Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

It seems... the purpose of these Ultra Beasts wasn't because of Lillie and Lyra from "Fall".

For the purpose of.

It's him Xia Yan!

Or to be more precise.

It was for the black crystal that Xia Yan obtained from Tapu MooMoo, which most likely originated from Necrozma!

The person in front of you, dressed in high-tech clothing, is probably a member of the Ultimate Investigation Team.

An organization within the Ultimate Metropolis, seeking their "Radiant God" Necrozma.

Ultimate Metropolis?

No, no.

It's the hatched version of the Land of Light.

The "Ultimate Metropolis Tower," located in the heart of the Ultimate Metropolis, should also be called the "Plasma Spark Tower."

They are all alternative energy sources after the loss of light, and all of them have imprisoned famous villains.

cough cough.

"Hello, Ultraman... oops, I mean, the Ultimate Investigation Team," Xia Yan said softly.

In exchange for.

It was the astonished expression on the face of the person in the Ultimate Cave.

Chapter 184 Didn't you already guess?

The member of the Ultimate Investigation Team, upon seeing Xia Yan...

They did not choose to take the initiative.

It even seemed to have been startled, and vanished into the Ultimate Cave in a flash.

And with his departure.

The four-jawed needle dragon guarding the entrance to the Ultimate Cave did not stay there any longer.

After giving Xia Yan a deep look, she disappeared into the entrance of the Ultimate Cave.

Without them, the Ultimate Hole returned to normal.

And it began to shrink at a very rapid rate.

Fortunately.

Those Ultra Beasts that ventured into the Pokémon world didn't last long and were all sent back to the Ultra Cave by the powerful figures present.

Even the Gluttonous King, which Lila initially attracted and which lingered in the Elf World undiscovered for some unknown reason, was sent back to the Ultimate Cave.

This is the end.

This sudden attack has now come to an end.

The arena was left in complete disarray.

Once the ultimate hole had completely disappeared, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

After eliminating the threat of the Ultra Beasts, the organizing committee members returned to the arena.

Looking at the devastated arena, one can't help but feel a bit of a headache.

Fortunately.

No one was in danger or injured; the damage to the buildings was minimal, which means the losses have been minimized.

Without a doubt.

Xia Yan deserves the most credit for resolving this trouble without any major incident.

To deliver messages, evacuate crowds, arrange actions, and inform about Ultra Beasts, etc.

His contributions in this regard were naturally reported to the Alliance by Lila, the head of the "UB Countermeasures Department".

but.

With the Ultra Beasts causing such a ruckus, today's match is definitely not going to continue.

Fortunately.

The construction team in the Elf World is incredibly skilled. With the help of the elves and the financial support of the Ether Foundation, it's said that a complete restoration would only take two or three days.

This short amount of time will not diminish the audience's enthusiasm or the intensity of the competition.

This will only make them look forward to the quarterfinals that failed to take place.

Good things come to those who wait.

This can also be seen as the organizing committee giving the athletes a few days to rest and adjust their condition.

After all, the previous matches were held consecutively, which was intended to test the players' overall abilities.

Even if a defeated Pokémon gets rest and recovery at the Pokémon Center, the mental stress is still considerable.

We'll have three days to rest and adjust our form in order to be in better competitive condition and deliver a more exciting performance.

This kind of rest is a good thing for most athletes.

But that's not the case for Xia Yan.

His battles in the past few days all ended with a four-game winning streak and a five-game winning streak, and the Pokémon were in good form.

While Daigo and Lance also won decisively, the Pokémon endured some pressure, resulting in both mental and physical exhaustion.

This wiped out Xia Yan's already slim advantage over Daigo.

And so.

While everyone was resting.

Xia Yan left the Manaro Arena and went to Ula Ula Island.

Regarding that black crystal from back then.

He wanted to find Tapu MooMoo to ask about the specifics.

Judging from the final result, it seems that this group of Ultra Beasts did not come to find Lyra and Lillie, but were driven by a member of the Ultra Survey Team to find him.

Although others were unaware of this incident, Xia Yan found it difficult to determine whether such a situation would occur again in the future.

This time he had so many big shots and partners supporting him, but next time he might have to face it alone.

She left with him.

And there's also Merdan, the island king of Ula Ula Island.

His match was over, and he was already preparing to leave when this happened.

Now that the competition is suspended for a break, he can legitimately go back to Ula Ula Island to sleep soundly.

...

...

"Mr. Merdan, is Tapu Boom in this valley?"

Xia Yan gazed at the lush, verdant canyon before him.

Looking at Merdan beside him, who was clearly eager to leave, he couldn't help but ask.

Merdan yawned deeply, tears welling up in his eyes.

"I don't know. But Tapu Moo Moo likes to sleep, and this should be its favorite place to sleep, but I can't guarantee that it won't be wandering around somewhere else right now."

It has to be admitted that lazy people understand lazy people best.

Merdan couldn't get used to the beds in the luxury hotels at the Manaro Arena; he preferred his own little bed in the shabby police station.

Tapu Bulu, who is very similar to him, also loves to hide and sleep in such mountain gullies.

Xia Yan remembered that in the original story, at Acerola's suggestion, Ash specifically sought out Tapu Bulu for special training.

Tapu MooMoo was sleeping in this very inconspicuous valley.

Fortunately, Tapu Bulu's personality is quite good among the four island gods. It didn't get angry when Ash disturbed its sleep. Instead, it actually helped Ash with special training to improve his Dusk Mane Lycanroc.

Saying goodbye to Merdan, who was already walking unsteadily.

Xia Yan led the elf into the canyon alone.

Perhaps it is because of Tapu Moo Moo's existence that, although this forest is lush and has excellent natural conditions, the wild Pokémon living there are all quite kind-hearted.

With few attacks, Xia Yan was able to successfully enter the canyon.

Tapu Bulu once said that he would come back to find Beedrill when its leader aura became solid.

Beedrill's leader aura and overlord aura are now almost completely integrated, and it can control them at will, which should meet Tapu Bulu's requirements.

Thinking about this.

Xia Yan then remembered the Articuno on Mt. Coronet in Sinnoh. He had told Beedrill to go find it after it became a bit stronger.

I've been constantly delayed by things big and small.

After this competition ends and he returns to Sinnoh, Xia Yan will probably bring Beedrill to his door.

Let's find out what effect the "pure gold feather" that Beedrill ate when it was still a weevil had on it.

But now...

The key is to talk to Tapu MooMoo.

Xia Yan felt like he was burning his hands if he didn't find out what the black crystal was.

Who knows, the Ultimate Investigation Team of Ultimate Metropolis might lead a group of Ultra Beasts to find him at any time.

The Ultimate Metropolis is the largest city in the Ultimate Space where humans are active.

Unlike humans in the elven world who can subdue elves for combat, they rely on extremely advanced technology.

of course.
