"If Barton had indeed been controlled by mind magic, I believe he would have definitely started researching the corresponding arrows to fight against the magical control."

Black Widow resolutely went through the tunnel.

Her relationship with Hawkeye Barton was extraordinary; she knew Barton better than anyone else present, so her tone was quite certain.

"Practice makes perfect, and I must say, this is indeed a good method." Dr. Banner nodded approvingly.

The question refers to mind magic to counter Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow's Sharingan has a similar effect.

Why bother with all the analysis? Why not just do an on-site experiment?

“I would be more than willing, Thor?” Black Widow looked at Thor with eager eyes.

"Heh." Thor chuckled, turning to face Black Widow and waving his hands at her repeatedly. "Come on, Romanov, your Sharingan won't work on me!"

The others present all looked on with expressions of anticipation, as if they were watching a good show.

Everyone was really looking forward to seeing if Thor was as awesome as he claimed.

"Thor, I'm about to begin," Black Widow said to Thor, then her pupils shifted, revealing her crimson Sharingan.

Immediately afterwards, Black Widow used her Sharingan to cast a genjutsu on Thor.

Thor immediately felt a momentary dizziness, as if some force had invaded his mind, but that was all; it was nothing serious.

He shrugged and looked at Black Widow: "Is it over? You all saw it, the Sharingan has no effect on me at all? I told you all this before."

"Romanoff, are you done?" Tony Stark asked, staring at Black Widow.

“It’s over.” Black Widow nodded.

Everyone turned their attention back to Thor, only to find him standing there perfectly fine, completely unaffected.

“Well!” Tony Stark shrugged. “This is really beyond my expectations. Thor is indeed quite adept at fighting mind control.”
