"Boss Fitz?"
Sambell nodded: "Boss Fitz is a half-fishman born outside Fishman Island and only returned to Fishman Island five years ago. He seems to have had an experience of almost being captured and enslaved by the Celestial Dragons, so he has great respect for that King of the World."
He returned to Fishman Street and tried to persuade everyone to live peacefully with humans. At first, of course, everyone disagreed, especially since he was a half-fishman, a hybrid of fishman and human blood.
But Fizz displayed overwhelming power, defeating all the fishmen who tried to teach him a lesson…including me.”
"That powerful?"
Jabba, carrying two axes, said, "After that, the fish-men lived peacefully with humans?"
“No, it’s not that easy.” Sambell shook his head: “At first, we were unconvinced and tried all sorts of methods to drive him away and defeat him. It wasn’t until much later that we gradually started to call him the boss.”
Firstly, because he possesses exceptional brewing skills, and the Murloc Brew he created is the most delicious brew we've ever tasted.
The most delicious wine?
Rayleigh swallowed hard.
The others were instantly tempted as well; who wouldn't love to drink if they were a pirate?
Sambell continued, "Secondly, Boss Fitz is very fair and will help his people. Although the King of the World abolished the slave trade, there are still some unscrupulous merchants who secretly trade slaves. Once, two children from Fishman Street were accidentally kidnapped by those guys. We assembled a team to chase after them, but we failed to catch them."
Just when we were in despair and anger, we returned to Fishman Street and found that Boss Fizz was teasing the two children in the tavern, while the illegal merchants were handed over to the Merman Royal Family for disposal.
There are many more examples like this. We've discovered that Boss Fitz didn't always stand on the side of humanity. Little by little, this place has become what it is today, with very few people opposing Boss Fitz anymore.
"What an impressive guy. Sambel, will we be able to meet him this time?"
Sambell hesitated for a moment: "It's possible. Boss Fitz should be at his izakaya right now, but it's best not to reveal that you're pirates. Pretend to be a merchant group."
"Why does he hate pirates?"
“No, not really.” Sambell scratched his fish head. “We can’t really say what Fitz’s attitude is toward pirates. Sometimes he’ll catch them, sometimes he’ll ignore them. Disguising yourself as a merchant group tourist is the safest option. Otherwise, if you two clash, I’ll be in a lot of trouble, Roger, Rayleigh.”
"I see. We'll be careful then. Let's go, to his izakaya." Rayleigh patted Sambel on the back.
"First mate, you must be craving that fish-man wine!" someone teased Rayleigh.
Amidst the laughter and chatter, Sambell smiled along, but a hint of worry lingered in his mind: could these guys really keep their identities a secret?
"Oh, Sambel?"
"Long time no see."
"Is this your human friend?"
"Oh, what an enthusiastic fellow. It seems the merfolk have gained another human friend."
"Are we going to Fitz's place?"
Along the way, one merman after another greeted Sambell, who nodded in response. Roger, even more enthusiastic than Sambell, waved to every merman who noticed them.
Rayleigh and the others felt that the captain was a disgrace.
But I'm used to it, there's nothing I can do about it.
Arriving at Fitz Izakaya with high expectations, I was struck by how much more magnificent the storefront was compared to other shops.
It's quite large inside, unlike typical izakayas in towns. The lobby alone is over a hundred square meters, and there are even some private rooms. The liquor cabinet is also filled with a wide variety of drinks.
It was only midday, and there weren't many merfolk drinking there; instead, there were more human tourists who were traveling and wanted to try something new. Seeing them enter, a merfolk girl immediately came over and led them inside, asking, "Brother Sambel? Would you like a private room?"
Sambelle said to Roger, "A private room will cost an extra thousand Berries."
Roger immediately shook his head: "Then we might as well buy some wine and drink it at home. Let's just do it here!"
He greeted the guests drinking in the lobby warmly, and Sambell nodded to the merman girl, then casually asked, "Isn't Boss Fitz in the shop right now?"
"The eldest is taking a nap..." The girl turned her head to indicate a room, then suddenly paused, seeing that the door to that room was open from the inside.
"Sangbel's back? Oh, so you've finally made some human friends? What do they do?" Before he even arrived, his voice preceded him, and a burly fish-man over three meters tall stepped out of the room.
The loud voice instantly drew the attention of the Roger Pirates, causing them to freeze in surprise.
Because he was a half-fishman, this fishman had many human features. If it weren't for his blue skin and the scales on his cheeks, he would be almost indistinguishable from a human. What was more striking was his streamlined muscles and his captivating aura. Just by standing there, he was impossible for anyone to ignore!
"The scent of a wild beast..." Roger felt a surge of excitement as he sensed the pressure.
"What a strong guy." Rayleigh sensed something was wrong and knew his captain all too well. He quickly said, "We are tourists."
"They are businessmen."
Sambell explained in unison with Reilly.
The air suddenly became quiet.
Fishman King Fizz raised an eyebrow.
Jaba laughed and smoothed things over, "We're both tourists and businessmen. We've come to Fishman Island to take a look around. If there's a suitable business opportunity, we'll participate. You must be Boss Fitz of Fishman Street. We've heard about you from Sambel. Could you give us a private room and some Fishman wine to try?"
"Is that so? Then why are you carrying so many weapons, Sambel? Are they pirates?" Fishman King Fitz turned and asked.
All eyes in the izakaya turned to them.
Sambell's expression stiffened. Roger was about to speak when Rayleigh quickly pinched him, shook his head, and laughed, "How could that be? We're carrying weapons for self-defense. Sorry, we didn't know Fishman Street was so peaceful before we came. My apologies."
"I see." Fitz nodded and gestured to the fish-woman girl, "You don't need to bring weapons when you come to Fish-Man Street anymore, no one will dare to cause trouble. Welcome, take them to room number four."
Once inside the private room and the door was closed, everyone except Roger, who looked reluctant, breathed a sigh of relief.
"It's dangerous, it's dangerous."
"This guy looks pretty strong!"
Sambelle warned in a low voice, "Don't take my warning lightly. Boss Fitz is the guy who single-handedly defeated all the fishmen. Although you are not weak either, you are no match for him..."
“I can sense it. It’s unbelievable that such a powerful figure would stay here and run an izakaya? Brewing sake to drink?” Rayleigh sighed, looking at Roger, and said helplessly, “Captain, it’s not easy to enter the New World now. Most pirates have to abandon ship and find a corner to cross the Red Line to avoid the Navy’s sight.”
To save our ship, I spent over six months learning the coating technique, and then another six months wandering around here. With Sambell's help, we finally managed to shake off Garp and reach Fishman Island. We mustn't let anything go wrong and ruin everything!
"I know." The 28-year-old Roger had finally matured a bit. He adjusted his straw hat and said with some regret, "The sea is indeed vast. I didn't expect to meet such a guy at the entrance to the New World. Next time I have the chance, I must fight him!"
Jabba laughed, "Fight? Did you see his arm, Captain? I feel like his fist is probably stronger than Garp's. Sambell and the others have terrifying arm strength."
Roger remained unfazed: "Speaking of Garp, that Armament Haki he displayed last time..."
With a click, the door opened, silencing Roger's voice. The Roger Pirates crew members all jumped and looked over.
The young female merman entered carrying a wine glass, followed by the merman king Fitz carrying two bottles of wine. She frowned and asked them, "Excuse me, I just heard Garp, fists, and something like that. Are you referring to Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp? I've heard of that guy. How come you have contact with him?"
He narrowed his eyes, a dangerous aura emanating from him: "So you really are pirates?"
The Roger Pirates looked stiff.
Thump, thump.
My heart started beating faster.
After several seconds, Rayleigh chuckled, "No, no, no, you misunderstood. There's another vice admiral named Garp? Haha, what a coincidence, his brother is also named Garp."
He pointed at Roger, whose eyes widened in disbelief. Rayleigh said, "His brother was worried about us traveling and trading, so he gave him a good beating. We barely managed to escape, so please excuse our poor appearance."
“I see. That makes sense. How could Sambel’s friend be a pirate? But you guys seem pretty strong. At your age, why does his brother Garp still care so much? He’s not even his father. Humans are so strange.” Fitz put down his drink, shook his head, and walked out.
As soon as the door closed, Roger bared his teeth, looking as if he wanted to devour Rayleigh alive!
How did Garp become my brother?! Why don't you just say he's your brother?!
"Captain, Captain, calm down!"
"No, don't call me captain anymore. When that merman king's face turned grim, I felt like we were doomed. How could he be so strong..."
In the lobby of the izakaya, a fish-man girl asked curiously, "Boss Fitz, what are you laughing at?"
"Ahem... cough, nothing, I just remembered something happy." Fitz covered his fish mouth and shook his head at the girl.

For more than five years, Figo shuttled between Impel Down and Fishman Island. On Fishman Island, he transformed into Fizz and captured almost every Fishman he could. Now that there was little room for improvement in Fishman power and the relationship between Fishmen and humans had greatly improved, he was preparing to make some arrangements before leaving. He never expected that there would be such a program to send him off.
"Uh, tease them a little more?"
Chapter 121 The Terrifying Fishman King
"Wow, this looks amazing."
As Rayleigh poured the fish-man wine into his glass, he couldn't help but exclaim in admiration. The pink liquid shimmered beautifully under the light, appearing incredibly pure.
After the fiery liquor went down, a sweet taste remained on the lips and teeth, which was distinctly different from the crude and strong liquors I had drunk before. It was also very pleasant to drink.
The Roger Pirates were clearly not very cultured. After squinting and indulging in the moment, they could only utter monotonous words like "Awesome" and "So delicious," before quickly refilling their glasses.
The drunkard Rayleigh laughed, "Although I was quite startled, being able to taste such fine wine makes this trip completely worthwhile."
"Take some with you, take plenty!"
"By the way, what's the price of this wine?"
"10000 Berries a bottle." Figo's voice suddenly rang out from outside the door, startling the pirates so much that they almost spilled their wine.
They turned around nervously and saw the intimidating Fishman King Fitz carrying two more bottles of wine. His strong physique still exuded an oppressive aura as he smiled at them and said, "As an apology for misunderstanding that you were pirates earlier, these two bottles of wine are on me."
"Oh, thank you very much." Rayleigh breathed a sigh of relief, signaling Roger not to say anything out of line, and stood up to take Figo's wine, praising, "Your fishman wine is absolutely delicious."
“I’m glad you like it.” Figo said, then looked at Sambel and asked, “By the way, you haven’t been back to Fishman Street for a while. Where have you been?”
Sambell grinned and replied, "I took my daughter to the amusement park in Chambord."
Figo was surprised: "Amusement park? Is that where we met them? Did you go to an amusement park while you were on a business trip?"
The pirates smiled obsequiously, "Yes, yes."
We love going to the amusement park.
Figo then asked Roger, "By the way, your father's name is Garp, and what's your name? Hahaha, maybe I've heard of it before?"
Roger was taken aback, then said angrily, "Garp is my brother, not my father!"
Hmm, isn't something wrong?
"Ah, sorry, sorry, I said he's your father, I got it mixed up." Figo tapped his head, interrupting his thoughts.
Rayleigh, fearing that the somewhat confused Roger might say something wrong, chimed in, "Our eldest brother is called Rayleigh, and I am Rayleigh. I don't think there's anyone else with the same name as us. These are some brothers from our village. We might be doing business on Fishman Island in the future, so please take good care of us, Boss Fitz."
