"If they are truly so benevolent, why do they demand that the Green Lantern Corps obey their orders completely and forbid Green Lanterns from using Green Lantern energy for personal gain?"

Therefore, what Depp needs to do is to keep William Hand imprisoned forever while ensuring his survival.

When it comes to imprisoning William Hand, there is nowhere safer than another dimension.

"I will imprison him in a safe place until he dies of natural causes."

As he spoke, Depp casually made a gesture, and a portal appeared without warning beneath William Hand.

William Hand then screamed and fell into the portal.
