Bottom-tier trainers in the Pokémon world

Lucario's "Psychic" ability allows it to counter Togekiss's "Air Slash".

Ice-type Glaceon is also very effective against Dragapult, Latios, and Xia Yan's Togekiss.

Although Xia Yan hasn't summoned either of these two spirits yet, Cynthia has already made a prediction.

really.

Xia Yan's lips twitched upon seeing the two elves.

Wouldn't it make him seem stupid to send out Togekiss and Latios now?

After a brief moment of thought.

"Xia Yan's fourth and fifth Pokémon are the fire-type Pokémon Infernape and the same blessed Pokémon, Togekiss!"

Togekiss is definitely a must-have. Fairy-types are super effective against Dragon-types, so Xia Yan can use Togekiss to defend against some Dragon-type attacks.

If Cynthia really did have Kommo-Ooze hidden in the end, then Togekiss's role would be even more significant.

Seeing the two Pokémon, Cynthia smiled knowingly.

She tossed out a sprite.

As a graceful figure descended lightly during the dance, Gardevoir, the core of Cynthia, appeared on the field.

But she held onto her last Poké Ball, hesitating to throw it.

“Xia Yan, do you remember what you told me last time that my Pokémon was lacking?” Cynthia suddenly asked.

Xia Yan was stunned.

After blinking twice and recalling for a moment, I remembered.

"Electric-type spirit".

Cynthia is a trainer with a wide range of Pokémon types and does not specialize in any one type.

However, she still lacks some attributes.

For example, Rock, Bug, and Electric.

However, the rock and the ground are inseparable, so this point can be ignored for now.

There aren't many Bug-type Pokémon that fit Cynthia's personality, and ultimately, the Bug type isn't that crucial.

Only the electrical system.

It is relatively important.

One version of Cynthia also features a giant eel.

Most importantly, Electric types are effective against Flying types.

of course.

At that time, Xia Yan led the entire team to "target" the Dodo bird.

Just like now, Watari is leading the entire team to "target" him.

just.

Xia Yan's heart skipped a beat at Cynthia's words.

and so.

This last Pokémon is an Electric-type Pokémon, not Kommo-o?

but.

Why are there Electric-type Pokémon in the "Dragon's Tomb"?

“Xia Yan, do you know what’s buried deepest in the ‘Land of Dragons’?” Cynthia suddenly asked again.

She wasn't worried that mentioning "the land of dragons" would attract unwanted attention.

In any case, when most people talk about "Dragon's Village", they think of Enmo City in the Johto region, and they don't associate it with "Dragon's Tomb".

Moreover, even if one knows about the "Dragon's Tomb," one cannot enter without the guidance of an ancient Sinnoh bloodline.

"what?"

Cynthia winked mischievously.

"It is a huge 'Dragon Crystal,' which is also the main source of energy for the spirits inside to survive."

A giant 'Dragon Crystal'?

What is its relationship with Electric-type Pokémon?

and many more!

Xia Yan's expression gradually turned strange, his eyes widening. "You mean..."

"You know the legend of Regigigas, right?"

At this point, Cynthia finally threw out the last Poké Ball she had in her hand.

"Reggie—!!"

A sharp, almost electronic-sounding cry rang out, and in an instant, countless bolts of lightning filled the barrier, even more terrifying and denser than the lightning brought by the Zapdos summoned by Sakaki earlier.

At the center of these lightning bolts was a small, golden elf with five small blue rings on its shoulders and abdomen, which barely separated its hands and feet.

At first glance, it looks like a giant light bulb with extremely high brightness.

"Whoa whoa whoa—!! Cynthia's last Pokémon is...is..."

The host was dumbfounded again.

What kind of elf is this?

But it seems...

That's impressive.

Xia Yan stared blankly, muttering, "Re... Reggie Elech?!"

The legendary lightning pillar.

Reginald!

Seeing Xia Yan's stunned expression, Cynthia's lips curled into a dazzling smile.

She gently raised her hand, and Reginald appeared beneath it.

Countless golden lightning bolts burst forth and flashed, yet they did not harm her in the slightest. In fact, they seemed to be very affectionate, rubbing against Cynthia's hand and bringing a slight tingling sensation.

"Xiao Dian has always lived in the 'Land of Dragons,' and its duty is to guard that huge 'Dragon Crystal.' I think you know why, right?"

Xia Yan slowly came to his senses, and upon hearing Xilona's words, his eyes trembled involuntarily.

reason?

Of course he knows!

Regigigas, who used "Dragon Crystals" to forge the Dragon God Pillar, found that he was losing control of the Dragon God Pillar he was about to create.

Its head alone possesses power comparable to the other divine pillars.

What would happen if the complete Dragon God Pillar were there?

perhaps.

Regigigas showed no sign of stopping.

But Dialga and Palkia don't want to see the complete Dragon Pillar appear.

Therefore, those "Dragon Crystals" were sealed within their original space and have been preserved to this day.

Or perhaps.

It seems Regigigas doesn't want to continue.

They requested Dialga and Palkia to seal the "Dragon Crystal".

Then, Reggie Elegy, the Electric God Pillar, was dispatched to guard it.

In short.

It's easy to understand why the "Dragon's Tomb" contains a huge "Dragon Crystal," since so many dragon-type Pokémon live there, there must be a source of energy.

Therefore, it makes sense that Regigi Elech was responsible for guarding the "Dragon Crystal".

Actually, Xia Yan had been acting a bit strange before.

Why did he only see the sealed Dragon God Pillar Regidorago in the alternate dimension of Regigigas, and not the Electric God Pillar Regielechi?

original.

It was actually in the "Dragon's Tomb".

Legend has it that the area was originally an ancient battlefield, and it shares the same origin as "Meteor Village" and even "Dragon's Cave".

Then.

Did Regigigas participate in the ancient battle between Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina?

So, it...

Looking at Reggie Elegy and Cynthia being so affectionate.

Okay, let's pretend he didn't ask.

Steven has Heatran, and Cynthia has Reggie, the Thunder God Pillar. It seems quite reasonable...

Bullshit!

Xia Yan, this little butterfly, has completely changed the world.

Putting everything else aside, let's just talk about the present.

The strength of Cynthia and the others is definitely not comparable to that of their contemporaries in the original work.

It can be said.

Xia Yan single-handedly raised the level of future regional champions.

That makes sense.
