Living your daily life in a shonen anime seems to be wrong.

Now that I've calmed down and thought about it, I think it might be because of what Nanaya said several times: "As long as you come to the shrine as a maid, you can ask for anything."

Seven Nights is a teacher.

He is not only a teacher, but also a researcher.

Although it's unclear what Shichiya researches, as a researcher in Academy City, she must be quite skilled in abilities.

At that time, she probably felt that Qiye could help her, so she subconsciously called Qiye.

That was quite a reckless act.

Regardless, this experience made her realize that there are no shortcuts to gaining abilities.

"Senior Seven Nights..."

I wanted to make a phone call several times.

They gave up again.

I didn't know what to say after I called.

Perhaps I should express my gratitude?

After all, I heard from Uiharu Kazari that Nanaya also contributed this time, although he only appeared at the end and defeated a monster that was causing trouble or something...

"Never mind, let's talk about it tomorrow."

Shake his head.

Put your phone aside and lie down to rest.

I just woke up and I'm still a bit tired. I should rest well and deal with everything else after I've recovered.

……

Tokiwadai Student Dormitory.

Room 208.

This is Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko's room.

Of course, Misaka Mikoto's roommate wasn't Shirai Kuroko at first, but Shirai Kuroko used some "legal" means to get the original girl to move out, and she moved in herself.

There were only two people in the room, and it was quite spacious.

As expected of a prestigious girls' school, its facilities and benefits are top-notch.

When Shirai Kuroko came out of the shower, she found Misaka Mikoto, wearing pajamas and holding a huge "Killer Bear" plush toy, sitting on the bed with a slight frown, seemingly deep in thought.

"What's wrong, my dear sister? Is there something you can't figure out?"

"Hmm, I'm thinking about Nana."

Misaka Mikoto nodded.

It seemed like she answered subconsciously, without even thinking about it.

This answer left Shirai Kuroko somewhat bewildered.

"Seven...Seven Nights? What do you want to do with him? Masaka (could it be)..."

"Huh? Ah! No, no, that's not what I meant!"

Misaka Mikoto, realizing what was happening, quickly shook her head.

Her face was just a little red.

But it is not important.

Seeing her denial, Shirai Kuroko calmed down, but she was still somewhat puzzled.

I walked to the dressing table, picked up the hairdryer, and prepared to dry my hair.

At the same time, he asked a question.

"So what are you thinking about? Is there a problem with Teacher Shichiya?"

"About abilities."

"ability?"

"Today he not only used spatial abilities, but also flight and fire abilities."

"Flight ability and fire ability?"

Hearing this, Shirai Kuroko was also somewhat surprised.

If it's just spatial ability, whether it's coordinate movement or spatial movement, it's still considered an ability within the same system. Therefore, the speculation about Qiye has always been just that he is "suspected" of being a multi-ability user, but it has not been confirmed.

However, the abilities of flight and fire have emerged, which are not from the same system as spatial abilities, proving that Shichiya is a multi-ability user.

"A dreamlike multi-ability user actually exists..."

I'm starting to think that Qiye is a monster.

However, it's not surprising that Misaka Mikoto would be thinking about Nanaya.

But Misaka Mikoto's considerations went beyond just that.

At first, I didn't have much free time to think about anything else, but now that I have nothing to do, I realize that there are many things I care about.

What is natural energy?

"what?"

"Natural energy, as Seven Nights also said, is something like... omnipresent."

"Natural energy?"

Shirai Kuroko also frowned, considering it carefully.

But he quickly gave up thinking about it.

"Who knows?"

She shrugged helplessly, turned on the hairdryer, and started drying her hair.

Misaka Mikoto didn't say anything, but just pondered carefully.

I remember that back then, Shichiya seemed to say something like, "As long as you can sense and absorb natural energy, that's enough," implying that you could gain the ability to fly.

"Sensing? Absorbing?"

What is induction? What is absorption? And how does one induction occur? How does one absorb?

I don't understand at all.

"what!"

He sighed softly.

He leaned back and lay directly on the bed, staring at the ceiling.

"That guy really has a lot of secrets!"

"Hmm? Teacher Shichiya?"

Shirai Kuroko glanced at him after hearing those words.

He thought about it again, then nodded.

"Yeah, that guy is always acting mysteriously, and he always calls Wan Nei away. I don't know what he's up to."

"Classmates from Wannei..."

"I've met her before, she's my classmate, Wannai Kinu, the one with chestnut curly hair."

"I know, I remember, but what did he want with Wan Nei's classmate?"

"Who knows?"

Shirai Kuroko shrugged again.

Among all the classmates, it seemed that Shichiya treated her and Wannai Kinuho differently. He was alright with her, but he often "bullied" her.

But Wannai Kinuho is different; he seems to have been "trained" by him.

"They said it was to help with some experiments, and sometimes they'd go to the swimming pool, um..."

As she said this, Shirai Kuroko suddenly remembered something.

“I remember once I seemed to hear them talking, something about ‘forgetting the two selves and things’? And something about ‘becoming one’, but I couldn’t understand it at all.”

He shook his head after saying that.

Anyway, she wasn't really sure, so she didn't think much of it.

Misaka Mikoto, however, seemed lost in thought.

But after thinking about it for a long time, and waiting until Shirai Kuroko dried her hair and put the hairdryer away, he finally sighed.

"I still don't understand!"

"If you ask me, sister, just ignore him. That guy isn't a good person."

Is someone who constantly gropes her breasts a good person?

I don't think so at all.

To put it bluntly, Nanaya is just a pervert.

Chapter 208: Something Seems Wrong

a new day.

The shrine, the underground research lab.

Based on the information provided by Frenda, Shichiya uncovered more intelligence through online investigation.

"There are quite a few research institutions involved!"

The research institutions include S Pharmaceutical Company's Brain Neuro-Application Analysis Institute, Mizuho Institute's Pathology Analysis Institute, Kanasaki University Affiliated Muscular Dystrophy Research Center, and more than twenty other research institutions in total.

This is really troublesome.

"If only it had been stopped in the first place."
