“The Flash has been exposed, but I believe he can avoid these people. So what I need to do now is take Harley Quinn and Deadshot away. Although they were villains before, now is not the time to settle scores.” Adam said to Athena, then said, “Athena, hack all the surveillance equipment here!”

“Yes, Master, we can proceed in one minute,” Athena replied immediately.

"Okay, I got it. See you later!"

After Adam finished speaking, he took out the mask he used to wear as a superhero from his spatial artifact. The reason why this mask was in Adam's spatial artifact was because it was a gift from Howard Stark to him to become a superhero. It had been well preserved for many years. Since Christine awakened and made the spatial artifact for Adam, she had put it in as a souvenir and amulet.

"Old friend, it's time for us to fight together again." Adam said, putting on the mask and then appearing in front of Harley Quinn and the others in a flash.

"And who are you?" Harley Quinn asked, frowning.

"Your savior is here! Alright, let's go, Green Lantern is coming!" Adam said, ignoring Harley Quinn's protests, grabbing her by the waistband and throwing her towards Deadshot's location, saying, "Take her away!"

Deadshot didn't speak, just nodded slightly, then carried Harley Quinn into the darkness. The henchmen, having long since given up on fighting, immediately dispersed. Ultimately, the real rebels against Superman and the Justice League weren't them; their transformation into an army was entirely due to Harley Quinn's exceptional mental control.

"Who exactly are you?" Nightwing asked, frowning.

"And who are you? Have you betrayed your master?" Adam asked coldly.

In his memory, Nightwing was Batman's apprentice and the one who raised him. Therefore, Adam deeply despised this ungrateful fellow.

"Another friend of that old guy?" Nightwing sneered, "I'm not his apprentice."

"Hmph, you don't know the kindness of raising you, you're not worthy of being human!" Adam instantly unleashed a punch that knocked Nightwing unconscious. Nightwing was completely caught off guard by Adam's sudden attack, and even if he had, there was nothing he could do but be knocked out.

"What are you going to do?" Catwoman asked, somewhat frightened. She knew that although Nightwing wasn't Batman's apprentice, he had received training from the League of Assassins and his strength was not much lower than Batman's. She never expected him to be defeated so easily.

“Bring Batman a gift. Hmm, it seems you have some connection with him too. Alright, you can come along too!” Adam said casually, looking at Catwoman in her black leather suit.

"Batman? Don't make a move, I... I'll go with you," Catwoman said immediately upon hearing the name Batman.

"What? You want to come with me?" Adam was a little surprised, but he quickly remembered that Catwoman seemed to like Batman. But unfortunately, Batman's true love was always Superman. Well, not Adam himself, but the real Superman. At this moment, Adam seemed to be glad that he was a clone.

“That’s right, I joined Superman’s side for Batman’s sake too,” Catwoman nodded and said.

"Oh, I see." Adam nodded slightly and said, "Alright, bringing one more is the same as bringing one more, okay."

Just then, Athena's voice appeared in Adam's ear, saying, "Master, Green Lantern is almost here."

"Okay, let's go!" Adam said, and once again appeared behind Catwoman in a flash, knocking her unconscious with a chop to the neck. He said, "Well, although I said I'd take you with me, I never said I'd let you pass out awake, hehe."

After Adam finished speaking, he took out a rope from his spatial artifact and tied the two of them up. He then grabbed one end of the rope and flew into the air, disappearing from sight. Therefore, when Hal Jordan and Sinestro arrived at the scene, they only found some batarangs and a bunch of police officers and clown henchmen lying on the ground. None of the people they were looking for were there.

Chapter 362 Meeting Batman

When Adam returned to Barry Allen's house with Catwoman and Nightwing, he found Barry Allen already sitting inside, eating pizza. He smiled when he saw Adam and continued eating his pizza, seemingly having used up some energy in the previous battle.

"Hey, what's wrong with you?" Adam asked, dropping the two people he was holding onto the ground.

"Oh, it's nothing, I'm just a bit exhausted. I brought some pizza from outside, do you want some?" Barry Allen said to Adam.

"No, thank you. Was that person your greatest enemy, Reverse-Flash?" Adam asked.

"Hmm, he seems to have studied me for a long time, saying he's from the future. Luckily, my identity wasn't exposed even in the future, otherwise I might have been in real trouble." Barry Allen sighed and said, "It's a good thing they don't know about Alice's existence. But speaking of which, you and your brother both revealed your identities as superheroes. Aren't you afraid of putting your families in danger?"

“It was an accident. My parents died in a car accident, so I flew over without thinking. That’s how my identity was exposed. But luckily, my brother, Christine, and I are not ordinary people. We can all protect ourselves, so that’s how it is.” Adam shrugged and said, “As for Tony, it’s entirely due to his personality. He did suffer a few losses, but by then it was too late. Besides, he’s not the kind of person who backs down because of a little danger.”

"You're just lucky you didn't encounter an enemy from the future," Barry Allen mumbled, biting into his pizza.

“You’re right. In that world, there seems to be only one person who can travel through time and influence the present, and he just happens to be a good person,” Adam said with a smile.

“So you guys are lucky.” Barry Allen raised an eyebrow and asked, “Oh, by the way, how did you manage to bring these two people back?”

"Aren't these two people connected to Batman? I just brought them back. What's wrong with that?" Adam asked curiously, "Batman's disciple and lover, is there something wrong with that?"

“Um, he wasn’t Batman’s apprentice; he killed the real Nightwing.” Barry Allen paused after saying this, then added, “He was actually Batman’s son.”

"What? Batman's son? If that's the case, how could it be?" Adam asked in disbelief.

“Although he is Batman’s son, he was trained in the League of Assassins from birth, and Batman did not know he had a son before.” Barry Allen sighed and said, “That’s how they became enemies. In the end, he killed Nightwing, and Batman found out that the other was his son.”

"And what about Catwoman? Some information I had Athena gather suggests that the two have a very ambiguous relationship," Adam asked.

“Well, you have to understand, although they did have a flirtatious relationship, Catwoman has killed people, and more than one. She’s no longer the chivalrous thief with her own moral compass, but an executioner with blood on her hands,” Barry Allen explained.

"Oh, I see." Adam sighed upon hearing this, never expecting that a great hero like Batman could have such a tragic fate.

Barry Allen seemed to be feeling a bit upset about what he had said, and stood up, saying, "You guys should get some rest too. Now that I've shown up today, Batman will definitely be coming for us soon."

"Alright, by the way, we don't need to worry about these two. I've already had Athena cast a calming spell on them, so there's no need to worry about them waking up." After Adam finished speaking, he waved to Barry Allen and walked into the room where Athena was.

Adam asked Athena a few questions, then spent some time telling stories to Ganata until she fell asleep, before returning to his own bedroom to sleep.

They slept well, but the other side was getting angry. They initially thought it was just Harley Quinn's revenge, but Catwoman and Nightwing hadn't made a move after a long time. So they sent Green Lantern and Sinestro over, but to their surprise, the two of them returned empty-handed and told him that Catwoman and Nightwing seemed to have been captured.

"What do you mean by being caught?" the man asked angrily.

“Sorry, Man, I’ve searched the scene, but I haven’t found any clues. Oh, by the way, I asked the police there, and they said the Flash was there before, and then disappeared with Reverse-Flash,” Green Lantern explained to Man.

"The Flash?! Hmph, a guy who won't listen to reason, I remember we should have a lot of tracking devices for the Flash here." Queen Diana stood next to the person and sneered.

"You've reminded me," the man said, stroking his chin. "Can a robot find the Flash's whereabouts?"

“I’ll give it a try. You know this system can only detect the power fluctuations on the Flash or Reverse-Flash when he’s in motion.” After the robot finished speaking, it quickly operated the system and shook its head, saying, “Sorry, human, there’s no trace of the Flash right now, and even Reverse-Flash hasn’t detected his movements.”

"Let it go this time. Starting today, keep this system running all day. As soon as there's news about The Flash, have Black Adam and Bailey go together immediately," the man said calmly.

“No problem, my favorite thing is fighting the Flash,” Black Adam said with a slight smile.

Bailey hesitated for a moment, then said, "Perhaps we can ask the Flash to explain; perhaps he didn't betray us."

The man's expression turned cold upon hearing this, and he said, "I'm not asking for your opinion, but rather ordering you to obey my commands!"

“Okay, man,” Bailey said, head bowed.

"Well, everyone go back and rest. By the way, the negotiations with Atlantis need to reach a new stage. Tell that arrogant guy what I said." The man said calmly, then got up and left.

Diana immediately followed and went into a laboratory with the person. She saw that the person was adjusting the enhancer and said, "Actually, you don't need to be so harsh on Bailey, Karl. He's still just a child."

“Bailey may be a child, but Captain Marvel is not,” the man said calmly. “Also, don’t disturb my work, go back now.”

After hearing this, Diana sighed and said, "You need to know, Karl, I don't want to replace her in your heart, I just want to be with you."

"I know, Diana, go out first." Without looking up, she said, "We can talk about other things later."

Nothing happened overnight.

The next morning, Adam got up early to prepare breakfast for Janata—well, not a traditional breakfast, but an energy crystal. He himself drank a glass of milk and ate a few slices of toast and was fine. As for Barry Allen, Adam hadn't seen him since he got up; seeing the empty space on the coat rack by the door, Adam knew he'd left early again.

Just as Adam, Athena, and Ganata were watching the news together, the door opened, and Barry Allen walked in with an elderly man.

“Hey, Barry, you’re back? Oh, is there a guest?” Adam turned to look at Barry Allen and asked.

“Yes, he’s the one we’ve been waiting for,” Barry Allen said with a smile.

"Batman?" Adam smiled slightly and said, "I didn't expect your disguise skills to be so superb, Batman."

“You don’t seem surprised.” The old man cautiously approached the window, glanced casually outside, and said, “It’s quite safe here.”

"Hehe, don't worry about that. With Athena here, no one can monitor this place," Adam said, quite confidently.

“I’ve heard about it from Barry. Thank you for coming to our world to help.” The old man wiped his face and instantly transformed into a handsome adult of about thirty years old. He looked at Adam and said in a deep voice, “My name is Bruce Wayne, or you can call me Batman.”

"It's a pleasure to meet you. I've been hearing so much about you since I arrived, I never expected to meet you so soon," Adam said with a slight smile.

Chapter 363 Discussing Countermeasures

After greeting Adam, Bruce Wayne removed his outer garments, revealing a face that appeared to be in his thirties, exuding a mature, middle-aged charm.

"Where have you been these past few days? Oh, I was just curious because I heard from the news that someone has exposed your identity," Adam shrugged.

“I always have somewhere to go. Well, I came here today just to see you.” Bruce Wayne still had a hint of surprise on his face as he said, “Originally, another person and I were planning to find a few people from a parallel world, but I didn’t expect the Flash to bring you here.”

"You can even bring people from parallel worlds?" Adam was very surprised. What kind of advanced technology is this from?

“My friend, Shockwave, can sense the frequencies between parallel worlds, which allows him to monitor or bring people from there,” Barry Allen explained. “Bruce, have you studied him?”

“That’s right. I became interested in you guys when you brought your cousin back from another world. I secretly did some research and eventually completed this machine with John’s help,” Bruce Wayne said to Barry Allen.

“Hey, you didn’t tell me you had a machine like this,” Barry Allen complained. “I went to a world that doesn’t belong to our universe in order to defeat humans. If it weren’t for Riphunt’s help, I might have gotten lost in the world of divine power.”

“Sorry, I told you before that we needed to seek help from other worlds, but I didn’t expect you to misunderstand,” Bruce Wayne shrugged.

"So, in other words," Adam, who had been listening to their conversation, said somewhat speechlessly, "I came here entirely by accident?"

“Although it wasn’t in my plans, I still appreciate your presence,” Bruce Wayne said sincerely. “Our world needs your help.”

"I'm already here, forget it," Adam said irritably. "What are your plans?"

"Although your arrival has greatly improved our chances of winning, people are still a hurdle in our path," Bruce Wayne said, frowning.

“I can handle him,” Adam said, somewhat unconvinced.

“Yes, you can certainly deal with him, but what about the others? The only ones on our side who can act are me and The Flash. As for the others, they are just a bunch of ordinary humans.” Bruce Wayne shook his head and said, “And most importantly, he has used Kryptonian technology to refine a body-enhancing drug. Many supervillains are working for him, and he has also controlled the villains in several super-criminal prisons with nano-bombs.”

"So, in other words, our overall strength is simply inferior to theirs?" Adam asked, frowning.

“That’s right. Our resistance and other rebels are simply no match for them in terms of overall strength, which is why we’ve been hiding like rats,” Bruce Wayne sighed slightly.

“Well, I understand the general situation now. So, what’s your plan?” Adam asked, staring at Bruce Wayne.

Although they had only just met, he possessed all of Batman's memories, so he was quite knowledgeable about Batman's affairs. Batman was someone who would never admit defeat, and since he had already pointed out the problem, he must have already come up with a solution.

“It’s still my old plan: to bring over members of the Justice League from another parallel world.” A hint of doubt flashed in Bruce Wayne’s eyes as he said, “Oh, right, and some information about you too—your strength, your abilities, and the specific abilities of the two people you brought.”

"My abilities, well, should be exactly the same as those of the people in this world. Actually, to be honest, I'm also a Kryptonian, but my spaceship encountered a black hole during flight, and then I unknowingly came to that world and was raised by my father." Adam told a little lie, saying, "I should come from some parallel world in your universe."

“Wow, black holes? There are such things?” Barry Allen asked in surprise.

“Yes, that’s right. It’s a black hole,” Adam said with a smile.

"And what about the woman and child you brought?" Bruce Wayne continued to ask.

“Athena, her ability is to control almost all electronic products, whether they are connected to the internet or standalone. As long as an electronic device is powered on, it cannot escape Athena’s surveillance and control.” Adam smiled slightly, completely unconcerned about Athena’s ability, and then said, “As for the little girl, I was afraid something would happen to her if she stayed there, so I brought her here. Don’t worry, I am confident that I can protect her.”

Bruce Wayne suspected Adam's words were half true and half false; after all, no one would easily trust a complete stranger, but that was only human nature. Knowing the two men's abilities, especially Athena's control over electronic devices, was incredibly helpful for what he was about to do.

“Now that you know our capabilities, is there anything we can do to help you?” Adam asked.

“What we need most right now is Miss Athena’s help,” Bruce Wayne said to Adam. “We’ve already built the machine that can connect to another parallel world. The only problem we encountered was how to avoid being discovered by them, since the cyborgs are still around. But now that we have Miss Athena, everything is no longer a problem.”

"I will talk to Athena about this," Yu nodded and said.

“As for Mr. Adam, please do not show yourself for the time being, or use your abilities.” Bruce Wayne frowned and said, “You are our trump card, and you cannot be exposed so easily.”

“Alright, I’ll stay home and look after the kids, haha.” Adam shrugged and laughed.
