Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

After those wisps of dark energy disappeared, the Zygarde cell core temporarily recovered.

However, its expression became increasingly serious.

[You see, Xia Yan. A large amount of this energy, filled with negative emotions like anger, hatred, and devouring, has inexplicably appeared, constantly eroding the originally balanced ecosystem.]

After a brief pause, it continued:

Even some of my own cells have been contaminated in the name of ecological protection, completely severing their connection with me.

"What does this mean? The dark energy has started to surge?"

The first thing that flashed through Xia Yan's mind was that the royal descendants were about to cause trouble again.

And most likely, his guess is correct.

I noticed that energy surge as soon as it first began to erupt, and I also pinpointed the location of the eruption.

"Kygerd Core said."

Xia Yan raised an eyebrow.

"Couldn't stop it?"

Is there anything Gundam can't stop?

Then, the core of the Zygarde cell looked helpless.

[My friend...it has been contaminated.]

Xia Yan: "!!!"

What does that mean?

"You mean, the core of another cell has been corrupted by dark energy?"

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't have come all this way to find you.

Xia Yan looked up at the sky, then at the small Zygarde cell core in front of him.

Gundam, is that all?

Then the core of the Zygarde cell said very decisively:

Xia Yan, I need your help.

He silently took a breath.

to be frank.

This matter is definitely not simple, and it will certainly not be easy to handle.

But it was Kiehl's turn to ask for help.

Previously in the Alola region, when Xia Yan needed help, Zygarde did not refuse at all.

Regardless of their relationship, even if it's just a matter of exchanging gifts or favors, it still needs to be repaid.

Moreover, since even the mighty God of Order, Zygarde, has said so, the matter is very likely related to those royal descendants, and Xia Yan cannot refuse.

After a brief silence.

Under the watchful gaze of the Zygarde cell core, Xia Yan nodded silently.

...

...

"It seems Champion Liu Bo really isn't going to hold back. His last Pokémon is—Magikarp!"

On Xia Yan's private spaceship.

He and his elves sat in front of a giant screen, watching the live stream being broadcast online.

on the screen.

It was the final showdown between the two.

One of them was naturally Xia Yan's other cheap teacher, the current champion of the Johto region, the former Ice-type Elite Four member, Liu Bo!

And his opponent.

The young man with short red hair, a cloak fluttering in the wind, and a serious and confident expression was his friend, Yu Longdu!

That's right.

The content of this live broadcast is Du's "Road to the Champion" challenge!

Xia Yan was unable to attend the event for various reasons, but he still wanted to watch the live stream.

Since Wataru left Galar last time, the Kanto Alliance and the Johto Alliance have issued two announcements.

Lance, the Dragon King of the Kanto Alliance, has stepped down from his position as one of the Kanto Four Heavenly Kings.

Followed by.

The City Alliance announced that the Dragon Clan of Yanmo City, Dragon Crossing, has officially declared its challenge for the City Alliance Championship!

It caused quite a stir online at the time, and even suppressed the discussion about Xia Yan's identity for a period of time.

And now.

This is the final moment of overcoming the challenge of the "Road to the Champion".

Showdown with the Johto champion, Liu Bo!

Lance was left with only one Charizard, while Liu Bo was left with only one Pokémon, Mamoswine.

Looking at the screen full of comments, Xia Yan vaguely sensed the explosive online comments when he challenged the road to the championship.

The second person to eat crab is definitely not as famous as the first.

However, the number of viewers for this live stream was still incredibly high.

just.

Seeing their comments saying that Uncle Liu really didn't hold back and that Du had a high probability of winning, Xia Yan pursed his lips.

"No water was released? No, no water was released. Teacher Liu, you've released the whole ocean!"

Xia Yan couldn't help but complain out loud.

To the average person, the higher the level of evolution an elf has, the stronger they become.

Liu Bo is famous for his Ice-type moves and uses the Little Boar as his signature move. Therefore, the Little Boar's final evolution, the Ivory Boar, must be his strongest Pokémon.

but.

Those who truly know Uncle Liu understand that his little wild boar is the real terror.

Given that Ice-type Pokémon are four times super effective against Dodo, it's unlikely that Luffy's Boar can sweep the team, and Luffy's Dragonite and Salamence will even have a chance to battle.

However, Xia Yan, who watched the whole thing, never saw Uncle Liu summon the little boar.

There weren't even any messenger birds.

What is this if not releasing the sea?

"Those damned nepotism cases," Xia Yan complained again.

He didn't understand before, but now he's pretty much figured it out.

The reason why Liu Bo was willing to take on the champion of the Johto region was because the Dragon Clan was manipulating things behind the scenes. They wanted Liu Bo to reserve a spot for Du.

Of course.

Uncle Liu must have also gained a lot of benefits.

But Xia Yan didn't know the specifics.

Otherwise, given Liu Boyi's listless demeanor at the time, and his inconsistent work as a dojo master, he certainly wouldn't have wanted to be a champion in the sport.

They were the champions of the Johto League, who had only recently left the Kanto League.

However, Xia Yan actually understood Liu Bo's mindset.

Now, he hopes to see the rise of the younger generation in the league, and he is probably happy and eager to see Wataru succeed him.

Many of the older generation in the league actually hold this view.

For example, Aldak of the United States League.

"Charizard, Mega Evolution!"

on the screen.

Lance unleashed his final preparation: Super Charizard X!

"Doragondes!"

Seeing this, Xia Yan knew that he should congratulate Wataru on becoming the new champion of the Johto region.

He defeated the four kings of the City Alliance in a row, and then defeated the champion Liu Bo. This achievement is unparalleled.

I immediately sent a congratulatory message to Du.

starting today.

The Dragon King has officially returned to the capital.

The Johto region will inevitably rise to prominence with Watari's return.

It's a pity about the Kanto region.

There was such a talented person, yet they let him slip away.

From now on, Kanto will probably only be able to rely on Kona to carry the team.

But don't say it.

If Kanto and Johto were to truly clash, Lorelei's ability to counter Lance would be very strong.

After all, they've been competing for so long, and no one knows better than Kona how to restrain Wataru.

Moreover, Xia Yan also heard that...

In the previous incident, Lorelei had already captured an Alolan Vulpix.

The future is expected.
