okay?" Thor was somewhat dissatisfied with the woman in front of him saying he was still young, after all, he was a god with a long lifespan, okay?
