I really hope you can come. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

—Hagrid.

Such a simple letter is really Haig's style—but isn't it a bit much to celebrate a game?

William casually flipped through the schedule he had prepared for himself and checked the date for tomorrow.

'Is tomorrow Halloween?'

'No wonder, they're together now. I was wondering why Hagrid suddenly wanted to celebrate; it makes sense now that they're spending time together.'

William sighed and picked up the quill pen.

Just a moment ago we were saying we didn't have enough time and wished we had a time converter to look up information, and now we have to make time for Hagrid's celebration.

'I promised the ghosts I'd attend their event tomorrow night, and I promised to bring Ginny. Why is Halloween on the 1st? Has the child recovered enough to see ghosts yet?'

William, unfamiliar with Western holidays, has a new little problem – will he stand up his students?

“Ask Mrs. Pomfrey about the doctor’s orders and the banquet,” William sighed as he tied the note to the owl’s leg. “There won’t be any papers this week, but thankfully we have some saved up, so we should have enough for next week.”

William irritably changed the schedule, then realized something was wrong—the October one was missing.

A moment later he remembered why it was missing—he had been thinking about the National Day holiday, and had spent a long time figuring out how to use the holiday, only to realize that Britain doesn't celebrate its national day, and in his disappointment he forgot to put it back.

"Go, take the note to Hagrid."

William, filled with resentment, opened the window and let the owl fly out—he was angry with himself.

-

Sunday was a beautiful sunny day, and what was nice was that no jerk professors like Adams came to wake people up before eight o'clock.

This made William very happy, even though he had been researching for a while last night. He even ignored the frustration of not finding anything useful yesterday.

"Work-life balance is important. Even without public holidays, you should still give yourself a proper day off."

William hummed a little tune happily and popped a piece of chocolate into his mouth.

Although Professor McGonagall would certainly not grant him a long leave, he was still going to have a good time that day and didn't even plan to write any exam papers.

'This robe looks casual…'

Having finally gotten a proper holiday, William picked out a robe he would never normally wear, carefully styled his hair, and then cheerfully opened the office door with his wand in hand.

"I need to give Hagrid a formal visit. Even though the invitation isn't very formal, it still needs to be. I'll buy some sweets in Hogsmeade as a gift. Hagrid's celebration is at noon, so I'll have time."

"This is a rare opportunity, so don't use FiloNet when you go out. The experience isn't great. Let's walk."

The one-way Floo network that Dumbledore created last time is still there, but William has no intention of using it.

-

"Hello, Professor."

"Hello."

"Good morning, Professor William."

Good morning to you too.

Hogsmeade was unusually lively when there were students. The rule that only students in their third year and above could use it greatly increased the proportion of students who knew William. He hadn't walked more than a few steps before he had greeted several students.

'It's strange, why aren't there any fifth-grade students?'

Having finally reached a secluded spot, William pondered the sudden question that had arisen within him as he hurried along the side path toward his destination—although the journey was longer, he feared that if he continued along the previous route, his face would become stiff from smiling.

Good morning, Professor!

Almost the instant William realized something was wrong, two fiery red figures appearing around the corner shattered the tranquility.

'Why is Weasley here again on such a good day!'

"Good morning, what are you two doing here?"

He stared at the two brothers—they still hadn't finished their solitary confinement; yesterday's situation was special, and they'd have to stay in jail again tonight…

Thinking about this made William feel even worse.

“Professor, George and I had a great idea yesterday, so we’re out here today to work on making it a reality.”

William began to look at the brothers with suspicion—ever since he received the twins' disciplinary records from Mr. Filch, he had a good understanding of their ability to cause trouble.

A great discovery?

It's probably a new prank.

However, it's not appropriate to speculate like this—anyway, the twins know their limits when it comes to pranks. We'll deal with the deductions later when they're caught. He can't control them in advance anyway, since they're not his students.

"Okay, good luck. If there's any progress, let me know. Maybe I can offer some advice."

"That's great, Professor, but this experiment will take quite a while—what do you think?"

The twins followed suit.

“Don’t even think about it,” William laughed heartily. “And I can tell you, if you make any more serious mistakes, I will personally ask Mr. Filch for you both.”

The two looked like wilted eggplants, completely lifeless, which instantly cheered William up.

"But what will this great discovery be?"

This matter troubled William for a long time.

-

By the time William had bought the gifts and ordered enough snacks for himself, it was already 10:30.

He hurried towards the school gate, heading straight for the forbidden forest without even returning to his office.

However, before he could even see Hagrid's house, Hagrid had already come into view.

"Hagrid, good morning, what brings you here?"

As William spoke, he held up the gift to Hagrid, who grinned as he accepted it, winking at the same time—a rather startling gesture, to be honest.

“Keep a little mystery, William. We have many guests today; you will enjoy the banquet…”

Hagrid was acting mysteriously, and didn't even seem inclined to invite William towards his house.

“I have to stand here, William. Although it’s the Forbidden Forest over there, you know, those students don’t care about that,” Hagrid chuckled. “But today, I think it’s better for them to stay here and keep an eye on the students.”

What do you mean by "this is good for them"?

What are you doing so mysteriously?

The twins are the same, and so are you. Can't you just let me have a peaceful day off? Seven days have been shrunk to one. Can't you just give me a break?

Oh, right, a day also has to be divided into evenings—and students have to be locked up in solitary confinement at night.

Just as William was complaining, a familiar voice suddenly rang out.

"Ah, little William, you're here too!"

No need to ask, it's the old professor—he's the only one in the whole school who calls him that.

Turning around, he saw the old professor, who greeted William from a distance. William had no choice but to jog a few steps and hurry over to protect him—helping him was out of the question, as the old professor didn't like being helped.

"Hagrid, honestly, it's amazing that you came up with such a brilliant idea," the old professor laughed heartily. "Even if I were crowned, I would never have imagined it could be done this way!"

William watched the old professor with a smile. He couldn't stop talking about official titles. The old professor was like that when people from the Ministry of Magic came to visit. It was so endearing.

The fact that he was the first person to risk his life to test the crown is no exaggeration, especially since the old professor was just joking—besides, apart from William himself, there are probably very few people in this castle who wouldn't want to wear a crown.

'Actually, I'd like to wear it too, but this doesn't look like a curse at all,' William thought about the crown for a moment, then immediately dismissed the idea—what if he died after trying it on?

More than the crown, he was curious about what creative thing Hagrid had done to earn the old professor's praise.

-

William soon found out.

When it was almost lunchtime, Harry and his friends arrived. After confirming that there were no students around, Hagrid happily led them all toward his house.

"My God, have you invited a tribe?"

William could see countless bonfires from a distance, with groups of people lying or sitting around them, creating a lively scene.

"Of course, they are my good friends. Since we're having a celebration, we should make it as lively as possible."

Hagrid said it as a matter of course.

William, a man from the Forbidden Forest, certainly knew about it, but this was the first time he had seen so many—just as he said, Hagrid had probably invited a tribe.

"But today isn't Halloween! My prediction yesterday was wrong, so why are there so many people?"

"Look who's here!"

Hagrid raised his hand and called out to his friends.

"Oh my god—that boy."

"Yes, it's him."

"Yes, it's him."

……

Although William had learned what the name Harry Potter meant from the books, he now truly understood—a savior is someone who can gain immense popularity even among other races.

While it's unclear whether it was due to the Ministry of Magic's propaganda or some other reason, there's no doubt that these centaurs respected Harry even more than they respected the school's professors.

Although both the old professor and Hagrid could get along well with them, William could tell that they paid more attention to Harry.

"William, you've come!"

A familiar voice rang out from among the centaurs—it was Adams.

"Adams, you're here too?"

"Of course, don't underestimate Hufflepuff's social skills!"

Adams held a branch over the fire in one hand and responded with a smile.

'Don't attribute all sorts of nonsense to Hufflepuff! Hufflepuff wasn't born with a natural talent for making friends!'

William grumbled as he looked at the other fires—although the things roasting on them were a mess, they all contained chicken.

"Is this the rooster you were guarding with magic?"
