Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

Infernape shot out like a fiery red ray of light, its palms radiating a soft white glow.

however.

In a flash, a sharp burst of energy rushed towards Infernape.

It's Cynthia Togekiss's "Godspeed"!

Although "mental field" limits the priority of the opponent's moves.

But the speed of "divine speed" is still too fast.

It's almost on par with Infernape.

Furthermore, Cynthia's Togekiss was already closer to her team, so even though it started slower than Infernape, it still caught up.

Moreover, they had an aerial advantage and could take on more challenging angles.

the most important is.

Alakazam, who previously destroyed Gardevoir's "Try to Switch Places".

At this point, its psychic powers were instead restricted by Gardevoir.

Since the last "Island Tournament" ended.

Cynthia learned her lesson.

Gardevoir plays a similar role in her team as Alakazam does in Xia Yan's team, so Gardevoir knows best how to make Alakazam feel uncomfortable.

although.

Alakazam's psychic powers were stronger, and it instantly broke free from Gardevoir's restraints.

but.

Both Infernape's and Togekiss's attacks are carried out in an instant.

This brief time discrepancy was already too late.

hum-

Just then.

The air suddenly trembled, accompanied by wisps of fluffy golden electric arcs.

Beedrill darted across the distance between their respective areas at incredible speed.

It is even faster than two Pokémon that have used high-priority moves.

boom! !

Precisely intercepted Tokis's "super speed".

This gave Infernape enough time to rush up to Gardevoir.

"Ku!"

Lucario's voice quietly rang out.

Then I saw it put its hands together in prayer.

A bone rod constructed entirely of waveguide power appeared in his hand.

He slammed it hard onto the ground.

boom!

The dark red field spread out instantly, blocking Infernape's path, but Infernape's "Fake Out" missed its target.

Quick defense!

the other direction.

A beam of azure light shot towards Infernape's face, as if the air itself were frosty.

Glaceon's Ice Beam!

but.

A soft, pure white light emanated from Latios's mouth from behind Infernape.

Intercept it.

all of a sudden.

While Dorombalut was entangled by Regillechi.

Both sides countered each other's moves, quickly bringing the battle to a fever pitch.

Cynthia's side.

The price paid was that Mega Garchomp was hit by Togekiss's "Moon Power".

Meanwhile, Xia Yan...

This comes at the cost of Beedrill's ability being copied by Gardevoir.

Xia Yan glanced at Cynthia and her Gardevoir with some surprise.

When playing against others.

Everyone is focused on their own system, and their systems interact with each other.

But Cynthia did not do that.

She wanted to dismantle Xia Yan's system.

Or rather, to limit it as much as possible.

Gardevoir has only one goal.

After transferring the "Sniper" ability to Mega Garchomp, it focused on its psychic-powered battle with Alakazam.

They just won't let Hudi be comfortable.

Because the Alakazam is Xia Yan's first and most important core.

Togekiss and Draco's "trading grounds" are all based on Alakazam's psychic abilities.

If Alakazam is uncomfortable, Xia Yan's system will not function smoothly.

If it's not smooth, it will create flaws.

at this point.

Daigo failed to do it.

Because his Metagross cannot focus entirely on controlling Alakazam, but also has to take on the responsibility of launching attacks.

Even Daigo's bronze bell won't work.

Because the bronze bell's superpowers are insufficient, and it also has to assume the role of joint defense.

But Cynthia's Gardevoir is different.

It completely delegates all offensive and defensive tasks to the other Pokémon.

To single-mindedly interfere.

It is effective.

Latios, on the other hand, was not greatly affected.

However, it only relies on Latios to change positions.

Xia Yan's role in the system has been significantly reduced.

Actually, this is the point.

This is indeed a flaw in Xia Yan's current system, and also a flaw in the pseudo-core.

No one else noticed, except for Cynthia, who had fought Xia Yan once before.

However, this defect is only temporary.

Because neither Togekiss nor Draco are currently pseudo-cores. Once they reach the level of Alakazam, no, once they reach the level of Latios, this problem will no longer exist.

Moreover, if Cynthia already knew, how could Xia Yan not know?

He is the one who knows this system best.

They had naturally already devised a solution.

That is......

Alakazam, Mega Evolution!

Whoosh—!

Another brand new Pokémon undergoes a mega evolution.

The audience didn't know before that Alakazam could also Mega Evolve.

Xia Yan's Alakazam appears in almost every match, but it doesn't seem to play a very big role. I didn't expect it to be able to Mega Evolve.

Although they didn't understand why Xia Yan had Alakazam Mega Evolve instead of Beedrill, it didn't stop them from cheering.

Only the truly top-tier trainers can see the impact of Cynthia and Gardevoir.

pity.

Just when Cynthia had finally found the shortcomings of Xia Yan's system for everyone, he immediately made up for them.

The brilliance of super-evolution gradually faded.

Super Alakazam wearing a purple robe.

They sat cross-legged in mid-air.

Five spoons were lined up behind its head, forming a fan shape.

Alakazam, having received Mega Evolution, unleashed its full psychic power.

A super Alakazam that barely reaches champion level!

In addition, it has been very active during this period due to its superpowers.

After its super evolution, it becomes even more powerful.
