“We’ve set up a special shockwave on those four metal pillars. We created it based on the special abilities of Shockwave, the Flash’s friend. Of course, we can’t compare to his abilities right now, but it’s still pretty good for the moment,” Batman explained to Adam. “You can think of it as a one-way pull.”

"Mandatory?" Adam asked.

“Yes, it’s mandatory.” Batman nodded and said, “Anyone scanned by our shockwave will be passively teleported, so we have to find them ourselves.”

"So, the teleportation location can't be guaranteed?" Adam shrugged.

“That’s right, and for the safety of the other world, we can’t bring too many people over. Three or four will be enough. After all, we have you as our ace.” Batman said with a smile.

“Hey, you’d better stop laughing. A smiling Batman is really unsettling.” Adam shuddered and said, “God knows what you’re up to right now.”

Just then, Athena suddenly spoke up, saying, "Master, Batman, I have found a world that is very similar to this one, and it seems to be facing a crisis."

"Facing a crisis? What do you mean?" Batman asked.

“It seems the Joker in that world is about to detonate a nuclear bomb, and the only people around here are Diana, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Batman, Aquaman, and The Flash. And in my estimation, their chances of successfully stopping the Joker are very small. What should we do?” Athena asked.

"Teleport the Joker and anyone nearby over here immediately," Adam said to Athena. "Based on our analysis of the Joker's personality, he should have a nuclear detonator on him. No matter how much the people over there try to stop him, there's a chance they'll fail."

Batman chimed in at this point, saying, "These people around the Joker could indeed be very useful if they came to this world."

Upon hearing both of them say this, Athena immediately activated the shockwave device. A strange wave passed through the black hole formed by the speed force and traveled to another world. Then, the black hole suddenly emitted a blinding white light and disappeared.

Just then, with a loud bang, the treadmill beneath the Flash's feet suddenly exploded, blasting the Flash away instantly. Adam, seeing this, immediately leaped into the air, catching the Flash just as he was about to crash into the ceiling, and then landed him on the ground.

"Hey, are you alright?" Adam asked, frowning.

"Cough cough, thanks. Whew, that scared me to death." The Flash removed his mask, took a deep breath, and said with lingering fear, "I really didn't expect this thing to explode."

Adam turned to Batman and asked, "What do we do now? Did we succeed?"

"We don't know yet." Batman shook his head unexpectedly and said, "This is the first time we've done something like this. We don't know if it was successful or not."

"You haven't even conducted any experiments yet?" Adam looked at Batman in disbelief and said, "Don't you know that if something goes wrong with the teleportation, the person being teleported might die?"

“I’m sorry, we have no other choice. There’s only one of these shockwave devices, and we can’t continue making them because Martian Manhunter has been imprisoned by Superman. I’ve searched everywhere but haven’t found out where he is.” Batman said calmly, “Besides, I don’t think we will fail.”

Chapter 366 Meeting

In the White House in Washington, Lex Luther sat in his office, looking rather anxious. He kept glancing at his watch and staring at his phone in front of him, as if waiting for some news.

The phone rang.

“It’s me. How did things go?” Lex Luthor asked.

"I'm already inside, but I find it heavily guarded, and Raven and Cyborg are here." A deep voice came from the phone, saying, "Are you sure what we're looking for is here?"

“That’s right, there’s a Green Lantern charging lamp over there. If we can use its power,” Lex Luthor paused, then said, “we can make them lose a valuable ally.”

“Alright, I’ll give it a try. Okay, it’s time to disconnect, or Cyborg might be able to eavesdrop,” the middle-aged man said to Lex Luthor.

“I understand. Be careful, Mr. Wilson. We can’t afford to lose anymore.” Lex Luther sighed and then hung up the phone.

Lex Luthor hung up the phone, then shoved it into a device with a bang, rendering the high-end phone, adorned with a banana logo, unusable. He let out a soft sigh, turned to look at the sky behind him. He had done what he needed to do; the next step was simply to wait.

“Batman, everything from now on is in your hands,” Lex Luthor said after coughing a few times.

The Lex Luthor of this time was no longer the confident, young man he had encountered when he first started out. He was old, and some things were no longer within his capabilities. Although his illness had been cured, his body had long been overdrawn by his battles, and his days were numbered. His only thought now was to use his weakened body to defeat his enemies and ensure that future generations would forever remember the name Alexander Lex Luthor.

A flash of pale blue light appeared, and the Joker and Batman, who had been transported to this world by the shockwave, suddenly found themselves there. Looking around, they realized this place seemed to be Metropolis. Batman was puzzled; it had been daytime just moments before, how had it suddenly turned into night?

A coughing sound caught Batman's attention. He turned his head and saw the Joker in the purple suit, clutching his stomach and coughing. Yes, that was the result of the punch Batman had given himself earlier.

At that moment, Batman suddenly realized what was happening and immediately rushed towards the Joker, because the Joker still held a deadly weapon that could decide the lives of tens of millions of people—a nuclear detonator.

Of course, as Batman's eternal adversary, the Joker immediately realized what was happening, dodged Batman, and then, with a maniacal laugh, pressed the detonator button. However, after waiting for a long time, the detonator did not react at all, which made the Joker very angry. He angrily threw the detonator on the ground, took out a dagger from his pocket, and walked towards Batman.

“Even if the detonator doesn’t work, I can still kill you, little bat!” the clown laughed.

"Then give it a try!" Batman remained completely calm. He had been wary of the detonator in the Joker's hand, but now that the Joker actually wanted to fight him hand-to-hand, well, the Joker's courage was commendable!

Just then, several special forces police cars roared in, and dozens of soldiers in special forces gear quickly surrounded Batman and the Joker. Just as Batman calmly looked at the people around him, intending to hand the Joker over to them, a soldier immediately pointed his gun at Batman.

"Don't move! Or we'll shoot!" a soldier shouted.

"Reporting to headquarters, the bat monster has been located. Repeat, the bat monster has been located. Requesting backup!" Another soldier, who appeared to be a leader, immediately requested backup from his superiors.

Batman was slightly taken aback upon hearing this, somewhat unable to imagine what was going on, while the Joker burst into laughter, repeatedly saying how amusing it was.

Things took an unexpected turn for Batman, and judging from the way the soldiers had requested backup, the people coming might be those he remembered. Of course, Batman wasn't sure if they were superheroes, so he decided to retreat first.

Through observation, Batman noticed that the soldiers in front of him were all wearing helmets, and that they could communicate smoothly, indicating that they shared a common radio frequency. Therefore, while slowly raising his hands as the soldiers shouted at him, Batman quietly took out his jammer and pressed the switch.

Almost instantly, all the soldiers were hit by a piercing noise, forcing them to cover their ears and shout. Taking advantage of the chaos, Batman threw a few smoke bombs and disappeared. As for the Joker, he had already slipped away during the earlier confusion.

Under the cover of night, Batman lurked between two buildings, listening to the police station through surveillance cameras. He learned some shocking news: this world is a world of human dictatorship, where all political and military power is in the hands of humans and their Justice League.

"This is like a nightmare," Batman muttered, looking down at the police and military vehicles rushing past.

“That’s right, it is indeed a demon.” A voice suddenly came from behind the bat.

Batman remained calm and launched several deadly attacks at the vital points of the person behind him almost instantly. Unfortunately for him, although Batman was indeed very powerful, especially since his strength had reached the pinnacle of human capability, the person he was facing today was Adam Stark, a clone of a human, and an enhanced one at that.

Adam reached out and grabbed Batman's arm, saying, "Don't be impulsive, come with me."

Batman squinted and asked, "Who are you?" while secretly trying to activate the stun device on his wrist.

Adam shook his head slightly upon seeing this. The uniform he was wearing was not just a simple uniform, but a collection of hundreds of billions of nanomachines, controlled by an avatar of Athena.

"Alright, this isn't the place to talk. If we don't leave now, the Injustice League will be here." Adam grabbed Batman's arm and pulled him into the darkness.

Just then, several whooshing sounds came from the sky, and Batman saw Hawkgirl, Hawkman, and several other familiar figures flying in the direction they had been heading, seemingly the so-called support he had just heard about.

"What exactly is going on?" Batman asked.

"Come with me, someone will explain things to you." Adam said, and without waiting for Batman to speak, he pulled him away and flew off.

Batman actually wanted to rebel, but Adam had previously made his nanobots attach to Batman's body to keep him in line, using a weak but powerful electrical energy to control Batman's actions, so he wasn't worried about Batman doing anything else along the way.

Knowing he couldn't fight back, Batman calmly observed the man who had suddenly appeared. But he was soon surprised to find that the man bore a striking resemblance to someone from his own world.

'Could it be someone from this world? But didn't those police officers say he was their boss? What's going on?' Batman wondered.

"Alright, we've arrived."

Just then, Batman heard Adam's voice and found himself in a rather secluded warehouse. He took the elevator down to about the tenth basement level and saw another man in a Batman suit looking at him with a scrutinizing gaze. Next to him stood a beautiful woman in casual clothes, and, well, the Flash.

What on earth was going on? Batman was completely baffled.

Chapter 367 War is Imminent

Seaside City, Faris Aircraft Building

This was originally where Green Lantern placed his charging lamp, but ever since his fear overcame his will and he put on the yellow ring, Hal Jordan had never been here. "Deathstroke! Hmph, we finally ran into him." Cyborg said in a low voice.

"Heh, isn't this the cyborg?" Deathstroke said casually. "Since you're here, where are the man and his henchmen?"

Raven teleported behind Deathstroke and said calmly, "There's no need for the leader to intervene when dealing with someone like you!"

Deathstroke flicked his right hand, sending a flashbang flying, but just as it was about to explode, it was teleported away by Raven's magic. Seeing this, Deathstroke cursed under his breath, rolled to avoid Raven's magical attack, and turned to fire at Raven.

But it wasn't just Raven there; Cyborg was also watching Deathstroke intently, so Deathstroke was quickly defeated by a single spell from Raven.

"Ahem, what do you want to do with me?" Deathstroke coughed a few times and said disdainfully, "Don't waste your time on me, just kill me already."

"Whether we kill them or not is none of your business," Cyborg said coldly. "Tell me about what happened five years ago, the deaths of the Teen Titans."

“I told you that I had nothing to do with that,” Deathstroke said, showing no remorse.

"I'll make you talk before I hand you over to someone else," Raven sneered, his hand flashing with purple magical light.

After capturing Deathstroke, Cyborg and Raven didn't tell anyone, since it was their own personal grudge and no one would care how they dealt with it.

"It's up to you now, Raven. We must avenge the Teen Titans!" Cyborg said coldly, staring at Deathstroke.

Batman #2 stared in shock at the person before him and asked in a deep voice, "Who are you?"

"You should have already guessed who I am," Batman One said calmly.

"What on earth is going on?" Batman Number Two asked. "And who is he? Don't tell me he's a person."

"Hey, why can't I be human?" Adam said speechlessly. "Can't humans use technological weapons?"

“He was found by Barry in another universe, where he was also human,” Batman One said, glancing at Adam before turning to Batman Two.

"What exactly happened here that made you seek help from parallel worlds and other universes?" Batman Number Two asked. "Where are the people from your world? And where are the rest of the Justice League?"

“That’s the problem,” Adam said to Batman #2. “Because of the Joker, he lost control and became the biggest dictator in the world. As for the other members of the League, they may be confused or afraid, but for various reasons, they still obey him.”

"The Joker? Oh no, our Joker from our world has come to this world too. If he goes out and causes trouble, people might guess your plans," Batman #2 suddenly shouted.

“If it were him, I think he would first go looking for the Joker’s gang, because it’s not hard to find out about the Joker’s gang if you pay a little attention,” Batman One said in a deep voice. “I know where their base is.”
