American comics start with asking Iron Man a question.

"In other words, no matter who the enemy is, he has the power to destroy Asgard while fighting on Asgard's home turf! Right?" Hawkeye summarized Thor's words.

Playing at home and playing away are completely different situations.

It's not that having military power on par with Asgard would allow one to destroy Asgard. However, if both sides were fighting in equally unfamiliar territory, such a comparison could indeed be made.

But this is an invasion of Asgard!

It would require a military force far superior to that of Asgard to accomplish this.

“Such a force simply cannot exist!” Thor said firmly.

If there really is such a massive force in the universe, how could he be completely unaware of it? That's highly illogical.

Such a massive force, no matter how low-key it is, will inevitably become famous throughout the universe, unless they deliberately hide themselves and do so in a way that is airtight.

But since they've become so powerful, what's the point of hiding themselves?

Besides, it's not something you can hide just by wanting to, unless they completely shut themselves off and never interact with the outside world.

“Let’s take a look at the options first,” Hawkeye Barton suggested from the side. “Let’s see if we can get anything out of them.”

"Dark elves? Thor, I remember there was an option for dark elves in the last round of questions. Who are they?"

Captain America looked at Thor and asked him in a serious tone.

“When I was little, my mother told me stories about dark elves. They were born at the beginning of the universe and existed before the light appeared! They were elves born from darkness.”

Under everyone's watchful eyes, Thor spoke eloquently, introducing himself to the crowd.

"This doesn't sound like an elf at all," Hawkeye Barton muttered under his breath.

"The Dark Elves possess a terrifying weapon called the Aether, which allows them to plunge the entire universe into endless darkness!" Thor continued.

“Another extremely dangerous guy,” Black Widow interjected. “He even sounds more dangerous than Thanos.”

Thanos was merely a cosmic overlord; although he invaded Earth, he still failed despite possessing all six Infinity Stones.

Moreover, everyone has seen footage of the opponent fighting against Tony Stark, Captain America, Captain Marvel, and other enhanced beings.

The opponent is not ridiculously powerful.

But what about dark elves?

In the beginning of the universe, it was conceived from darkness. Listen to its origins.

The other party can even plunge the entire universe into endless darkness; just listen to that ability.

No matter how you compare them, this is a more dangerous and powerful guy than Thanos.

"And then what happened?" Dr. Banner asked from the side.

"Later? My grandfather, King Bauer, led the army of Asgard in a long and brutal war against the Dark Elves, eventually annihilating them and destroying their weapon, the Aether."

Thor introduced himself to everyone.

"So Thor, your knowledge of the Dark Elves' extinction is limited to the stories you heard as a child?"

Captain America asked meaningfully and seriously.

“Yes, that’s right.” Thor nodded.

"Thor, if that's the case, I have to tell you some disheartening news: the Dark Elves may not have been exterminated."

After receiving Thor's confirmation, Black Widow spoke to Thor in a serious tone.

This is experience learned through blood and tears!

At the time, they were all absolutely certain that Hydra was destroyed, but what happened?

Hydra not only survived, but it's even more powerful than they thought! It has even infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D., leaving it riddled with holes.

This has caused Nick Fury and everyone else a huge headache, to the point that they no longer trust anyone except for a few of them.

This has only been a few decades!

The Dark Elves were destroyed by Thor's grandfather's generation, which is thousands or tens of thousands of years ago, making it even more unreliable.

“Romanov is right!” Tony Stark nodded in agreement, adding solemnly, “Based on my experience with answering questions, the things described in the options, even if they are just distractors, are very likely to happen.”

"Moreover, the Dark Elf option has appeared more than once; it also appeared in the options for the last Rainbow Bridge question!"

“Fine!” Thor nodded, agreeing with everyone’s opinion. “Then let’s assume for now that the Dark Elves still exist.”

"So, is it possible for the Dark Elves to destroy Asgard?" Black Widow shrugged.

“My grandfather wiped out the Dark Elves once. Even if there were any survivors, they were nothing more than defeated dogs clinging to life. How could they possibly cripple Asgard? Not to mention, their weapons were all destroyed!”

Thor ruled out the dark elves without hesitation.

“Thanos is a possibility!” Tony Stark then turned his attention to option B. “We’ve all seen it; Thanos possessed a massive interstellar fleet, and he eventually collected all six Infinity Stones!”

Everyone agreed with Tony Stark's words.

“I agree with Stark’s point of view.” Black Widow nodded in agreement. “Thanos has immense power, capable of dealing with the Asgardian army. He also possesses six Infinity Stones, capable of breaking through defenses that even Odin couldn’t breach! He might even ultimately kill your mother!”

"If he can really do that, I think it's possible."

Thor also fell silent.

He had never seen what Thanos's fleet looked like, but when he shared information with Nick Fury and others before, they had described it to him.

So Thor was aware of it as well.

Thanos's fleet was indeed capable of going toe-to-toe with the Asgardian army.

For Thanos, who possesses six Infinity Stones, invading the royal city and defeating Odin is indeed a reasonable course of action.

After all, those are Infinity Stones!

“You have a point.” Thor nodded in agreement after a moment of thought.

"And what about Hela? We all know how powerful she is; she crushed Thor's hammer with one hand." Captain America then turned his attention to option C.

“Yes, Hela is indeed very powerful. She crushed my hammer, but I don’t think she’s more powerful than my father! She’s at most on par with my father.”

Thor shook his head.

“Nothing is absolute. We don’t know Hela’s strength. What if, I mean, what if, she really is stronger than your father?”

"After all, all we know about her is that she crushed your hammer with one hand, that's all."

Tony Stark presented opposing, yet reasonable, hypotheses.

"So Hela is also a possibility, right?"

"Hela is still pending," Captain America declared decisively. "Let's look at the next one."

Their understanding of Hela was far too limited, making it impossible for them to make any effective judgments.

“Surtur? If I remember correctly, he’s a figure from mythology. I never imagined he actually existed.” Hawkeye Barton exclaimed. “It seems I need to rethink my understanding of this world.”

“I think Surtur can be ruled out,” Thor said, picking up where Hawkeye left off. “Because Surtur’s magical artifact, the Eternal Flame, has been taken by Asgard and is kept in Asgard’s treasury.”

"Without the Eternal Flame, Surtur is utterly worthless."

“What if Surtur possessed the Eternal Flame?” Tony Stark asked in a deep voice.

“I have never seen it, but I have heard my father say that my grandfather once fought a war with Surtur, and he was no match for Surtur at the time.”

"That's why my grandfather sent my father to steal the Eternal Flame, which greatly weakened Surtur's power, and that's how we defeated him."

“Well!” Tony Stark shrugged. “That’s the problem. We don’t know if Surtur got the Eternal Flame in the future, or maybe something happened and he did get it?”

“That’s impossible.” Thor shook his head. “The Vault of Asgard is one of the most important and important places in Asgard. It’s guarded by the Destroyer. It’s impossible for anyone to break in and steal the Eternal Flame.”

Of course, Thor's statement was too absolute. Perhaps someone will actually break into the treasure vault in the future, after all, no one can guarantee what the future holds.

However, this kind of answer is based on probability and possibility; it's impossible to be 100% certain.

"So our analysis shows that A and D can be ruled out, B is the most likely, and C is pending," Dr. Banner concluded.

"Thor, these are questions for you. You answer them," Captain America said, glancing at Thor.

"Wait a minute!" Just as Thor was about to make his choice, Tony Stark suddenly remembered something and interrupted him.

"Stark, what have you thought of this time?" Thor asked, his voice immediately brightening.

He had already witnessed Tony Stark's intelligence, so he was still very much looking forward to seeing what insightful opinions Tony Stark might offer.

Not only Thor, but everyone else present also turned their attention to Tony Stark.

"Our analysis just now was based on the premise that the enemy killed Thor's mother during a strong attack."

"But that's just our mindset; things aren't necessarily like that!"

"What if the enemy didn't launch a direct assault, but instead attacked from within Asgard? What if they somehow infiltrated Asgard, infiltrated the royal city? Wouldn't that make things much simpler?"

Tony Stark's words were indeed a revelation.

Compared to crippling the entire Asgard, Tony Stark's assumption is indeed more logical.

“Stark, you’ve hit the nail on the head!” Thor, in particular, nodded in agreement. “It’s impossible to keep an entire fleet out of Heimdall’s sight. It makes more sense to infiltrate them with spies from within.”

"So here's the problem: 'Infiltrating Asgard' isn't a valid screening criterion. Theoretically, anyone could do it."

“Indeed, theoretically anything is possible, but I think we can still determine whether the probability is high or low,” Tony Stark continued eloquently.

"To infiltrate Asgard, one needs a sufficient understanding of Asgard to support the appropriate disguise."

“Even if they didn’t know about it before, they must have a unique advantage in investigating Asgard and collecting Asgardian reports.”

"Of course, the most important thing is that they need to have the opportunity to interact with Asgard! Only then will they have a chance to infiltrate Asgard."
