Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

Although the Flareon on the other side was also injured, it was in much better condition than Beedrill.

However, he was breathing very rapidly, not only because of the battle, but also to inhale more air to stimulate the fire sac and make it ignite a stronger flame.

The eyes that were fixed on Beedrill showed approval.

Flareon genuinely approves of Xia Yan's Beedrill.

"Hiss..."

The bee landed on the ground, its two stingers supporting it.

If it weren't for that inner strength supporting it, it would have collapsed long ago.

opposite.

After Flareon knocked Beedrill away, it regained room to maneuver and unleashed Flare Blitz once more. This was its final, respectful attack as it sent Beedrill flying.

Xia Yan frowned, his heart pounding like the distant chimes of a bell in the evening.

Thump thump—thump thump—

Two voices?

Looking towards Beedrill, I met its gaze.

At this final moment, Xia Yan and Beedrill reached a perfect harmony, their hearts becoming one.

No words are needed.

This battle hinges on this final blow.

hum-

The bee gritted its teeth and flapped its wings again, its momentum rapidly increasing as it wobbled into flight, surpassing all the heights it had reached before.

And they showed no sign of stopping.

Strands of earthy yellow energy swirled and gathered on his long needle.

Through this battle, its understanding and mastery of the "Straight Drill" move has been greatly improved.

But most importantly!

As Beedrill charged at Flareon again, its momentum suddenly froze at a peak.

There was no earth-shattering commotion, not even any significant energy fluctuations.

Just like that, naturally, Beedrill successfully broke free of its shackles and took a small step forward.

This small step has resulted in a qualitative leap.

Master level!

Achieved!

Some people noticed Beedrill's change at this moment, while others did not, but as they watched the two Pokémon about to collide again, everyone clenched their fists in unison.

boom!!!

The impact surpassed all previous collisions, sending shivers down the spines of the spectators.

next second.

Beedrill was the first to emerge backward from the smoke, and its eyes had now turned into a spiral shape.

Beedrill is unable to battle!

No one was surprised by the result; in fact, Beedrill's ability to fight to this point had far exceeded their expectations.

Let's end it here.

Now that it's over, I can finally get some rest.

They've already given us a truly exhilarating match.

however.

Is it really over?

Half a second later.

Flareon's figure also flew backward out of the smoke.

What's shocking is that Flareon's eyes were completely closed, and it showed no signs of struggling as it flew backward.

In other words...

Flareon has also lost its ability to battle?!

Bang!

Bang!

Beedrill and Flareon landed one after the other and lay motionless on the field.

wow——

There was an uproar.

Beedrill succeeded!

It really did it!

This drama of the weak defeating the strong strikes a chord with everyone.

Followed by.

Thunderous applause.

It was given not only to Beedrill, but also to Flareon, and to Xia Yan and Da Ye who were on the field.

Thank you for presenting such a wonderful battle.

Many people don't understand what happened at the very end.

Therefore, the Heavenly Kings who were watching the battle played a role at this time.

Kikuno was speaking; his image appeared on the big screen.

"A wonderful battle." He first praised the fight with considerable admiration, then explained:

"Beedrill successfully broke through its limits in the end. Under immense pressure, its indomitable will allowed it to successfully reach the Gym Leader level. It was lucky that its final 'Drill Rush' hit Flareon's vital point."

The entire audience suddenly realized what was happening.

A combination of skill, perseverance, and luck led to this exciting match.

but.

Was it really just luck?

Beedrill and Flareon have clashed so many times, yet Beedrill has never managed to find Flareon's weakness.

Don't forget, one of the things Xia Yan trained Beedrill to do was to make it find the opponent's weaknesses again and again.

Xia Yan and Da Ye walked onto the field and hugged their respective Pokémon.

Their gazes interacted as they made the same movements.

The two looked at each other and smiled.

Xia Yan had long known that Da Ye was very strong and could pose a threat to Cynthia.

Da Ye also acknowledged Xia Yan; he was just outwardly calm, but inwardly he was burning with a wild and rebellious spirit.

And against such an opponent, Da Ye will only ignite even more passion!

Return to your respective positions.

Xia Yan summoned Sakura and asked her to give Beedrill a simple treatment for its injuries.

Beedrill has already been deemed incapable of battling, so treating it on the spot is not considered a foul.

“You’ve set a good example, Beedrill.”

After giving it a gentle pat, I threw myself back into the match.

The battle must continue.

Now Da Ye only has one Pokémon left, while Xia Yan still has a Pokémon he has never summoned and a Togekiss that is injured but still has some fighting power.

seem.

The scales of victory have tipped.

This is all thanks to the bee.

The next battle was originally Xia Yan's most confident one, because it was the only one in which he had an attribute advantage over Da Ye.

The two threw out Poké Balls at the same time.

A red light is flashing.

Big Leaf's ace, Infernape, makes its fiery debut.

A towering flame burns atop its head, the blazing tongues of fire representing the Infernape's surging inner world.

The battle had already set Flareon on fire.

And what Xia Yan summoned.

It's Alakazam!

He had never appeared before, which is why he had been hidden in the Alakazam until now!

It was also the only one among Xia Yan's Pokémon to reach the Gym Leader level!

In this final battle, the Psychic-type Alakazam has a type advantage over the Fire- and Fighting-type Infernape.

Originally, Xia Yan's plan was to have Pokkigu try to weaken the first Duckbill Fire Beast of Da Ye.

Then let Beedrill harvest Charizard to get a boost, and deal as much damage as possible to Flareon.

To minimize the energy consumed by Alakazam in defeating Flareon, ensuring the best possible condition for battling this Infernape.

But now.

Xia Yan and Hu Di not only have advantages in attributes, but also in information.
