Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

He went from an ordinary trainer to a champion and then to the chairman of the league.

After summoning the fire-breathing dragon, Dan Di waved to the crowd.

Watching the departing figure of the Pill Emperor, Xia Yan suddenly froze.

"Hey! Leon, the Galar Alliance headquarters is over there!"

Seeing the Pill Emperor suddenly stop in mid-air and turn to fly in another direction, everyone couldn't help but burst into laughter.

"Ha ha ha ha--"

Chapter 239 Xiao Zhi's Outing

The turmoil in the Galar region, involving the twin Mugentana, has finally come to a major conclusion.

This event is historically known as the "Double Night" incident.

However, because there were too many mythical beasts that appeared at the time, and the events and people involved were too numerous, many people secretly referred to it as the "Galar Beasts" incident.

Simultaneously.

Xia Yan also received another title after "Divine Beast Summoner": "Divine Beast Man".

When Xia Yan learned of his new title, his feelings were quite complicated.

after all.

Without realizing it, he stole Dakdo's nickname.

Fortunately, he now has so many titles that it doesn't matter what others call him.

However, after the events that occurred in the Galar region, the calls for Natsuhiko grew louder and louder.

Everyone has eyes and their own thoughts.

No matter how much the Alliance boasts about how great they are in normal times, they are always nowhere to be seen when it comes to crucial moments.

this time.

There have been far too many upheavals, large and small, involving the mythical beasts.

Without a doubt, Xia Yan has the highest appearance rate.

From a very long time ago.

Xia Yan was active in various regions where mythical beasts appeared.

Even various videos available online were dug up, edited and pieced together, and finally a set titled "The Indissoluble Bond Between 'Mythical Beast Man' Xia Yan and Mythical Beasts" was cobbled together.

Even the video of Xia Yan riding Rayquaza to quell Groudon and Kyogre's initial uprising has been unearthed.

Back then, Xia Yan wasn't as famous as he is now, and not many people knew or admired him. So, when he was shrouded in Darkrai's black mist, only a few people who were familiar with Xia Yan recognized him.

But now.

Through comparisons of various aspects, such as behavior and clothing, it is not difficult to guess that the person riding on the Sky Thrill was Xia Yan.

It was precisely because these various incidents were unearthed that many people developed a strong aversion and rejection towards the Alliance's past accusations that Xia Yan was a traitor.

What truly determined the "victory" in Xia Yan's contest with the Alliance were several recent events.

The first piece.

Starting with Xia Yan, the "Rainbow Academy," founded by Chi Hong, Qing Lv, Xiao Lan, A Jin, Xiao Yin, and others who have already shone in the World Championships, officially began enrolling students.

Rainbow Academy, adhering to the concept that "everyone is equal upon entering the academy," quickly gained a large number of supporters.

Of course, the majority of them are ordinary people.

Some of the alliance's core members or those from relatively wealthy families secretly scoffed at this.

Until the second thing happened.

Pokémon Pokédex Revealed!

The research team, led by Professor Oak and Professor Xia Yan, released the final result: the national edition of the Pokédex, which caused a huge sensation throughout the Pokémon world.

This is the Pokémon Encyclopedia!

I don't know when it started, but they've been releasing teasers about the Pokédex for years.

Up to now.

Finally, it's been released.

And what is most surprising is...

Professor Oak and Professor Natsuhiko both stated that the Pokédex would be unconditionally available to everyone who enrolls in Rainbow Academy.

Good guy.

Once this news was released, especially after some videos about the Pokédex were also released, the entire internet and the entire Pokémon world were in an uproar.

Countless people.

Whether rich or poor, whether they have status or not, they all flock to "Rainbow Academy".

Simultaneously.

Those who signed up discovered some things that puzzled them.

No one was surprised that Professor Oak was the headmaster of Rainbow Academy.

Xia Yan himself would not become the dean, so Professor Oak's reputation, character, and abilities make him undoubtedly the best choice.

There are quite a few vice deans, though.

For example, Xia Yan's teacher, Elite Four member Kikuko, retired Johto champion Lyub, Unova champion Alder, Sinnoh League chairman Igor, and one more... Giovanni!

Many people don't know who Giovanni is.

Or, to put it another way, they know that Giovanni is the Gym Leader of Viridian City in the Kanto region.

They just don't understand.

Why is a dojo master able to be in the same position as these champions, world champions, retired champions, and league presidents?

After all, not everyone knows that Giovanni is the leader of Team Rocket.

Those who know the story will undoubtedly be even more surprised to see the name Sakaki appear here.

But right.

Regardless of the circumstances, just looking at this academy lineup, it's enough to be called the most luxurious in the world.

In addition, they have young teachers like Crimson and Cyan who have shone brightly in the championship.

It can be said.

Rainbow Academy instantly became the most coveted academy for all young people in the entire elf world.

In addition, its "equal" teaching policy has helped many young people who wanted to become trainers but had no way to do so to find the most suitable path and direction for themselves.

In a short time.

The first "Rainbow Academy" to open in the Sinnoh region was completely full within just a few days.

Many of those who have already become trainers even hope to return to the academy for a "re-engineering".

Many students who missed the enrollment deadline expressed their disappointment.

But fortunately.

Xia Yan immediately announced online that "Rainbow Academy" would open branches in various regions as quickly as possible.

Furthermore, it will collaborate with many renowned academies such as Silver Academy, Kanaz Academy, and Twin Dragon Academy.

We strive to promote the concept of "equality" throughout the world.

Such actions.

For some ordinary people, this is definitely an exciting thing.

But for those who can see the situation clearly, Xia Yan is doing more than just declaring war on the royal family and the descendants of nobles.

He intends to completely eradicate all classes and groups without firing a single shot.

And that's why it still receives so much support.

On the one hand, it's because people who are unhappy with the royal family and the descendants of the nobility have been unhappy for a long time.

On the other hand, everyone can understand that if it can be fully implemented in the end, the entire Pokémon League may experience a period of stagnation followed by explosive growth.

The much-criticized "rotten" alliance will be completely revitalized.

Xia Yan's move was not only tactless, but it also directly targeted the vital points of the royal family and noble descendants.

The key point is...

Without Suzuki's presence, and with the return of the Grand Alliance Chairman, the royal family and noble descendants, led by Elder Bai, really couldn't find a way to retaliate all at once.

Deal with Xia Yan?

With so many divine beasts by his side, Elder Bai certainly wouldn't dare to provoke Xia Yan.

But actually, it's in corners that many people can't see.

Team Rocket's "Special Operations Force," led by A-Ju, continues to occasionally take down troublemakers among the royal and noble descendants.

Suddenly, the voices opposing "Rainbow Academy" quieted down considerably.

At this time.

What is Xia Yan doing, causing such a huge uproar in the entire Pokémon world?

Zhenxin Town.

Dr. Oki's Research Institute.

"Are you serious?!"

Upon seeing the special Poké Ball handed to him by Xia Yan, Professor Oak suddenly became alert and took a large step back.

It's no wonder he acted this way.

The main reason is that the Pokémon caught in this Poké Ball is now extremely famous throughout the Pokémon world, and in a bad way.
