"You want evidence? Then I'll give you evidence. Come on, Masamune Dan. This is the last one. Unless you defeat us, the Kamen Rider Chronicle will be discontinued today!"

Dan Masamune gritted his teeth, veins throbbing on his forehead. "Limited edition" was his catchphrase, and hearing it coming from Emu's (the eldest) mouth made him inexplicably angry.

He also pulled out his driver and cartridge, and without further ado, transformed:

"Buggle Up! Rider of the Sky! (Wow!) Engraved in the Chronicles! This moment is the ultimate moment! (Wow!) Kamen Rider!"

Emu (Big) was not to be outdone, and directly inserted the Invincible Gacha into the Player Driver:

"Hyper undergoes a major transformation!"

"Bakkan! Invincible! Dazzling! Like a shooting star! The strongest Gar of gold! Hyper Muteki Ex-Aid!"

Both transformations featured full sound effects and special effects, which were much more elaborate than the simple transformations of the previous mass-produced cartridges, leaving everyone at the press conference dumbfounded.

Chapter Forty: The Wrath of Asura

When Dan Masamune saw Emu (the older version) take out a brand new cartridge, he couldn't help but let out a mocking chuckle:

"Is this all you're relying on? A brand new cartridge? Heh heh heh... If Li Dou had enough time, he might be able to create an incredibly powerful cartridge. But how long has he been resurrected? Three days? Five days? In that short time, can he really create a comparable cartridge?"

"Shut up! Are you questioning my divine abilities?! I am Dan Rei, the God of War! You're just a Kamen Rider Chronicle; I can easily create a cartridge that surpasses it!"

Dan Retsu shouted loudly at Dan Masamune, fully displaying his expressive face.

Dan Masamune neither confirmed nor denied this, but simply pointed at each point:

"Although I don't know what kind of cartridge this is, it was made by Li Dou after all, so it's considered a company asset. Perfect timing, Ex-Aid, Brave, Snipe, Lazer, Gen, oh, and Para-DX, you're all here. I'll give you one last chance. Swear allegiance to me, and I might let you go. Otherwise, I'll make sure you're all discontinued!"

"In that case, the only answer is... mmm..."

Dan Masamune's words touched upon Emu's memories. Utsumi's loyalty is a classic scene in Kamen Rider. Immediately after Dan Masamune spoke, Emu's gaze unconsciously searched for his cane in the press conference hall.

However, before he could recreate the famous scene, Kiriya covered his mouth with one hand and coldly interjected:

"Absolutely impossible! Dan Masamune, prepare to be defeated!"

After saying that, Kiriya casually placed Emu behind him and stood in front of the invincible player. A fiery red game cartridge had somehow appeared in his hand.

Kiriya didn't turn around, but stared coldly at Dan Masamune, and said to the invincible player:

"Emu, excuse me, could I go first? Mr. Hoshizaku and I have been working hard for this day for a long time. If our attempt fails, we'll ask you for help then, okay?"

Although the Invincible Player's face was radiating invincibility, and his large eyes exuded an air of dominance, his true form was, after all, the gentle and kind-hearted Da Yongmeng. He waved his hand and said:

"Huh? I have no objection to that. But, Kiriya-san, have you found a way to break the time stop?"

Kiriya's expression softened slightly, and he said:

"Yes, we've found a way too. My cartridge is called Asura's Wrath, and it's a level 100 cartridge. The special feature of this cartridge is that the more intense my emotions are, the stronger the power I can unleash. In particular, anger has an extra bonus. After quickly introducing his cartridge to the invincible player, Kiriya didn't linger. His expression hardened, he pressed down on the cartridge in his hand, and shouted:

"Hen-sh! Hundred slots!"

"deng~deng~deng!"

A deep, hellish melody began to play. Kiriya delivered a spinning kick, shattering the illusory screen representing the "Wrath of Ashura" game. The music amplified instantly, and the belt began to announce its names:

"Ga! Level Up! Regret! Anguish! Pain! Wrath! Asura's Wrath! BB - Burn souls! Sacrifice lives! The avengers of hell! Lazer!"

As the name was announced, Kiriya revealed his new form from the new cartridge. Building upon Lazer, he was covered in thick armor, with two pairs of sharply defined mechanical arms on his back. His base color changed from yellow to a red and yellow mix, and three virtual slots appeared on his head. One and a half of them were already filled.

This is the Lv100 Ashura player that Kiriya and Kosei Saku jointly completed!

"Hmph, you refused... Well then, you'll be a collector's item!"

Dan Masamune sneered, leaped up, and was about to attack Kiriya.

Upon seeing this, Kiriya's rage meter noticeably increased significantly.

As a doctor, he was always required to be calm and rational. Even as a forensic pathologist, this requirement was ingrained in his very being. Therefore, even though he was filled with rage towards Dan Masamune, he had only filled one and a half bars of rage gauge after transforming.

However, Dan Masamune's actions have once again enraged Kiriya. They are still at the press conference venue, unable to utilize the game's spatial manipulation capabilities. All around them are innocent civilians. With their current power, even the aftershocks would cause death or serious injury to these people.

Dan Masamune knew this perfectly well, yet he didn't care at all and launched an attack without hesitation. What did he take human lives for?!

Guili was so angry that he gritted his teeth, but he didn't dare to delay. He quickly changed the scene, and suddenly, he, Tan Zhengzong, and the invincible player disappeared from the scene, causing the onlookers to scream in uproar once again.

They had no idea that they had just brushed with death.

"It feels like...we're no longer of any use."

Fei Cai and Daigo exchanged a glance, both with a hint of helplessness in their eyes. The cartridges they both possessed were only level 50, and they didn't have any way to become immune to time stop, so they would be basically useless in this final battle.

"But isn't there another guy over there? Shall we go together?"

Daigo glanced over and saw Amasaki Ren huddled in the corner, unable to hide her greasy aura at all. He asked Hiiro.

Having fought side by side for so long, and with Xiao Ji resurrected, there are no longer any conflicts between Fei Cai and Daigo.

"He...can I have him?"

Before Fei Cai could answer, Parado, who had followed, interjected.

In this life, Parado has been playing games with Emu (Dai) all the time, and occasionally acts as a double agent. He is a trustworthy unit in CR. After hearing what he said, Dai also nodded and did not stop him, letting him walk towards Amasaki Ren. Then the two of them disappeared together, and no one knows where they went.

Parado and Amasaki Ren's disappearance didn't attract much attention; the entire room was now focused on discussing the Kamen Rider Chronicles. The dreamlike scene had both startled and excited everyone. However, without a moderator, the situation became chaotic.

Fei Cai's head ached from the surrounding noise. She rubbed her temples and yelled at Da Wo:

"If this chaos continues, there could be a stampede! Big Wo, come up on stage with me to maintain order! And while we're at it, we can also reveal the truth to the world!"

After saying that, Fei Cai didn't care whether Da Wo heard her clearly or not, she dragged him to the stage, picked up the microphone from the ground, turned it on, and shouted:
