Figo had planned this all along. He looked at Rayleigh and said, "Want to become a Marine? Not a bad idea. Come back to Marine Headquarters with me later."
Rayleigh's eye twitched, he chuckled, and replied, "You're from the Navy..."
"Huh? The Navy?!" Roger jumped up and down. "Ah, I remember now, you were in the group escorting those captured guys!"
Figo finally looked down at him and asked, "Why did you say you wanted to turn the world upside down?"
Rayleigh looked at Roger with a hint of nervousness. It's hard to explain the connection between people. Maybe it was just Roger's simple words, "Two people can't drive," that made him feel a connection with Roger and he started to worry about the guy.
Now that you've seen him escorting so many pirates here, don't say anything out of line!
Roger paused, looked up and met Figo's gaze, then suddenly chuckled.
“I can hear it, the world is crying!” He pressed his straw hat down on his head.
A faint aura emanated from him, as if slowing down the flow of time and freezing space. Everything else in the world paled in comparison, leaving only the smiling Roger!
Rayleigh stared at Roger in astonishment.
This guy...
Suddenly, a soft click was heard.
The air started flowing again.
"Hey, hey, uncle, why are you handcuffing me to you?!" Roger exclaimed in surprise.
Figo laughed, "The world is crying? You brat, you cry first."
This guy... is he stupid?!
Rayleigh cursed inwardly.
"Uncle, let me go! Let me go!"
"Hey, hey, I'm not going to be polite anymore."
"I'm really not going to be polite!"
With a muffled thud, Roger Freedom's fist struck Figo's arm heavily!
"Push harder, Master Roger," Figo said, dragging Roger onto the slave ship, while prison files flashed through his mind.
That's right, that counts as an arrest.
Long ago, Figo felt that it was inconvenient to activate prison files only by putting prisoners in jail, so he began to look for other, more flexible methods to replace them.
Unable to find the Fence-Fence Fruit, and with no other similar fruits in sight, Figo once considered carrying a detachable cell with him, so he could defeat enemies, assemble the cell, and imprison them inside. However, this was still too inconvenient and cumbersome.
It wasn't until later, by chance, that Figo discovered that handcuffing one hand on his own wrist and the other on the prisoner's wrist also counted as an arrest!
In this way, he himself becomes a mobile prison, and the prisoners handcuffed to him meet the condition of 'absolutely no escape,' and the prisoners are 'imprisoned on his body.'
So he's now used to wearing handcuffs, and he's never taken them off, even after leaving Impel Down.
Roger was punching and kicking him, but Figo completely ignored him. While dragging Roger onto the ship, he leisurely looked at Roger's information. Suddenly, a hint of surprise appeared in his eyes, and he paused slightly.
"Hehehe, uncle, did I hurt you? Let me go!" Roger said smugly.
"He's a giant Luffy." Figo glanced at him and continued dragging him onto the ship.
"Ugh, this hurts! My wrist hurts so much!"
"Wait a minute, is this your boat? Your boat is so beautiful, uncle!"
Roger continued his pointless, relentless assault on Figo while still asking questions out of curiosity. It wasn't until Figo dragged him to the cage on the slave ship that he finally started to panic.
"I'm not going to hold back!" A heavier fist slammed into Figo's cheek with a loud thud.
then……
"Ouch! Ouch! What is this? Why did my face suddenly become so hard?!"
“This is called Iron Body, a martial arts technique that only the Navy can learn. Of course, you'll never have the chance to learn about it.” Figo’s fingertips flowed with domineering energy, finally unlocking Roger’s lock, but he shoved him into the cage: “Want to turn the world upside down? Go in!”
Just as Roger was lying in the cage, about to be locked up by Figo, a figure suddenly rushed in from the side and shoved the 'unsuspecting' Figo away, preventing the cage from locking up.
Of course, it's Rayleigh.
He grabbed Roger and shouted, "Run!"
"No!" Roger wouldn't listen. He grabbed Rayleigh, cracked his other wrist, and laughed, "Finally free! Thanks, Rayleigh! Haha, this old man is really strong. Let him be our first opponent after we set sail!"
Grass sprouted.
Rayleigh felt like a fool himself, and looked at Figo warily, saying, "Don't be silly, we can't possibly be a match for him, run!"
"Aren't you going to be a navy officer? Why did you save him?" Figo asked him.
Rayleigh gave a wry smile: "I don't know."
Is that so?
Click.
The two men didn't see it clearly at all; they only felt that Figo's speed was as fast as his voice. As soon as he finished speaking, he stepped between them and handcuffed Rayleigh with the shackles on his wrists!
Oh no! In a panic, Rayleigh drew his sword from his waist, but hesitated slightly as he slashed, and the force of his strike weakened a little midway through.
"You actually went easy on me?" Figo chuckled, flicked Rayleigh's knife away with his finger, and then casually grabbed and tossed Roger away.
Figo unlocked Rayleigh's handcuffs and, just like Roger in Gwan, pushed Rayleigh into the cell.
The ending was the same: at the last moment, Roger desperately 'knocked' Figo away.
After several attempts, both of them were covered in sweat and grime. Roger finally realized that Figo was no match for him in his current state. He and Rayleigh jumped off the boat and onto the small boat that Rayleigh had previously rowed over. They rowed off at high speed!
Water splashed everywhere as the small boat moved at the speed of a speedboat. Figo couldn't stop them in time and could only watch them sail away.
"Uncle, I'll beat you!" Roger shouted, glancing back at Figo standing on the edge of the boat. Seeing Figo about to throw a punch, Roger quickly shrank his neck and rowed frantically.
Figo remained silent, arms crossed, offering no response.

Crime Index: 2
[Participation rate in the arrest: 100%]
[Optional Benefits: Swordsmanship, Navigation, Theft]
Rayleigh's crime index is only 2, and Roger's crime index is even lower, only 1. It should be the kind of situation where the crime index is not high enough to be forcibly classified as 1.
Figo certainly wasn't there to kill these two newbies who hadn't even set sail yet. He'd rather spend his time in the New World and capture a few vicious pirates.
On one hand, he had briefly considered bringing Rayleigh into the Navy, but after actually meeting Rayleigh today, Figo knew that it would be difficult to do so. Rayleigh was also a man who 'yearned for the sea and freedom', and even if Figo forcibly dragged him over, he would eventually become the Luffy and Ace that Garp had trained.
On the other hand, Figo is here to 'settle the location'! While they're on breakout, even if they're at opposite ends of the earth, Figo will find them!

Can you hear the world crying?
Figo's Observation Haki has long reached the level of sapphire-like precognition, and has even surpassed many others in that respect, but so far, he has not yet touched the realm of 'listening to the voice of all things'.
He had long suspected that it wasn't a higher level of Observation Haki; even the strongest talent should have its limits.
Sure enough, a golden legend was revealed.
But why is it 'the power of Hades'?
Isn't Pluto, one of the three ancient weapons, a giant warship? Even if it's the power of Uranus?
Figo couldn't understand it, but he knew he must have touched upon a corner of the world's deepest hidden secrets, the secrets of the D clan!
but……
'Because you heard the world crying, you decided to turn the world upside down? That's not something you two should be doing!'
Chapter Sixty-Five: An Unsettled Departure
On the vast ocean, rookie pirates Roger and Rayleigh frantically rowed their small boat, making it move incredibly fast, until their arms were starting to give way and the large ship on the shore and Figo's figure were completely out of their sight, before they finally relaxed.
With two thuds, they both collapsed onto the boat, exhausted. Rayleigh looked up at the sky, his eyes somewhat dazed. How did things suddenly turn out like this? Have I gone mad?
"Phew~~~ Hahaha..." Roger's loud laughter, tinged with relief, rang out from the side.
It was a pure joy, and for some reason, Rayleigh's mood suddenly lightened as well, and he laughed heartily as well.
He's such an charismatic guy.
Amidst laughter, the two turned to look at each other. Roger raised his hand to fasten his straw hat, which had fallen off, and said, "We're safe now, we're safe now. That uncle is really amazing; we're no match for him at all!"
"I wonder who said they wanted him to be the first opponent they would defeat after setting sail," Rayleigh joked, also relaxing.
"We'll defeat him sooner or later!" Roger exclaimed confidently. "Right? First mate!"
First mate? Rayleigh was taken aback, but he didn't object. He smiled and replied, then sat up and looked towards Loguetown. His expression suddenly became blank.
Two seconds later, he yelled, "What opponent?! Quick, row! He's catching up!"
Chasing after them? Roger blinked, sat up and looked behind him, only to see Figo running towards them at high speed across the sea. He was equally stunned.
"Running on the sea, that's so cool!" But his reaction was different from Rayleigh's. He froze for two seconds, his eyes sparkling, and shouted, "Hey, old man, how did you do that?!"
Rayleigh suddenly felt like he had boarded a pirate ship... no, he had invited a pirate onto his ship!
He flicked Roger on the forehead with his hand and shouted, "Run!"
Roger then came to his senses, sat down, and resumed rowing rapidly with Rayleigh. However, he kept looking back, turning his head from side to side. After turning back to the sea ahead once more, he suddenly exclaimed, "That's... a warship?"
Huh? Rayleigh glanced over and his face turned green. At the edge of his vision, a massive warship was heading straight for them—this was going to be terrible!
"Turn around! Turn around now!"
