Recently, the work and rest are getting worse and worse. I went to bed early today and switched to the work and rest time.

In fact, I am at my grandmother's house and have a lot of time.

My grandmother made the rice, and I didn’t need to wash the clothes. Basically, I opened my mouth for food and stretched out my hands for clothes. That’s why after I was discharged from the hospital, I said that I needed 6,000 words a day and then slowly recovered.

But there is a big gap between ideal and reality.

Twice in the hospital almost drained my energy.

Even if you don't have to do anything, just take care of your body every day, you don't have much energy, and it's very difficult to even maintain two shifts.
