Immediately afterwards, the entire anti-terrorism building lost power and became pitch black.

The same was true of the room where the Winter Soldier was imprisoned.

"Friday, can you find the source of the power outage?" Tony Stark immediately asked his trusted assistant, Friday.

"The east side has five underground levels!"

Sharon Carter realized something and immediately spoke to Captain America and the other man before hurrying off towards the location.

The entire anti-terrorism building began to descend into chaos.

There is no doubt that Colonel Zemo was behind this.

"How is this going?"

The Winter Soldier, locked in the solitary confinement room, also sensed that something was wrong.

Colonel Zemo remained calm and continued their conversation: "Let's talk about your hometown, not Romania, not Brooklyn, but your... real home!"

After saying these meaningful words, Colonel Zemo pulled out a notebook with a five-pointed star on the cover.

He turned to a certain page and began to read aloud: "Yearning, Rust, Seventeen, Dawn..."

This passage of words was clearly the code to control the Winter Soldier. As Colonel Zemo read it aloud, Bucky suddenly began to lose control.

He swung his metal fist and began punching the specially made glass of the solitary confinement cell.

With a few punches, Bucky shattered the glass of the solitary confinement cell.

Bucky escaped just like that!

By this time, Bucky's brain had been completely disrupted, and he had become a mere tool.

"Soldier!"

Colonel Zemo approached Bucky and said.

“I’m willing to serve!” Bucky replied expressionlessly.

“Mission report, December 16, 1991,” Colonel Zemo said to Bucky.

No one can stop him!

The Winter Soldier stormed all the way to the roof of the anti-terrorism building, where a helipad was located and a helicopter was parked.

Without a word, the Winter Soldier climbed inside and started the helicopter.

Just as the Winter Soldier was about to leave by helicopter, at this critical moment, another person rushed up to the roof.

It was Captain America.

Captain America sprinted a few steps, quickly leaped to the bottom of the helicopter, jumped hard, grabbed the landing gear, and exerted force.

The helicopter swayed and was actually pulled down by Captain America.

Even though everyone already knew the answer, they were still stunned by what they saw; the scene was truly astonishing.

Captain America's physical abilities are insane; it's no wonder he has such muscles that even women envy.

The helicopter's rotors whirred incessantly, and the Winter Soldier on board kept trying to take off, but Captain America was holding it back, preventing it from taking off.

At most, it could only drag Captain America along, moving him forward on the tarmac, nothing more.

However, when the helicopter moved to the edge of the helipad, Captain America found a foothold. He stretched out a hand and grabbed a steel pipe at the edge.

The helicopter just stayed still!

The helicopter's rotors were still spinning rapidly, but Captain America managed to hold the huge aircraft back with just one hand.

No matter what, they could not escape Captain America's "clutches".

"Dude, isn't that a bit too much strength?" Star-Lord couldn't help but exclaim.

At first, he didn't know what an airplane was, so he didn't have much of a concept of Captain America pulling the plane back.

Seeing that Captain America was there, the Winter Soldier knew he couldn't succeed, so he decisively abandoned his escape plan.

The helicopter was then completely destroyed, reduced to scrap metal, and lay quietly on the ground.

Before Captain America could even catch his breath, a metal arm suddenly extended from the helicopter cockpit.

He smashed the windshield and grabbed Captain America by the neck.

At this moment, the helicopter also began to fall due to gravity.

Captain America was held captive by the Winter Soldier as they crashed into the river below the building, along with the helicopter.
