My migraine came back. I didn't sleep well last night. I started having a headache when I lay down. When I got up, it felt better but I still have a headache. There was constant pain near the right temple, from the right ear all the way to the top of the head, and all the way forward to the right eye socket. I shook my head and felt like there were stones inside, and I felt vaguely nauseous.

I sit in front of the computer at 10:30 and have only written 400 words so far. I feel like the problem can't be solved by postponing the update until the evening, so I just take some medicine and take a rest. I just took my temperature and it's now 37.2. I don't have a fever but I don't feel normal. I always feel like my breath is a little hot...
