Chapter Sixty-Eight: Christine is Back

After seeing his son, Frank's anger subsided considerably. When Adam told him to kill fewer people, he glanced at his son and said, "I'll try my best."

Adam laughed and said, "Good, that's ambitious. If one day you really go down this path, I'll give you a set of equipment."

Upon hearing this, Jack excitedly replied, "Great! Great! It's a promise!"

Adam nodded and said, "Hehe, okay, it's getting late, I should head back too. See you again someday." With that, he flew away from the town in his Batplane once more.

Watching the bat-plane shrink and disappear rapidly, Frank asked very seriously, "Jack, do you really want to become a superhero?"

Jack nodded earnestly and said, "Yes, I will definitely become a superhero and catch those bad guys so that no one will lose their mother anymore."

Frank looked at Jack and sighed softly, then hugged Jack and asked, "Becoming a superhero is hard and difficult. Can you handle it?"

Jack said proudly, "Of course, I'm all grown up now, I can handle any hardship."

Frank nodded slightly after hearing this, looked at his son, and thought to himself, "It seems that the life serum that Shadow used not only strengthened his body, but the child has also become much more resilient."

With that in mind, Frank took his son back to John and Jamie, and then decided to leave the United States for Africa, partly to escape the FBI's pursuit, and partly to train his child.
